For London Stock Exchange (LSE) reverse takeover (RTO) stocks
Company value is primarily determined by the imputed value of the private entity being acquired relative to the listed "shell" company’s market capitalisation.
Valuation Logic:
The value of the combined entity often reflects the fair market price of the private company's assets and future earnings potential, which is typically much larger than the original listed shell.
An imputed value is an estimated or assumed dollar value assigned to an item, asset, or service when its actual market price is unknown, unavailable, or not explicitly recorded. It represents an inferred, calculated worth.
