But have to say that Chairman Bell is very much on the ground as he got in first with Mahendran before the Indian big boys heard as the news and video is just 4 days ago. Yes, I tried looking but couldnt find much yet as only did surface looking. Artisanal working type licences are much better and higher in the chain - it gets there faster, money out quickly by way of selling the gold. If licences are going for millions like in Cote d'Ivoire, then , RRR Cote d'Ivoire [2] are coming into play as well given 1 big boy bought a licence from a private co. As far as RRR Kenya goes, I gather from what you said, artisanal have got to the property so, it has to be easily mined as well. I have posted that licences are not taken away kinda of thing by way of a link but I dont have it now but Robins was pleased with the link.

Heard the news today about DL's ASX former co? It is the top riser. The samples I saw this morning looked like the one's that was posted on this forum from Victoria. Remember the days when DL etc said it could be part of the African breakaway re: conglomerate gold. Well, look at the samples. So, maybe, it could turn up after all but have to wait to see what DL says in light of this new news just out. Thanks.

Further to your mention of Mahendran, RRR's Faso JV partner, I have to agree with you. Having watched the video dated 4 days ago, India & Burkina Faso are working in co-operation at the highest levels relating to gold mining. So, whilst yesterday's conversation appears not aware of this & for good reason - the Indian investors want assurances from the govt right up to the top of govt [of course it will have to be not just assurances as normal?]. Apparently, this Indian co is going into the Franco West African countries where French is spoken? So, RRR needs Mahendran, the JV partner per the news times in Faso? Also, 2 licences for $2.2m - does it not suggest that given it was "valued" , then RRR 's 2 licences are also in that same ball park? Just askin and wondering? Thanks.

Oh, per the Chairman Bell interview with Stockbox, after mkt closed, his reply on timing as asked by the interviewer: "One day, it is not there, then it will be there" kinda of thing so kindly check the verbatim. This relates to the RRR DRC Legal Counsel issuing a "Rappel" [reminder] & "papers" to Chief of Staff, DRC govt. Also, Chairman Bell has followed this up by writing to the Ambassador , presumably British Ambassador to DRC. So, here's hoping and waiting for any update on RRR Faso, RRR Kilmore NDA for shell on the ASX & DRC per the interview. Thur, 15 Aug 2024.

I am watching a video on the above entitled: "Ibrahim Traore: Indian largest gold mining comp to recruit Burkinabe for knowledge transfer." -Inter Vlog, 4 wks.

Very interesting video of how India & Burkina Faso is co-operating on gold. $2.2m was paid & valued for 2 licences. No exploration to date on these licences. In this interview, it shows that they have to met with senior people at the top to open up their investment in Burkina Faso. From this video, it seems that Burkina Faso is opening for gold mining etc. Have a listen if interested. So, in line with RRR Faso and what Chairman Bell informed inc interview this Tues, 13.8.24.

Comment: Background: Chairman Bell said previously that in the DRC Court hearing , Gecamines [DRC state miner] Legal Counsel told the Court that upon an award, Gecamines will pay both the JV partners [RRR has 50.1%]. So, it would appear that if RRR Legal Counsel per the interview, has issued a "Rappel" ie a reminder, it will have to do with the payment of the award as Gecamines is owned by the DRC Govt headed by the Prime Minister.

It is practice that after the "Rappel" [in French or reminder in English], it will be worded to have a date it is due by. Usually, it is 2 weeks but I dont know about French legal practice in the DRC. It is for this reason that Chairman Bell said "DRC ticks in the box. Thinks we are there." So, whatever it may be, the fact remains that if a Rappel has been issued by RRR Legal Counsel, there is in academic theory, a time period to respond by the other party by way of payment. The reason is that no legal letter is ever "open" for dates , as this may be seen to be extended to when. An example is an agreement of contract or NDA, it will have a Time frame given. Just askin and wondering. NIA. Hence, why the interviewer asked Chairman Bell if he has a timeframe to which Bell replied - have a listen to the interview.

The interview given by Chairman Bell to Stockbox on Tues after the mkt had closed cant be "misunderstood" by 3 of us.

The reason for the interview is so that the details can be spelt out thus:

[1] RRR DRC - "Rappel" issued by RRR's legal counsel to DRC Chief of Staff [PM]. Rappel is legal reminder for payment.

[2] RRR Faso - Obviously, Indians are entering Faso ie Indian mining co & even they will take 2 yrs to get it up & running.

[3] RRR Kilmore -"Dyke" from Sunday Creek [SXG Cap A$482m] "extends" into RRR Kilmore. NDA signed for =Shell= [ASX] and Chairman Bell to fly out potentially. This is from 1 of the parties that were in talks.

The above is definitive. Another ASX co, S2 drilling near Agnico in Victoria attended the recent Diggers & Dealers Mining Conference in Kalgoorie. One of the Aussie posters said CAPS were used to highlight. So, caps are not shouting is it?

Whether folks buy or not is up to them. It is also positive that none of the shareholders can be said to be ..the stock. The facts are from the Chairman himself and in his own words verbatim and quoted so.

BIC West Africa [Indian owned is a private gold exploration co & has bought 2 projects in Burkina Faso from Asara.

Golden Rim is the subsidiary of Asara who holds the 2 "licences" for both projects. The transaction was "=valued at $2m." BIC has mining experience in India and hopes to transition its ==multiple= advanced stage projects in Burkina Faso into producing gold -------within the next 2 years.---------- The 2 projects are on care & maintainance.

Relevance: It shows an example of how Indians are now entering Burkina Faso. So RRR -Mahendran JV was an earlier entry. If the above is going to take 2 years, then RRR pressing on with Chairman Bell about to fly to Burkina Faso as he is needed on the "ground" per the interview on Tues will be interest. Great Pacific Gold is just south of Fosterville and their discovery hole is akin to Fosterville. From Canadian investors, they say that the Comet further results are due. Of interest is that , Great Pacific Gold wants to == spin out 1 of their plays== and investors think it will be the Australian play. Great Pacific's other project is in Papau New Guinea.

Comment: Great Pacific may spin out the Victoria Gold Comet to the ASX , Australia given they mention Sunday Creek discovery is on the same status as Fosterville & Costerfield. Also, the mkt cap of Southern Cross Gold at A$482m shows that the Victoria project is hot exploration property and there is interest.

LoL so, it is not only RRR thinking of spinning out their licence next door to Sunday Creek or in the case of Gt Pacific Gold, near Fosterville. I think RRR is faster footed and may get there first by way of reversing or getting into a ==shell== rather than like Southern Cross Gold doing an IPO which takes time and lots of admin loops to jump through.

I clicked onto the Twitter video by RRR re: lithium in storage. Those commenting were =not= aware that in Zimbabwe, the artisanal miners sell spodumene in raw form ie the quartz rocks with spodumene given they cant mill it ie grind it as that that a lot of machinery, as in a mill. So, the artisanal miners just sell the spod in rock form.

Pic shows "worker holding a lump of lithium in Manono." - Yes, they are in ROCK FORM but posters in the RRR tweet were not aware even though RRR explained. The pic in the article shows that lithium is ==not= milled as it needs a mill which is expensive so it is sold in raw form.

Comment: Per the interview @A.Bell yesterday on Stockbox, a "Rappel" has been issued by RRR's Legal Counsel ie Legal Reminder. A reminder is usually for a Demand for Payment of Claim and documents supporting the claim must be enclosed and notarised . In light of the latest closing of the Dutch & Swiss Attorney General's investigation , Glen has settled the matter and as usual , assured the regulator ie AG that procedures have been put in place to tighten the compliance. As such, with this Swiss investigation and ruling, the DRC matter relating to RRR is also co-incidental for settlement. Chairman Bell did =not= mention any issue/s of the JV partner's counsel etc given the DRC govt appears fully on board re: settlement. And it would also appear the major wants to bring an end to the Musoni lost licence of which RRR lost @50.1%. It appears logical that with a ruling from Dutch & Swiss AG [inc USA & UK earlier on], the major will not want a international arbitration lodged and the name of the major in lights again having assured the AG, compliance is tightened. So, settlement is now in view potentially is it not?

RRR Kilmore: An NDA is not an open document. It has a time schedule and Bell said in the interview yesterday, he will fly out to Australia potentially and this can only be that both sides will start the process of due diligence etc with the time frame in mind and if all is satisfied, the agreement/deal will be or could be struck. So, it is moving ahead and POW must be informed as they are still on board until final payment is made.

RRR FASO- Bell said in the interview yesterday, he needs to go to FASO and will be arranging flying there as he needs to be "on the ground there." So, either to sign documents or also for start of production, the latter of which was said some time ago. The Stockbox print out also said production to start potentially. Potentially is used by me.

So, not one blog out to say the interview has any holes in it.? Then, Bell will go back to the DRC for the meet at the Palace. DRC was under the French so their style is after the French way ie Palace. Since Bell said something like better than he expected could or appear to mean that settlement may be full and final given the major may not want any international litigation post settlement? So, everything appears to be moving now.

If you had listened to the interview and put up the sound, you would know that what us 3 have quoted is from the interview by Chairman Bell issued at 5:38pm, Tues, 13 Aug 2024. It is "verbatim" ie actual words and not what was posted where the verbatim got mixed into own views and not quoted exactly as it was spoken by Bell.

We ie us 3 have quoted exactly from the interview and from the horse's mouth and Helpful even put on the time stamp which I checked and added the preceeding sentences spoken by Bell. After 1 whole day of discussion over the interview yesterday from Chairman Bell, especially about Rappel/Reminder and no more issue with the JV partner's counsel given the latest Swiss Attorney General's ruling and fine, the rest of the forum is still "convinced" RRR is still no different kinda of thing - and that it is sinking & nothing they hear will change their minds .? So, with that, one will just have to let them folks get on with their views and others can listen to the interview given it involves PoW re: NDA @New Ballarat Gold Corp, Nomad has to know about DRC etc and even the other major investors. As far as I am aware, the Nomad has to know about the interview as well - everything put out the Nomad has to know. On Solgold, one said the Nomad will have to see documents as well.? By the way, Chairman Bell left the UK to work in HK and later worked with a very well known HK family office but later had to return to the UK , perhaps for a personal reason. This HK family office is owned by 1 of HK's richest families, hence how I drew the connection that Chairman Bell is well connected via his C.V, on open file.

Before the update yesterday, everyone was jumping as to where was Chairman Bell, what is happening at RRR Faso, RRR DRC etc. Now, the update has come out but somehow after reading the questions and answers, it has gone back to, what appears to be rejection. Sounds like it isnt it? A lot of connected folks need to be informed eg PoW re: NDA and the shell relating to New Ballarat Gold Corp including the Nomad re: DRC, Mahendran the RRR JV partner re: FASO & their position etc. Appears so isnt it from the latest post after 1 day of elucidation.?

Good. That is your view but Maidit308 and I were waiting for No 1 to show up and Maid said let's hope so. Well, yesterday, the interview was released at 5:38pm , Tues, 14 Aug 2024 and the updates were given on DRC, Faso and Australia. So, new investors will now proceed with this and even PoW will have to be informed as they still own albeit in staged payout, the New Ballarat Gold Corp and their consent will also have to be sought. So, even the British Ambassador to DRC is on board. Surely, the Nomad has to be told given he will need to know, isnt it? So legacy holders will have to proceed with their own views and us new investors go with the regulatory form of announcement etc. Wed, 14.8.24.

Oh, they are called "diplomatic parties". If one knows a well known millionaire ie old money, they can get one an invite to these diplomatic parties where PM's , Royalty etc are present. And of course, the rich, the connected and co/s etc. Not that difficult actually.

Didnt Bell say so ie meet the Head of State re: FASO. How is that not correct given Mahendran in putting money into FASO will need some assurance given all the hoo haa about permits etc. Hence, why Mahendran needs Bell who is known in Africa. Mahendran doesnt have the contacts. In Africa , Asia and such like, even PM Trudeau waved at William Middelkoop as he walked into a Mining Conference. So, all these investment mgrs etc get invited to parties and they get to meet the Head of State. I recall seeing Kobold 's Chairman/CEO at these types of gathering. Quite normal actually.

I have been watching the video via the article's link to the man's Youtube channel entitled: Life changing nugget. Apparently, 10 tiny nuggets were found also and the 30oz nugget was not even deep. Location is never revealed but it is in the Victorian Golden Triangle of which RRR has licences nearer Ballarat, Bendigo and Sunday Creek. From the Victorian day papers, I recall that at Kilmore, they also found whopper gold. RRR tweeted recently about Central Bank buying of gold and hence prices continue to reach all time highs.

If the NDA proceeds to a deal ie agreement to insert RRR Kilmore into the ASX Shell , then the New Ballarat Gold Corp at Companies House will come to an end and NBGC need no further filing etc except to close the co etc?
