Oh, they are called "diplomatic parties". If one knows a well known millionaire ie old money, they can get one an invite to these diplomatic parties where PM's , Royalty etc are present. And of course, the rich, the connected and co/s etc. Not that difficult actually.

Didnt Bell say so ie meet the Head of State re: FASO. How is that not correct given Mahendran in putting money into FASO will need some assurance given all the hoo haa about permits etc. Hence, why Mahendran needs Bell who is known in Africa. Mahendran doesnt have the contacts. In Africa , Asia and such like, even PM Trudeau waved at William Middelkoop as he walked into a Mining Conference. So, all these investment mgrs etc get invited to parties and they get to meet the Head of State. I recall seeing Kobold 's Chairman/CEO at these types of gathering. Quite normal actually.

I have been watching the video via the article's link to the man's Youtube channel entitled: Life changing nugget. Apparently, 10 tiny nuggets were found also and the 30oz nugget was not even deep. Location is never revealed but it is in the Victorian Golden Triangle of which RRR has licences nearer Ballarat, Bendigo and Sunday Creek. From the Victorian day papers, I recall that at Kilmore, they also found whopper gold. RRR tweeted recently about Central Bank buying of gold and hence prices continue to reach all time highs.

If the NDA proceeds to a deal ie agreement to insert RRR Kilmore into the ASX Shell , then the New Ballarat Gold Corp at Companies House will come to an end and NBGC need no further filing etc except to close the co etc?

The gold nugget is the size of a fist. The exact location was not disclosed but it is stated it is in the "Victoria Golden Triangle which covers Ballarat, Bendigo & Weddenburn. Relevance: RRR's Kilmore is near Ballarat, Melbourne, Australia and another licence is near the Bendigo side. So, the Aussie find is causing a buzz in Australia via 9news.com.au.

The New Ballarat Gold Corp - the NDA for RRR to go into an ASX shell means potentially that if an agreement is signed post Bell going to Australia potentially, the account treatment need not be the same if there was no ASX s entry? I am sure all the parties are kept abreast of this development ie PoW etc.? So, Liquid Silver was right about Bell in the DRC and per the pic, the right conclusion was drawn from the clues.

Given Helpful's further info from the Bell interview yesterday, it would appear that:

[1] Called to the Palace [DRC] would have to be, meet with the President [maybe PM also in attendance]. It will not be just for the settlement otherwise Bell would not have said, " I am looking at a better result than I was before" [5:10]. The co told the Swiss Attorney General they will beef up compliance in the co kinda of thing. So, Bell may know what has been hinted. When Bell is called, it is to say Yes or No potentially, hence Bell knows already it is a better result than I was before.?

[2] The RRR Australian NDA is now in play and Bell goes to Australia after this potentially. So, the shell is the best outcome & only possible if the asset is going to be popular with investors in Australia?

[3] Faso, things are also moving per my last post below.

In short, Bell appears to have potentially pulled it off ? How? Assets are in play? Wed, 14 Aug 2024. NIA. DYOR.

Part III : Ref: Helpful's 14:09 post to me re: RRR Australia:

As a background, Chairman Bell would be aware of the mistake Mawson made which thankfully could be remedied because they did not sell the remainder of their 50% or so stake in Southern Cross Gold of ASX. The irony which Helpful commented upon was that Mawson is now re-merging with Southern Cross and they are "spinning out" their own assets.

I wont go over old ground why sale is not ideal as it is a 1 off and once sold it is gone. In a typical JV, a co gets to keep say 30% if the other co is generous like GGP/Newcrest and later there could be provisions to convert to NSR. Again, not ideal but both the options are O.K if the asset is not a =main asset.= RRR was not quite aware of how successful Sunday Creek would be ie one of the most successful ASX co's, now with a mkt cap of in excess of A$482m [still drilling with no JORC yet]. If RRR Kilmore was not a potential =re-discovery= like Sunday Creek re-discovery, then there is a greater risk with a new discovery. For this reason, new geo work has been commissioned and it was found that the "Dyke" from Sunday Creek "extends into RRR Kilmore" that Chairman Bell took note that getting into an ASX shell would be the best option possible to retain value. Yes, per Helpful citing 5:55 of the Chairman Bell interview yesterday, 1 of the parties offered an NDA and it is a shell. Chairman Bell also mentioned: "Confident about RRR's ==high quality assets==and anticipates a positive shift in the gold market, aiming ==to start production soon."

Comment: If Chairman Bell is potentially going to fly out to Australia re: NDA and shell , then it means that he has the geo work etc to show and they may go with the potential partner to visit the site and for the partner to do some due diligence. So, with the gold price so strong and Southern Cross Gold, ASX going from strength to strength and with international investors interested , hence the dual listing in Canada , the time is ripe for RRR's Sunday Creek Gold to be put into an ASX shell. An IPO has many loops to jump thru and it looks as if the ASX will be positive for RRR's Kilmore asset otherwise, it would not proceed to an NDA etc.

Wind of blessings has come for RRR given right place, right time and gold at all time high. Paul Johnson is aware of the new rules and he recently tweeted that things must sound not as clear and words like potentially etc used. I think it is due to the new rules. I am aware that in the USA, the regulator does not like lots of pics, details etc to be given out - reason is to keep it low ....

" Interviewer asked about timing: "Pretty good timeline," So, yes, Bell did say he is going to and fro Faso and DRC & something is needed on the ground at Faso, hence, going to arrange & go to Faso "imminently."

Called to the Palace would mean to speak to the President of DRC which could be a chit chat to see what Chairman Bell has in mind post say, the matter settled [ref: Counsel [RRR]sent Rappel/Reminder]. DRC has some $24 trillion worth of mineral assets and it would be ideal that issues are settled amicable given Chairman Bell has said , the international community [industry] does take note. Maybe, it is not said but anyone would know in biz, it would be discussed indirectly as to post settlement. LoL, hence call potentially to the Palace [Thatcher used to call folks to the Savoy as an example.]. As Helpful said, put up the sound and listen to Chairman Bell's interview put out after the mkt closed. Ref 14: 09 from Helpful with thanks: I have just come in: Going back to Helpful's 13:17 post today :" News , the document that was sent was called a ==R a p p e l=, which means a reminder. It would have to be an official document formally addressed and notarised. The Chief of Staff would then pick up the case & call for the papers." [Helpful stated that Rappel was used by Chairman Bell in the interview.

My Comment: Rappel is in French & would be the 1st reminder. Helpful pointed out what I missed about Rappel in the interview. Chairman Bell also mentioned legal counsel sent the papers to the Chief of Staff [to Prime Minister usually or in the USA, the President]. Helpful mentioned Rappel after I said in normal proceedings , a Legal Letter of Demand would have to be issued. So, it would appear that has ==already been issued==, hence it is now a Rappel /Reminder. One cannot send a Legal Letter of Demand unless it is accompanied by a Court Document that is sealed and stamped to validate the legal basis of claim and payment. So, it would now appear, folks may not have realised the procedure & that means the DRC Court papers appear to be through for RRR, hence the Rappel [Reminder after the 1st said letter of demand]. In the meantime, the Swiss Attorney General has issued a ruling and compensation is substantial and it has been posted on this forum recently from various publications. So, adding to the American , British ruling and substantial compensation, that co has noted and said they will see to compliance in the co etc [para phrased]. This is positive as cases are being won. The previous issue does not appear present anymore as no other party/ies have been named by Chairman Bell yesterday via the new interview published at 5:38pm, Tues, 14 Aug 2024. From my understanding of the previous interviews, an update would be given. So, yesterday's interview, =after= the market closed at 5:38pm, Tues, 13 Aug 2024 was the promised update. In update, there is no minute by minute eg kit arrived given it was previously stated, there are many time sheets - so no point stating 1 piece of kit arrived etc. But in the wider context, Chairman Bell did say he will be there for the start so that is what I understand from joining all the pieces of news. Chairman Bell said he is arranging to go out to Faso "imminently" as he has to be there on the ground kinda of thing. I read other RNS from other juniors and that is the usual style rather than piece meal given so much of equipment has to arrive etc. DYOR, NIA. Just discussing.

Wasnt that the whole point of the above interview out yesterday, after the market closed at 5pm+? Chairman Bell confirmed that he has been in the DRC relating to RRR's monies. If, on the assumption, that RRR's legal counsel sent papers to the Chief of Staff of DRC [usually to the Prime Minister], then those papers can only be legal papers ? Otherwise, why involve RRR's legal counsel in the DRC and therefore, it has to be from an academic perspective, a legal letter of demand. If, a legal letter of demand is not sent, there is no process started to recover the monies. In the same way for example, Cadence used a London international firm of legal counsel to write to the Mexican govt for settlement. In the usual process, a time limit to reply is given, usually 2 weeks. Again, I am =not privy== and hence, Stockbox printed :"Progress in Congo slowed by post -election administrative changes but Bell is optimistic about ==finalising matters soon.=="

Comment: In the interview released yesterday after the market closed, I recall Chairman Bell used the word "close" but would not be drawn as to the exact timing. So, in conclusion, isnt the update on RRR Faso & RRR Australia not seen to be progressing ahead ? Just askin. DYOR, NIA. Wed, 14 Aug 2024. Before anyone says anything, I waited 1 whole day but since no one discussed the interview in greater detail, I am doing so today after the questions etc.

For an example only, I have seen a cash shell of A$2.08m mkt cap with A$3.22m in cash on its books as at year end 2023. Would'nt it be really funny if it turned out to be this shell ? I am not privy but I could join potential dots? As folks know, I do keep in touch with the ASX market in general.

Chairman Bell ref: above said Counsel has sent papers to the new Chief of Staff, DRC. Also, it was almost signed last year but in the change of govt etc, it would have been ... So, I am going to assume context from an potential academic view, that the papers lodged to the DRC govt via the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister is Legal Letter of Demand for their state miner to pay RRR their award? Otherwise, what possible papers could there be? Just askin.

Recently, Mawson of Canada re-merged their equal share of Southern Cross Gold on the ASX. Originally, Mawson of Canada originally owned 100% of Sunday Creek tenement but later IPO'ed on the ASX ie almost 1/2. In a turn of events, Southern Cross Gold , ASX just went vertical relating to its share price to some A$482m at A$2.44 today [it was pennies]. Helpful said it was good that Mawson retained the 1/2. Otherwise,..... A/c to a 31 July 2024 Ann from Mawson of Canada, they will undergo a "significant corporate restructure, share consolidation , ==asset s p i n off & board reshuffle."

Comment: Given the success of Southern Cross Gold and dual listing in Canada, Mawson has taken the view to re-merge with Southern Cross Gold of ASX, their IPO spin off. So, perhaps this is the path for RRR , IF, ...... That will be much, much later,if the shell route is finalised once Chairman Bell flies to Australia potentially. Only posting the above to re-visit a conversation with Helpful on this forum relating to the re-merger.

Yes, there has been ==no default==notice from PoW relating to the 2nd staged payment. So, yes, that is progress, hence why Chairman Bell could sign the NDA sent on Fri and he is potentially flying out to Australia.

If one has listened to all the previous interviews, one may be aware of the FASO status. In a separate topic, Chairman Bell , RRR said yesterday that he has written to the Ambassador. The Ambassador could mean British Ambassador to the DRC. So, Chairman Bell is updating him on his speaking to the Chief of Staff [COS to Prime Minister as in the normal context]. Recent events relating to DRC is also positive .

Comment: Chairman Bell's interview with Stockbox yesterday evening talked of NDA sent on Fri relating to "shell".

PoW sold 49.9% of New Ballarat Gold Corp to RRR over staged payments. That 2nd stage has now passed ? Therefore, RRR now in having 100% of New Ballarat Gold Corp [pending further staged payments] is able to sign the NDA on Fri on its own merits as owner. This is progress? Thank you to Chairman Bell in taking up my suggestion that to reverse into a shell on the ASX is the best way forward rather than sale , JV or IPO.
