If one has listened to all the previous interviews, one may be aware of the FASO status. In a separate topic, Chairman Bell , RRR said yesterday that he has written to the Ambassador. The Ambassador could mean British Ambassador to the DRC. So, Chairman Bell is updating him on his speaking to the Chief of Staff [COS to Prime Minister as in the normal context]. Recent events relating to DRC is also positive .

PoW sold 49.9% of New Ballarat Gold Corp to RRR over staged payments. That 2nd stage has now passed ? Therefore, RRR now in having 100% of New Ballarat Gold Corp [pending further staged payments] is able to sign the NDA on Fri on its own merits as owner. This is progress? Thank you to Chairman Bell in taking up my suggestion that to reverse into a shell on the ASX is the best way forward rather than sale , JV or IPO.

As I said listen to the interview and check all the past RNS, interviews. The partner is Indian from the surname of Mahendran? Per Chairman Bell, RRR in yesterday's interview, the partner's son is flying out to India to hire [context: Indian supervisors] - it was explained about hiring & wages? If the equipment has not =all=arrived, then hiring the Indian supervisors too early will mean wages to pay. In earlier public info, a team will set up the equipment and this is normal.

From what I heard: Chairman Bell was sent the NDA Fri - delay e to the Diggers & Dealers Mining Conference in Kalgoorie, Australia [talk with parties]. I gather it is a ==shell==. Chairman Bell will be flying out to Australia potentially.

My Comment: Please check if above is wrong as I cant put up the sound too high. So, it is not an IPO, Sale, JV as previously mentioned as options for RRR Australia. A shell would, in my view, the fastest way of entering the Australian ASX & by far, the most retentive of all the options. ?

My Comment: I have been asked to comment by invitation. That was my stance also ie same as NikeAir180 given the RRR accounts are on open file to view eg Annual Report /Financials. The RRR RNS's and Interviews also draws investors attention to RRR's projects in Faso, DRC, Australia. RRR has also just tweeted re: Soma royalty & opening of the El Limon gold mill. Common to all AIM co's, no one is able to give any forward insight given the ="variables"= as Nike pointed out. Two other investors eg Maidit308 and HawaiiFive0 also said its best to consider to invest , only what one can afford to risk and the position is to treat it as an =option.= So, no one can be blamed. However, just like the conversation on this same topic with me, the same conclusion was also drawn - I was also not moving from the position akin to NikeAir180 since until an RNS is issued, that remains the status.

Over the years, one see different types of investors. I did win the Solgold poster vote on this site for the research from public sources & data. Times have changed.

What people want now is --brevity-- which means there may be no substantiation or that it is para phrased which may not be accurate. However, on Hotcopper of Australia , a stock forum, their chat rules say to provide supporting backup so that people can check or follow. Same on American or Canadian stock forums - investors ask for a link to the data etc.

In light of this, I have taken note and therefore its best to --reduce--output of posts or ---length of posts---. So, I have decided to ---adapt-- my style of posting. News, Thur 8 Aug 2024.

Per his last Stockbox interview recently,he said FASO, DRC & Australia as the project he discussed. Re: DRC, Mr Bell said in the interview that it needed speeding up? Kindly ask others to double check. I am sure Chairman Bell is aware of the Swiss Attorney General's ruling relating to G...[ 2 co 's mentioned but no names given] of 2022 & the assurance of the Chairman of G relating to "compliance" for all their operations?
