RRR BROKER REPORTS:

Now, RRR has provided many broker reports and it is under RRR Broker Reports at https://www.rrrplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/broker-research/ and they range from Edison, SVS Securities, Clear Capital [broker to RRR] , First Equity & Align etc. I see no other broker research note from anywhere else quoted on the other forum -so where is the Sell Side Broker, if any? Also, the other poster quoted 400 raising but without a link how can one check? Align records RRR went from 1p to 20p , so 20x as a historical fact? Just wondering if anyone has this so called Sell Side Broker and who they are or Extel Surveyed Brokers? I recall Dr Ryan used to work for Edison and it is rated isnt it?

I decided to type 1 post but due to the limitation of the words, I had to break it into two. Then, another poster whom you have filtered replied early this morning, Sun, 18 Aug 2024. So, I had to reply more than once as it was addressed to me. This poster said he has to be off and never returned? That said, I decided to visit the other RRR forum and found that in fact my posts this morning ==were answered by a poster on the other RRR forum?===.

I wonder if you could kindly have a look if you have the time as there are only about a few posts today [2 replies to this forum] and another in reply. In particular, it was said [cant repeat words not used in polite society?] that brokers of worth are Extel Surveyed ? Also, I am not aware that there are sell side broker/s for RRR via any broker report as the one quoted by the FT/sister Investor Chronicle appears to be a Buy side Analyst & accordingly the data is bought in. Have a look if you can with thanks and appreciation.

Per your post this morning of 7am+, if , by your measure this morning, then I think the London Stock Exchange may have to close down the whole of AIM and the raison d'etre of providing capital for "growth co" [their definition from recall] and co's will have to be trading only if they all have income. This means effectively, ===All Exploration Co's === to not be allowed on the AIM because they have to raise to drill etc or buy assets to drill isnt it [as it means issuing shares or taking on CLN's]. So, no more copper, gold, and the rest of the metals needed if all exploration are closed down in theory isnt it? Why? None have income whilst being an explorer and not a miner isnt it? LoL. [1] RRR get $7.5m evidenced & you will cease posting.? Well, everyone on this forum is aware $7.5m award out of DRC will help certainly. So, that is not exactly original is it? We, on this forum all know that. Why? Its obvious.

[2] 200 tonnes and all that. I cannot repeat what you said for obvious reasons. I dont know much about the 200 tonnes of lithium as I never bothered to find out in detail. But I do not think it will move the earth so to speak. I think before prices fell for lithium , it could or appear to be worth $150,000? How it that earth moving?

[3] You said: "Distressed Balance Sheet meaning more issue" - does it say that anywhere? I dont think so as in more issue. Look at the PoW payment - no issue is there for £250,000 due 3 Sep 2024? A/c to the RRR RNS of Fri, 16 Aug 2024 and the flow of the paras, it does appear that the DRC release of the award potentially was not in time for the original date payment for PoW due to DRC holidays. So, new date is 3 Sep 2024 - isnt it the intention from the nuance of the said RNS, 16.8.24 that payment appears to be coming form the DRC release?

Conclusion: I am rather sure that the Nomad is running the show here as the regulations requires him to be aware of the status of RRR's coming obligation and dont tell me that PoW will just agree to re-set without some reasonable explanation accompanied by some paper work to see? A/c to one poster who was a Financial Corporate Advisor, he said the Nomad will want to see backup ie papers? So, dont you think the Nomad is better placed ?

You may say "laughable" and that First Equity did not update their report. I am not sure if First Equity will charge for a new report but I merely wanted to show that it is commercially M & A that FQ appears to use - see details.

So, this forum will now see whether you are right [ you said so yourself akin to News, let's see who is right]. Well, let us wait because PoW's has "re-set" the new date for repayment to 3 Sep 2024. That is unless there is a new date. As for more issuance, everyone knows that it is the market cap that is of interest. I wont say more as I am off to have some tea etc.

It has been months of discussion or even years. Yesterday no longer counts as it is today that matters - same for all other AIM co's eg Solgold ie what has Solomon Islands to do now? Eg GGP, what has Ernest Giles of yonks to do now? It is Cascabel now for Solgold and Havierion [30%] for GGP. Both have raised to drill and shares have increased in issuance but mkt cap is 3 digit millions from start at shell mkt cap of some £8m for Solgold and some £18-20m for GGP when they started drilling Havieron. Out for tea time. Sun, 18 Aug 2024. 7:13am.

Pt 2:

RRR has had to get shareholder approval to buy PoW's 49.9% share for a total of £1.5m [FQ puts the value of pre-money value at £7.5m for 50% stake with a total of £15m for 100% stake from other exploration co peer IPO's etc -see details]. So, paying £1.5m @49.9% when it is valued by FQ at £7.5m cant be bad isnt it? Cut to the chase, the major shareholders =approved= the deal. Why? Commercial reasoning says, no one will buy 1/2 a stake or IPO 1/2 a stake normally. The blurp said so either from PoW or RRR from recall. RRR's RNS of Fri, 16 Aug 2024 stated they have ==Advisors== who are looking to "listing" & this appears to be commercially the way to go given the same RNS mentioned Southern Cross Gold of Australia & Sunday Creek [Mkt Cap A$485m region and still drilling with last raise A$10m and Lassonde participated as a private investor].

Conclusion: So, all the discussion since 16 Feb 2024 [RRR AGM in London] has been very actively discussed and the above is in recent days. So, there are external ideas from the conceptual pub group etc vs RRR & its Advisors. This is where there is a lot of ....on RRR/Bell and the 3 shareholders who understand that RRR is run by the legally designated Chairman of RRR [Bell] & its Advisors. Therefore, there is nothing to disagree with - if any disagreement, one is free to make one's own decision if one does not agree with Co Strategy. Hence, why me, Helpful, NikeAir180 have come under ...from the conceptual pub group. However, |Maidit308 & HawaiiFive0 have largely these days stayed out and deciding for themselves [out of the lime light that is?].

Yes, one can quote RRR's RNS in " " to show it appears as original. However, I used verbatim for Chairman Bell's "We are getting a good result -a Better Result than Before." Why verbatim used by me? Banburyboy: If I recall, you said in recent days, for RRR to =sell= El Limon. El Limon [Soma Gold] has a top base line of $3m royalty to come in stages to pay RRR. Someone mentioned it is less but I did not pay attention so this is just a illustration. You also want RRR to sell assets isnt it? Since the conceptual pub group appears to look to you as you said your are a Chartered Accountant, then let's say, you do not therefore agree with Chairman Bell's strategy above ie DRC-Faso & Australia =strategy= at this time.

You told me that First Equity Broker Report of 19.1.23 [2.8p target price] is this and that but I note you have remained silent for almost 24 hrs now with =no comment= after I gave a breakdown of FQ 's figures measured by =commercial values from M & A= to be still largely reasonable today. I gave a breakdown of DRC-FASO-Australia and how it will garner some £27m [see my post last night] and no matter how one looks at it, it will get RRR out of this period & still leave some £20m or so in perceived value metrics as an illustration only [FQ figures]. DL's tweet was that there is potential for 10x for RRR and that is largely correct as a illustration given today RRR's mkt cap is £2.08m region at 0.05p [£2.08m to £20m is 10x approx]. I recall a sale needed of £7m plus [higher than the books last showed] so RRR cant sell Mikei given the licence is awaiting renewal. Elephant Oil at $1.8m USD is also not saleable on the open listed market as it is awaiting listing on Nasdaq. Cote d'Ivoire is coming into more attention due to Kobo 's ranked drilling results but FQ has it on the books for $400,000 base line. Mt Ida royalty is only payable if the mine has started to produce & it is a long way as capex is not even raised yet given it will need deep pockets like Mt Bevan with a rich billionaire as lead investor.

In restrospect, therefore, one can see that RRR appears to be correct in their current strategy. And the strategy of the conceptual pub group appears to be not as superior to RRR's? Why? It is well known that selling piece meal assets to pay off debt or obligations only means that one loses asset by asset & in quick sales, one has to take a discounted price say, for example - no Royalty co will pay the full $3m El Limon royalty to RRR if they sold & this is a =commercial known= for any asset. So, that only leaves DRC with a potential payout of some $15m USD [before costs].

Dogs said yesterday something like it is akin to "gambling" for RRR to buy 49.9% from PoW and needing to pay £250k due [total is £1.5m to be paid with FQ putting value of pre-money IPO at £15m for 100% stake , so 1/2 is worth £7.5m]. I

Maidit308 pointed out a point I missed from the Fri, RRR RNS of 16 Aug 2024:

="We intend to report on = operational = and =financial= u p d a t e covering developments in the Company's business in the c o m i n g days."

One opening paragraph in the above RNS: " As noted in our ann of 5 Apr 2024 we have been working for the = r e l e a s e == of the ---arbitration award in relation to our Congolese interests. "

"Handover of this matter to the new post-Election Administration --has taken place and we have been in Kinshasa over recent weeks =and expect to ---return-- for the F i n a l Meeting."

"Given the tempo of activity in the holiday season across the Company's activities, ==notably in DRC== [but also in Faso...] we are grateful for the ==agreement== of the vendors in Australia in ==adjusting the timing of 1 element of the consideration."

Comment: As I said, posts upon the release of the late noon RNS of Fri, 17.8.24, the announcement was all mixed up by own comment to the actual flow. So much so, it was so confused that the picture painted was that due to the illness of the Faso 2 personnel , it got delayed but in actual fact, from the verbatim, it was due to the DRC holidays [see above RNS] and therefore, PoW was willing and agreeable to adjusting the date for payment of their £250,000 to 3 Sep 2024. I was right to say, the time had passed and no default legal notice was issued to RRR. Why? There was an "adjustment" to the date due to holidays like the last time where the agreement was also adjusted for the ASX holiday by 1 day.

So, if one looks more carefully at the flow of the announcement via RNS as above, one can follow that it is predicated by the award release. Also, coming days is of interest. If you remember, SXG said in their Ann, they were going to do an aerial survey over the regional area and this must be due now. This will be of help to RRR Kilmore ie save money by not needing to do for RRR Kilmore. I believe these days, there is also deep sensing imaging for slightly deeper deposits so, I hope that the aerial survey by SXG is state of art.

Anyhow, read the flow of the RNS again and decide accordingly plus the interview of this Tues. Hoping for the best as always. Sat, 18.8.24.

Given Bell is a legal beagle, exact wording appears to matter. So, I listen to the interview this Tues, 13.8.24 and this is what I heard: " Matter of process. Pretty timeline. Yes. [when asked if he has an idea of timing], Ticks in the box. We are there. ---We are getting a good result ---A Better Result than Before."

Comment: Per the FQ Broker Report of 19.1.23 of which I gave a link to , the payment is US$15m . So, that i the max one can hope for isnt it? Why? That's the award ? So, per Helpful's verbatim from Bell: "A Better Result than Before." Hence, it is important to also see what Chairman Bell, RRR said before this comment which in the same sentence in full was:

"We are getting a good result -----a Better Result Than Before." Yah, a good result is payment isnt it?. But Better Result than before? How? What? I leave it to the legal beagles.

In the meantime, I will let ya all think further but in the past from recall, I think Chairman Bell was offered another licence? I dont know as that was before my time. So, any discussion would be good whilst we wait. Certainly, an interesting remark and in the mix, going to the Palace per the interview and in the RRR RNS, 16.8.24, "finalisation" -back to the DRC.

To do production valuation or what is known as income valuation eg P/E etc, it is FCF that is important. Without knowing any of the metrics, it is hard to do any detailed calculation/s. Look at Echo - they are pivoting to artisanal gold production and they also state they cannot give out figures until they have started producing etc. Why? In artisanal production, the grades vary given no PFS, DFS, Scoping Study etc is done. To be able to do any production valuation, one has to be an expert in artisanal Faso income models. That is now beyond the scope of this conversation but bear in mind, Banburyboy is telling me that the FQ report is .... So, in dissecting and excluding many projects which are not the focus, one can show whether FQ's approach is reasonable or not from value metrics. Going forward, RRR RNS are about Faso, DRC and Australia and one can see why - it is the value drivers potentially. If you want a idea, then you have to ask Helpful as he invests in many types of projects private and listed co's. I do not like production as I tend only to go for Tier 1 type discovery journeys and to this end, I am concentrating on RRR 100% Kilmore and DRC further litigation outside DRC would be a real sky blue outcome post the Swiss ruling etc. So, just to show Ban, it is not so ...after all. So, everyone should cut and pencil whatever one likes but I am answering Banburyboy. So, to be clear, I am only just showing the FQ report figures appear to be reasonable at this time but qualified by all normal risks apply, hence why one should keep tabs on every project & its neighbours to know the situation in general. When First Equity inputted the "valuation" for FASO, it was not yet near to production. Given 2 other licences were also attributed $400,000 also, it is what appears to be a base value for the lack of a better word at this time. You have to remember that Banburyboy applies a "sharp accounting pencil school of thought " and that is known as write down to ...

So, what you mention is a different subject matter altogether as an asset translates from a potential asset with value in ground to a income producing asset which applies a different approach of FCF etc. That is at this moment unknown as production has not yet begun so it is a wait and see. Banburyboy specifically mentioned the FQ report as above and it is that I am answering to.

Also, see FQ note of 1.1.23 for price of gold. On Twitter, it was said yesterday or so, all the explorers etc are selling as if gold was still US$1,600 and not US$2,500+ per Fri, 16 Aug 2024. So, FQ's values are all on the assumption of a much lower gold price of around US$1,700 region but relaxing so not checking but that is from recall.? Sat 17.8.24.

P.S. First Equity [see my earlier post quoting from their note above] that £15m for 100% without discount is for "pre-money pre IPO. After IPO or even vending into shell , then the market then decides. Neighbour at Southern Cross Gold Mkt Cap A$485m roughly to RRR 100% Kilmore.

Oh, minus £1.5m as well to pay PoW in toto.

Faso is pretty spot on [Asara in recent days sold 2 licences in Faso for US$2.2m. So per Banburyboy, tho not confirmed in any public RNS RRR has 20% = 20% of US$2.2m = US$440,000, so FQ pretty spot on if Faso is sold even at 20%.

FQ also attributes $400,000 each for Luanshimba & Lac Gold which is reasonable given it must have some M & A backdrop but I am not familiar with Africa. El Limon is said to be $3m so not sure why $800,000. DRC litigation is $15m so $9.5m is risked at 70% discount.

Summary:

$400,000 Faso.

£15m for New Ballarat Gold with RRR having 100% and NDA signed so no discount is reasonable? [US$18.45m :$1.23/£]

US$15m DRC Litigation [no discount given could be next news as & when?]

US$13.3m Mikei -reasonable given last M & A was $13m which I have posted before. Awaiting renewal.

US$3m from Soma for El Limon Royalty but I dont know much about this so just quoting headline fig.

---Total: US$35.15m--above. [Left out ALR $12.8m, Luanshimba $400k & Elephant Oil $1.8m but if added =$50.15m]

Cote d'Ivoire is now potentially of interest given Kobo is now in the news with big funder & results good near RRR.
