If you have been following the DRC you would have know also about the legal counsel for RRR's DRC JV partner, wanting to be paid [not sure what the term was used as it is not common in UK law or practice?] as their legal counsel had concerns. So, there was also a hold up to the agreement of which both RRR & RRR's JV partner agreed to. If you had followed also the preceedings, it is easier if both parties ie RRR 50.1% & JV Partner 49.9% @DRC Musoni ===agreed==via a legal agreement signed for the sum to be settled and paid. Payment was to be from the DRC state miner ie Gecamines who was holding the monies of some US$15m from recall and accordingly to Chairman Bell, RRR, he said that Gecamines legal counsel told the DRC Arbitration Court that once the award was made , then they [GECAMINES,DRC STATE MINER] would pay and RELEASE the said award monies. So, fast forward , my post below states that it is now awaiting "RELEASE" -see Chairman Bell's interview of 13.8.24 & 16 .8.24 RRR RNS @12:17 noon.

Right, it also happened yesterday over at the other RRR forum and 2 times is rather more than a co-incidence. So, message is being given to me without being subtle.

Right, many folks on this forum do not get any help by way of researching and much comes from Helpful eg Kobo and what is happening and the big funding they got. Kobo is appearing in drilling results ranking on Miners Deck and so is Sunday Creek, SXG. When co's appear on this ranking list, it will come under the industry attention, so no surprise Kobo got a big funding done by a big German entity. So, RRR Cote d'Ivoire is close by to Kobo and RRR has done some work on it to give an idea that it is pretty good 1st pass at least.

No one else is doing any work for others. So, do I just take from Helpful and not give something back? I want Sunday Creek Gold to become reality by way of taking 100% to the ASX via IPO or vending to a shell on ASX - this way, is the best way of retaining the stake just like PJ and GMET [PJ dare not sell the stake and retains all of the 49%].

There is no overthinking. The RNS of Fri, 16 Aug 2024 and interview of Tues, 13 Aug 2024 is what people wanted ie where is Chairman Bell, what is happening in RRR Faso and what is happening for RRR DRC award? All answered now. So, to be clear, there is ==no overthinking=== or ==underthinking. Why? The RNS and interview is objective and factual. Also, the RNS said there will be an update. So, that is awaited and nothing to do with me. Everyone has read it and decide accordingly.

Banburboy knows that the word cannot be use so the asterik was used to skip one letter but the rest was seen and it will be a banned word obviously on this forum otherwise, there was no need to skip one letter so that it would not be "censor" on this forum.

I will give an example. There is a mining co with a surname ie Australia. That 2nd part of the name will be censored on this forum. It goes into this category of the censored words.

Why Banburyboy? Surely, you want the real explanation about RRR isnt it? If at work in a professional environment, can it get past the co and compliance? Say, all the questions put today - will the Audit Dept pass it without proof and just launch questions ? They wont unless they have prima facie evidence and that is in the real world. So, what is wrong if I put it out and folks can read my view and your view and decide accordingly. Two big sells today so are you not happy that people listen to you, not me? Proof is selling of 10m and 5m region but price still kept up -even Duke noticed. Why? If one of the clients get a revenue enquiry and then they want to investigate, accounting papers must be prepared. Once the papers go in, Revenue will check and many a time, the papers will support as evidence. This is just routine. That is why the list of questions today put again by another poster but they are the same ones with additional questions and request for receipts. What governance? You know that RRR has quite a few subsidiaries. All have to be dealt with ie Companies House and all that via filing etc and mail. To save money for shareholders what is wrong with using a private address in the past? What governance is there? Name chapter, para of Regulations? Thanks. I see no ethical issues.

RRR is a tiny co and clerk, secretary, officer [admin], CEO, Chairman etc all are done by 1 person ie AB. So, how does he run from 1 office daily, to and fro in the traffic etc so isnt it sensible to save money, time and convenience in 1 place eg private address? Where is the governance issue come in? Just in case it was not clear from the 2nd interview from the CEO of Southern Cross Gold given I could not tweet everything in detail. The 2nd interview was about =Antimony= [title] after last night's SXG's 2 RNS out. The CEO said something that stunned me. He said gold is good but =Antimony==will get =Permitting== kinda of thing. I was stunned because I always thought mining was easy in Australia, a Tier 1 jurisdiction. But I know that Sunday Creek is near Melbourne [some distance] and therefore, with a "large antimony" project at Sunday Creek ie High Grades out last night of both gold and antimony, and the latter a strategic metal, it will pass permitting!!! Wow. Nice.

So, thought I would let you know if you didnt listen to everything. I tend to listen to everything. Secondly, the CEO showed the impressive list of HNW inc Swiss private banking clients etc who own more than the institutions. The CEO smiled and said SXG is 1 of the Best - We are up there kinda of thing. Yes, that is now established given even in the presentation of Great Pacific Gold, they mention Sunday Creek alongside Fosterville & Costerfield, legendary mines.

So, here we are on this forum ie shareholders who now have Kilmore & Kilmore West in 100% share @RRR. There is nothing else besides RRR 100% Kilmore. How? The CEO repeated twice in both interviews that RISING SUN high grade gold and antimony --they are Drilling --------------West wards-----which is to the boundary of RRR 100% Kilmore.

It is depth ie open and on strike , also open, he stressed that point twice of Going West.

Doesnt take a genius that SXG knows there is nothing else West over the boundary given RRR 100% is Kilmore & Kilmore West that adjoins the Sunday Creek property licence area.

In such Audit Trails, it is called called "paper trail" per Accounting terminology. So, check here , there and everyway and finally ask Helpful, where is this, where is that. Hence, you checked :"RRR Charges" at Companies House. Chairman Bell's address can no longer be found as he has gone on to the Private Electoral List which one can opt for ==after== his address [personal] was posted and repeated on this forum.

So, now, the only thing visible is the Lithium so that appears tangible to look for. Hence, you ask for it and even this post to me, you are asking, other posters ask as they repeat the question as well for so many times. One said, they believe it is not there - an opening question, hence they must check and approach the co. Since you addressed me I will provide the courtesy of a reply. I did sense you were the lead as the poster asking the questions appear similar to the type you asked & he didnt say he was a Chartered Accountant, like you say you are on this forum. If, that is correct, then you may be aware that those questions via the list is something that is External Auditing of which no Joe Public has that remit/mandate.

So, now you bring up that old acorn of RRR Greenland before my time but I did run a few checks via open file. I found , for 1, Greenland was ==never sold on==. How, there is no Pitch Book data etc of M & A recording the re-sale. It is easy to check the Greenland Mining Register by name or by licence no & it is still there. Nothing has been done, nothing mined and the grades in the back and beyond with the cold is not great grades either compared to somewhere else. It was a hot place but the politicians in at the time were not in favour of opening Greenland to mining. So, there it sits forlorn so where is this money since it was never paid. The chap wanting to buy is has a Cyprus Bank A/c and it was frozen and it was in the news. It was just frozen but folks couldnt even get out money at the height of the financial crisis & the whole banking system froze via ATM's, bank accounts. So, how does this all not fit in and there is Imagined Fabled Money and per yourself, Greenland bigger the RRR DRC? Where? Even any Auditor will know , it did not pass my 1st round of checks.

Many small explorers pivoting to artisanal gold production eg Echo also said they cannot provide the exact revenue, grade etc until production starts and even then the grades will vary as that is the way the ore is normally in gradation.

So, who is RRR selling to , hence price etc is not up to RRR to provide as this co has partners as well. I recall Colin Bird's Manica who had JV partners. They never report every week, every month etc nor is the exact details know. Come the time of the accounts period, it is reported as to how much and even then, it was said, the amounts cannot be exactly the same due to the fact production in these small operations vary. I have seen ==no==gold co that is doing artisanal mining giving out that type of info. So, strange that 8 people want to know?

I dont as I know that cannot be given out as it is not normal reporting wanted. A lot of what is wanted appears also to be ==forward guidance==which is not allowed by the Nomad.? Isnt it? Have a look around the forums whether other people are asking a whole list of detailed accounts questions isnt it?
