I noted your interest in the RRR DRC Award matter and since that is also what I am interested in, inc other shareholders, I posted a backup for the need for signatures from both RRR & JV Partner from the DRC evidenced by the RRR RNS, General Meeting of May 2023.

Since you appear to be rather more knowledgeable about legals in your posts today about DRC -miner -RRR, I would think you should not be commenting anything that appears to be ad hominen isnt it? New laws have come in and you may be aware isnt it? So , why ask ? NO IS THE ANSWER.

I have not been able to find any EXPENSES to be deducted from $7.5m. The shareholders letter also mentioned $2.5m from recall which the JV partner should have paid RRR ?

I have been looking at the RRR DRC matter today and when I found the backdrop ie CONTEXT , I posted for clarity so that each one can decide for themselves about why "Rappel" and "Finalisation" and ==NOT==for Chairman Bell to appear at the DRC Arbitration Court again if in fact the agreement had been signed so that matter appears "settled" [signed agreement]. We, on the forum will have to =wait for the= update as stated in my 1st para or so of 16.8.24 about "coming days." News, 21 Aug 2024 Wed. 6.10pm [Stock Mkt closed at 4.30pm]

We have been TOLD that the Arbitration Award =must be SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES, and although we have been ready to sign, the other party has not.

Comment: I did say to "check" and if that was agreed. MrsMagic told me yesterday NOT to use "ISNT IT" so often but =had= I used "isnt it" in notation 4 above, then it would have been left to the reader to AGREE or NOT AGREE. In the above, I used "CHECK" instead ie is that what the reader would conclude or not? [Question].

I have spent today ie part of my time to search for the "CONTEXT" of what I stated yesterday of "ARBITRATION AGREEMENT needs SIGNATURE of BOTH PARTIES" and that appeared to be the bug bear inc the JV partner's Counsel wanting his fee which is not the remit of RRR as he does not represent RRR but since then, he is no longer a govt minister?

Targa today brought up the DRC and some interesting points. So, I am bringing up what I posted on 16.8.24 and IF, it has indeed been resolved, then can one not conclude that is the reason why the RRR RNS 16.8.24 stated that Chairman Bell will fly out to the DRC for "finalisation" meeting? [Refer also to interview of 13.8.24 ref: Rappel [French for reminder] issued by RRR 's Legal Counsel plus papers to Chief of Staff, DRC Govt [to President or PM?].

Chairman Bell indicated in the said interview, something akin to it could not be managed and not difficult to understand as the Chief of Staff has to prepare the file and perhaps as Helpful said, would need to call up independently papers presumably a copy/ies of the DRC Arbitration Court proceedings and that the agreement has been filed between RRR & JV partner and more importantly SIGNED.

Conclusion: I think that the ==preceeding==backdrop [NikeAir180 calls it C O N T E X T ] does elucidate the entirety of the RRR DRC RNS of noon, Fri, 16.8.24 and the Chairman Bell interview @Stockbox Tues, 13 Aug 2024.

It was said that there will be an update per the Fri, 16 Aug 2024.

For Clarity: Wait for the next update on DRC relating to "Finalisation" when Chairman Bell flies out to the DRC again re: above. One way or the other, there will be clarity to the said RNS and Interview on the DRC. Until then, everyone is aware they have to wait for news. When the stock market opens on Wed, 21 Aug 2024, there is no time to go to and fro anymore on this matter of the DRC.

Meanwhile, Helpful, RRR 100% Kilmore neighbour has reached A$516.1 Million and still drilling with no resource statement yet in Victoria , Australia. And Gold is at record high at US$2,500 and a bit over. Over and out. Just finished watching the ASX, Australia. Not posting anymore as said until news comes out via RRR RNS as and when on RRR Faso, RRR DRC and RRR Australia [Kilmore] as per said last RNS.

On any stock forum, people post their views to help each other. Research also helps relating to the RRR projects in Africa, Australia etc. It means that news about RRR 's neighbours would also be helpful eg RRR Kilmore 100% is next door to Southern Cross Gold, Australia with a market cap of A$527.9 Million and still drilling. SXG's latest RNS dated 19 Aug 2024 stated that their Rising Sun drilling to depth ["open] and at strike [open] is towards the West of this licence. To the West is across the boundary to RRR's Kilmore. Even RRR RNS of Fri, 16 Aug 2024 mentions Southern Cross Gold , Australia ...

For everyone else, if Joe Public has a Twitter a/c , they can easily tweet to Chairman Bell, RRR if they wish to clarify provided they hold shares in RRR as it may be asked [I saw Chairman Bell asking someone else and it is reasonable that RRR will answer if it is a shareholder either on Twitter or it will come out in a RRR RNS. The market and others understood and hence, the share price of RRR has NOT jumped up ie Efficient Mkt Theory [price reacts to news either way]?
