There is NO longer a guessing game. IF you think you are RIGHT, you have to go with your thinking given you say you own NO RRR shares at all. If you are wrong wholly & RRR manages to ease out of this situation given I see PoW is supportive isnt it? DRC - no one knows yet. You are making a LOT of ASSUMPTIONS:

[1] RRR has "no choice to sell RRAL at WHATEVER PRICE." - LoL, Really? The base price is £3.5m for the deal between POW -RRR in Mar 2024. A Lot has happened. IF, as you say, RRR has to sell RRR Australia [100% Kilmore] at "WHATEVER PRICE", why did the RRR 23 Aug 2024 state: "THE BOARD OF RRR RECOMMEND THE OFFER OF ...?" So, it was NEVER ACCEPTED at whatever the price was isnt it -F A C T .

[2] Why do you say that whoever was going to support the PoW £250k was having 2nd thoughts. Isnt that conjecture? Ya know accounting types always want to delay and no need to bring out $$$ so soon or money coming in elsewhere? NO ONE KNOWS so , conjecture on your part about the funder/s isnt it?

[3] Oh, you are a 3% potential TR1, did you say? LoL ie implied. So, until the news comes out, NO ONE knows inc you isnt it? It now depends where Chairman Bell is and the result of the "FINALISATION MEETING AT THE DRC PALACE" isnt it?

Some of the posters on this forum have seen for their own eyes and lifetime of the last cycle, not so long ago where a stock can go from a shell mkt cap of £8m then @1p to 46p [Google Finance 2 June 2017]. So, £1,000 became £46,000. GGP was even more spectacular ie 0.10p when Paul Johnson & Bell went in to restructure and hired Gervaise, a fund mgr from Sydney. It went from 0.10p to 36.9p on 31.12.20 [Google Finance]. From 0.10p x 10=1p. So, 47x.

Mind boogling but the above is FACTUAL and all the prices of how high it hit is via Google Finance SP Chart. Many like HawaiiFive0 are aware. I have looked on Twitter, and one poster said, he is hoping for some moment to ditch RRR to go for another stock!? Ah, see, I will watch.

DRC is going to help but it is RRR 100% Kilmore potential that is of interest and that includes the wild card of DRC international litigation - it is mentioned by the Auditor of RRR in the A/R so that potential is there also. Long shot but moving closer to news as to what happens next. I am hoping. Tues, 27.8.24.

Chairman Bell is surrounded by other advisors and dont think they cant see the chance of a lifetime includes legendary status. Maybe, you have not learnt theory which was taught re: Poseidon when it went to £280. Theory and history teaches, that soon , the speculators went for other nickel stocks so they starting running up in price.

On Hotcopper SXG, there is hardly anyone posting because the global investors and institutions hold a lot of the stock. There was an order for 1m for SXG just before the ANN last night. The MKT CAP is now something that no longer interests the smaller ordinary Aussie Joe/Jane.

Think what happens IF, say, RRR 's 100% Kilmore to be renamed SUNDAY CREEK GOLD , ASX would do? The name alone is legendary now with Pierre Lassonde as a private investors and HNW have more shares than tutes.

The surrounding circumstances was NOT taken into account, hence the analysis was not spot on. I agree. I am pleased that the RRR 100% Kilmore asset with NDA's are now a potential hot property for gold and antimony. I have posted before that the WH etc have informed the majors to take into account that they should be in Tier 1 jurisdiction as gold becomes into sight, for the want of a better word.

The 1st gold notes have come in, did you see them, Helpful on Twitter? Ah, well, it is 24k gold and even Paul Johnson is talking about the next price level for gold and Oz is buzzing with antimony.

So, if anyone is commercially street wise, they would use everything else as a type of collateral in order to steer RRR 100% into a fuller value on the open market. So, tidy up the financials as much as possible and PIVOT. DL , Chairman Bell , PJ have NEVER ever got a A$563m mkt cap co under their belt. DL ran Lonhro, a big listed co but that was around £200m plus but I have not looked into it in detail as Lonhro was much bigger earlier. A chance in a life time only matched by Jupiter Mines of OZ isnt it?

There is a DISTINCTION between an OFFER for RRAL [RRR 100% Kilmore, Australia] and NDA signed for "SHELL" of Fri, 13 Aug 2024 interview. They cannot be viewed on the same basis, one an offer and the other potential shell, isnt it?

This is NOT an OPEN market value as the deal was between RRR & PoW. Now, the VALUE IS FOR POTENTIAL IPO value or shell etc.

You should have asked your sources whether the FQ Broker Report of 19.1.23 is DIS-REGARDED or to be taken into account of the value of £15m on IPO [London peer type similarities]?

Ah, that should be asked. Also, if say , a OFFER was £100k, will the NOMAD allow a RNS for RRR to state "OFFER" or not?

So, is there a minimum threshold so that shareholders will be ...? So, what is the THRESHOLD BEFORE the RRR Nomad would allow RRR to issue a RNS re: "OFFER FOR RRR 100% KILMORE." All theory -for discussion. Just asking. Tues, 27.8.24. [4.10]

LoL, so your offer of £1 was not accepted for RRR 100% Kilmore? Think you said, why you could offer £1? I didnt read too closely as I did know it was not even possible. You should have asked the Normad's sources:

[1] The PoW-RRR deal of Mar 2024 was for £1.5m for 49.9% stake in Kilmore, Oz.

[2] So, grossed up for 100% = £1.5m x 2 = £3m.

vs FQ Equity Note 9.1.23 : If floated as an IPO, £15m [100%] due to "similar exploration co's going for that at London IPO].

So, isnt the minimum threshold of acceptability at £3m BEFORE PREMIUM as is normal for Offers?
