There is another "offer of a shell and an NDA was signed on Fri."-Ref, RRR Interview, Tues, 13 Aug 2024 relating to DRC, Faso & RRR Australia [100% Kilmore].

NOMAD: Specinvestor99 said below he contacted sources at NOMAD - the £3m implied deal value for RRR -PoW 100% Kilmore is BEFORE further news from SXG, Sunday Creek of mineralisation heading WEST to RRR boundary at Kilmore.

This is NOT an OPEN market value as the deal was between RRR & PoW. Now, the VALUE IS FOR POTENTIAL IPO value or shell etc.

You should have asked your sources whether the FQ Broker Report of 19.1.23 is DIS-REGARDED or to be taken into account of the value of £15m on IPO [London peer type similarities]?

Ah, that should be asked. Also, if say , a OFFER was £100k, will the NOMAD allow a RNS for RRR to state "OFFER" or not?

So, is there a minimum threshold so that shareholders will be ...? So, what is the THRESHOLD BEFORE the RRR Nomad would allow RRR to issue a RNS re: "OFFER FOR RRR 100% KILMORE." All theory -for discussion. Just asking. Tues, 27.8.24. [4.10]

LoL, so your offer of £1 was not accepted for RRR 100% Kilmore? Think you said, why you could offer £1? I didnt read too closely as I did know it was not even possible. You should have asked the Normad's sources:

[1] The PoW-RRR deal of Mar 2024 was for £1.5m for 49.9% stake in Kilmore, Oz.

[2] So, grossed up for 100% = £1.5m x 2 = £3m.

vs FQ Equity Note 9.1.23 : If floated as an IPO, £15m [100%] due to "similar exploration co's going for that at London IPO].

So, isnt the minimum threshold of acceptability at £3m BEFORE PREMIUM as is normal for Offers?

PoW is well aware of the situation inc accounts relating to RRRAL and are being kept informed and all matters need PoW's ongoing consultations etc as needed.

The RRR Nomad is also under ....as if they do NOT approve the RNS before being issued etc ?? It just isnt correct is it.

It now appears to be getting more and more as the days pass and just like the Australian case, the Judge awarded not only ordinary damages but aggravated damages with no proof of facts etc.

LoL, where have I read all this ? Its quite common to throw the above isnt it? On this forum, I have read many posts starting from Feb 2023 to-date and they are repeating the same thing.

As I said, IF, IF folks have PROOF of what they say, easy to go to the NOMAD, Stock Exchange etc who are the regulatory body in the U.K. But there appears to be NO PROOF otherwise, why not go to Twitter and contact all the regulatory bodies? I am posting because 1 is not aware that there appears to be no evidence of proof required isnt it?

below Golden Dyke." -Tues, 27 Aug 2024.

Comment: See, I said that Sunday Creek as SXG stated is a "re-discovery" and not a new discovery as in looking for a new deposit. Sunday Creek was the 2nd gold mining town after Kilmore [RRR 100%] and only after gold ran out at Kilmore, did the Victorians move to Sunday Creek, some 14 mins away. Kilmore also has old historic mine/s and old workings etc eg Donnybrook gold fields with average 120g/t au gold. [See PoW Geo Report].

SXG states 130 holes drilled at Sunday Creek ...16 are currently being processed & analyses and 5 drill holes in progress.

In the article I posted about SXG @Sunday Creek, it was said 110 holes already drilling and latest results are high grade gold & antimony. More importantly, it is OPEN along STRIKE & DEPTH and it is heading WEST from Rising Sun, Sunday Creek, Southern Cross Gold, ASX A$563.7Million [from A$551.7m a few days ago]. Buy note out for SXG today.

There is nothing much more for Rising Sun as they drill it out presumably in this stage having already drilled Apollo. There is no other big resource now and hence why everyone is interested in RRR 100% Kilmore as the CEO of SXG keep saying even in interviews & ANN that it is HEADING WEST of Rising Sun and that will be to the boundary of RRR 100% Kilmore.
