How many parties to the DRC Arbitration? Does it not say VUP which goes back to the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT of the JV?

You are IGNORING Chairman Bell's Interview of Tues, 13 Aug 2024 with Stockbox and RRR RNS of Fri, 23 Aug 2024 wherein RRR stated Bell will RETURN to the DRC for "FINALISATION" meeting. Your earlier posts on finding out where the meeting could be ie there are 3 palaces or have you forgotten?

You appear to be back tracking? Everyone on this forum heard the interview now on RRR Twitter A/c and the Fri, RRR RNS stated, Bell returns to the DRC for a "FINALISATION" meeting. IT DID NOT SAY BELL RETURNS TO THE DRC COURT. IT IS IN THE RRR RNS, 23.8.24.

It is NOT paid ie $430m [RRR 50.1%] because it is subject to international arbitration OUTSIDE the DRC courts. Why? The asset was taken from RRR isnt it? This topic has been discussed for a long time now. So, IF the DRC Arbitration Award of $15m is made given the Draft Award had to be SIGNED by 2 parties ie RRR & JV partner, then the matter in the DRC is finished. Hence, why RRR has to ask for the release of the $15m - Gecamines Legal Counsel told the Court that Gecamines will pay out once the award has been made in the DRC Arbitration Court.

You cited 1 para but did not give a DATE or reference of the source. If you did give a date and reference, then, one has to see IF the whole para had more to say, OR that it was a much earlier announcement. You appear to chose to IGNORE now the Tues, 13 Aug 2024 Interview of RRR 's Legal Counsel issuing a "Rappel" [Reminder] to the Chief of Staff, DRC and copied to the British Ambassador to the DRC. Chairman Bell said it could not be finalised and he would have to go to FASO and then COME BACK TO DRC for the "FINALISATION MEETING" at the DRC Palace. How can the $430m [RRR 50.1%] be paid just like that? It is subject to litigation outside DRC. RRR has already consulted legal counsel in London? Its all there and everyone knows and has followed the story and since you said you bought RRR for the DRC you must know that? I said Chairman Bell is NOT returning to the DRC Court for "finalisation" but to the DRC Palace for a "Finalisation Meeting" after the RAPPEL was issued. A Rappel or Reminder by Legal Counsel is for payment isnt it? Or it is also called Legal Letter of Demand isnt it? So, have to wait now and see isnt it?

That French Garnishee Order which RRR came to find out per Clear Capital Broker Report of 2022 [pg 13] - it would have been filed in a DRC Court and someone must have told RRR. RRR would then have to do a SEARCH in the DRC Court for the legal papers of the legal filing. Simple isnt it? All Court Order filing can be searched just like death certs, probate etc.

I dont really think I have to spell it out for you , dont you think? Given NikeAir180 has explained it to this forum of choice isnt it? You must know that. Why ask me if there was a choice? I already stated RE-STRUCTURING is happening isnt it via voluntary conversion of debt into shares? I am =not= a CLN holder so I do not know what they have a right to see given the NDA's have been already been issued via an RNS.

I stated that restructuring is taken place isnt it - and therefore, your months of thesis has appeared to go awry. Why? The debt is changing to paper stock. What more to say given this is happening and FACT. It is NOT in our place to know the funder's status/position but RRR RNS is telling us, debt is turned into paper stock of RRR.

In my view, I decided to speak up given its been months of saying RRR is "d..." when it is qualified by debt slowly disappearing , for the want of a better word. One of the billionaires paid no taxes on his American stock because it was in cents and then he turned it into mega billions. So, how much of the paper stock is going to be turned into, that is the question isnt it? Same principle.

What got me started on junior miners was a story of an Australian who bought almost worthless shares which filled up a whole suitcase of paper certs. One day, it turned good. Get the drift? It can turn good or turn bad isn it? Isnt that what Solgold was all about ie going from 1p to 46p? Or GGP from 0.10p [PJ & Bell] turned into some 37p but I recall it went a bit higher?

Out of the $430m which 50.1% belongs to RRR, that would be $215m isnt it? So, BF settlement terms are 1/2 plus royalty, that will be $70m which is not bad is it? The $10m is due for settlement as well.

I found out who was the chap doing the survey work for SXG. It is on open Linkedin.

So, given the drilling goes deeper, it means that, IF, SXG releases the REGIONAL SURVEY outside their own licence area, it could be state-of-art DEEP SENSING survey which is more insightful than just surface surveys.

Or RRR has also done a mag survey and once this is out and via RNS, then the NDA's would have been SIGNED as if they were PRE-survey and according much less in value in theory, than AFTER the survey and geo work, predicated upon , IF the work shows greater insight?

Just as IF, the SXG results were known at the time of the PoW-RRR deal in Mar 2024, it would not have gone for £1.5m would it?

P.S. Endeavour is a big listed co in London and they were paid $20m. Now, Faso govt stepped in to mediate and no need for legal litigation. The other co will pay $80m [further] and that ends everything. This was for the sale of a gold mine by Endeavour. I think that there is also a royalty element further to this.?

This may start the trend in AFrica for govts to settle litigation [int] and DRC govt would know given there is a big article in the FT just out. So DRC govt can settle the RRR award and the further litigation for loss of Musoni isnt it?

6 hrs ago, FT reported on Endeavour in B.Faso. Faso govt was the mediator to settle the dispute between Endeavour and another co. It was a matter of Endeavour suing the other co re: $300m and the other co counter-suing. Now, it is settled.

[3] Does RRR =not= know roughly the results of RRR Kilmore geo work ie even if preliminary it will give them a good idea especially, SXG said they are drilling near the Historic Gold Mine further down? SXG theory is that the gold they drilled are under and near the previous gold mine at Rising Sun & Apollo.?

Is there not a good reason why they dont want the potential NDA's to know yet the totality of the geo work until it is finished. Once finished, they have to RNS it , so meantime, isnt that the reason why RRR did not accept nor reject the NDA for "Shell" or "Offer" of 13.8.24 and 23.8.24? There are NDA'S [PLURAL] per RRR RNS 16.8.24 and "listed partners" [plural] potentially? Just asking.

Look at it this way: Is RRR 100% KILMORE worth more than £3.5m [£3m] at the time of Mar 2024 when it was not yet KNOWN Sunday Creek mineralisation was going WEST towards the boundary of RRR 100% Kilmore? IF, it is, then Sean Wade, an investment banker & Founding Shareholder of LIBERUM cant be that dumb, can he, not to know it is a prize to steer it thru. Same goes for P.Johnson, another astute player otherwise, he will still be working with little savings as an Insurance Loss Adjustor isnt it?

So, given the funders are CONVERTING their debt into shares and EXTENDING the time frame, isnt it also correct in legal terms, POW can extend "INDEFINATELY" until the deal is "struck" isnt it? Dont jump at the word indefinately which only means HOLDING on until isnt it?
