Now that you are here, I think it would be interesting for you to listen to Paul Johnson's podcast on Sunday Roast, 8.9.24.

He mentioned RRR just before 47:03 and how RRR stake in Jupiter was 125% and how in 2010, RRR moved quickly. He was giving the analogy I think to POW and GMET as to how a stake could be significant. Paul talked and discussed many , many stocks and he is always interesting to listen to. So, from the little I heard, he does appear to allude to GMET as the star stake in PoW. Paul has never mentioned RRR before directly and that is the 1st time except to reply to Helpful on Twitter re: RRR by way of: you never know kinda of thing. Thanks. Tues, 10.9.24

I dont go to races ie Newmarket ie the big races. I dont mix in that crowd but if I did, I will ask Ruby Walsh but I dont know Brennan ie the name in horse racing. Enough about horse racing. So, you allude to and dont say you speak in a direct fashion either. LoL. I did know that Wyloo has been involved in GGP for 2 years. But have you asked about this next step of consolidation now being discussed in the Paterson and that Dr Andrew Forrest will be potentially coming up with $100m as part of the potential buyout of Telfer, 70% of Havieron? Just to finish off on this subject above, I was well aware of Liz coming on but I did not post it on this forum. Why? My, what a stir it would have caused. However, going forward, it is going to be interesting about Twiggy Forrest, Founder of Wyloo, a private listed co in Australia because if Twiggy puts up $100m, it would appear to be a bigger stake which appears to be more in keeping with his stake already in GGP. Let's see in the coming days given no one knows the details yet or how it is being structure. On this forum, we are always keen to speak to Australians. The last chap was a poster called Red Dirt kinda of name and he was very helpful given he was a Geo or that is how he hinted from recall years ago. In another post also of that period , theeeeduke also mentions FRANKIE DETTORI. Ah, well, never mind but certainly I now know theeeeduke never met Lester Piggot, the racing legend. Yes, I think in restrospect, I will be more careful with folks name dropping but in fact never met them in their profession as a jockey. So, in that sense, I will correct it to the right circumstance.

Do you know Dr Forrest since you mention the Big Koala at Wyloo who is Twiggy himself? Twiggy is about to potentially play a bigger role at GGP. Everyone knows that Twiggy doesnt tend to just do small? LoL, after all his is a billionaire of significance in Australia. No one here is an Australian so would be interesting for us Brits to know isnt it?

I found it via Zumore's date given. I looked up theeeeduke open London South East profile for the date of 19 June 2024.

On 20th June, 2024, theeeeduke further posted [not quoted by Zumore]: " I RODE MY 20TH WINNER AT 14. I'm in the hundreds know, would have been 1,000's of werent for alcohol!"

On 19 June 2024, theeeduke again posted to me: "News, at 14 I was probably riding my 20th winner! Mate everyone's different I GREW UP IN A RACING FAMILY, please dont knock me for that - I didnt chose it but by ...[cannot repeat the word] I wouldnt change it." @23.42.

Added together with the 20 wins at 14 by Theeeeduke [not sure how Dukey could ride 20 winners at 14 given does the labour laws allow for jockey at 14? I dont know] it does suggest that Dukey alluded to it. Well, jockeys met jockeys at races and since Dukey won 20 races at 14, that must have attracted attention isnt it? So, alluded ? LoL.

I will look back a bit more but the convo about Lester Piggott goes back to theeeeduke comes from a racing family. I asked Dukey, you were a jockey at 14? He said yes kinda of thing meaning his fam that is. I cant be bothered to check back to the exact time of the horse tip but I recall it was even further than that. Suffice to say, in the time I knew about horse racing , Lester was a legend . How can anyone in racing NOT meet Lester at some race or the other as all the jockeys would know each other. Now , Dukey says he just sold his horse and taking arest? From what I know, jockey's dont usually own horses only trainers. Trainers dont tend to be jockeys from the one folks read about? Anyway, I will check when I have the time but I dont sign unless I know after checking. Thanks.

Right. Let's get down further relating to Elizabeth Gaines, Deputy Chairman of GGP [also Non-Executive Director of GGP]. As far as I know Wyloo [Fouunder Andrew Forrest's private co owns shares in GGP] and therefore Elizabeth Gaines is not the one holding GGP shares to qualify her to sit on the board, never mind Deputy Chairman of GGP. So, to me, Andrew Forrest himself doesnt want a seat on the GGP Board due to his stake in GGP. So, by logic , since Elizabeth Gaines was appointed by Twiggy Forrest to the board of Fortescue, it is assumed then, Twiggy put forward Liz Gaines as his representative on the GGP board and then Deputy Chairman of GGP inc Executive Director. As Wyloo is said to be participating in the potential possible buyout of Telfer and the rest of Havieron [70%], Forrest will have to come up with $100m which means a bigger stake in GGP isnt it? It is a no wonder then that Liz is Deputy Chairman of GGP by virtue of the Dr Forrest stake currently and more to come, IF, it pulls off although details not known yet.

P.S. Liz named by the Australian Broadcasting as "THE DRIVING FORCE OF FORTESCUE" - isnt that legendary to be named driving force of Fortescue?

Isnt she legendary if she took Fortescue so much further? In Australia, isnt she given accolades for CEO of Fortescue and she is per the article an appointee of the richest men [1 of] in Australia ie Twiggy Forrest? Now, Twiggy is in GGP and Liz is Deputy Chairman of GGP? If you are an Aussie, then you should know about Liz isnt it?

That is a good view. Yes, Fortescue is in the Paterson area but much further North. They have never taken a very serious

acquisition trail in the Paterson, W.Australia as yet. Andrew Forrest owns 36.75% of Fortescue [Ref: "Fortescue's Forrest transfers $3.39 billion to his charitable foundation."- Reuters, 21 June 2023. I am not sure how the stake is now comprised of since Mr Forrest's divorce. Also, note it is WYLOO that is involved in GGP. Wyloo is a private co which belongs to Andrew Forrest ie Twiggy. No one knows what direction Fortescue is going to take after this post going Green but now drawn back from what I understand?

Its called "consolidation" in the Paterson a/c to reports yesterday out on Twitter. RIO is wanting to sell Winu because it appears that it is not big enough for Rio who deal in 1Bt upwards given Winu [Paterson] has some 450mt. Not sure on what stage Rio is at selling Winu but at one time, folks talked about Winu needing Telfer to process and thought Rio would buy Telfer to process Winu if they were going forward with Winu. Rio had been wanting to increase tonnage at Winu by looking at nearby etc.

When Elizabeth Gaines came on to the board of GGP, I didnt think she came to a smaller co from FOSTESCUE, an ASX A$48 BILLION $ co to knit kinda of thing. Gaines joined Fostescue in 2013 and become CEO in 2017. Before becoming CEO, she was the CFO of Fostescue. Ref: "Fortescue appoints Elizabeth Gaines CEO."-Sydney Morning Herald, 30 Nov 2017. The article stated:" BILLIONAIRE MINING MAGNATE ANDREW "Twiggy" Forrest has APPOINTED 2 WOMEN TO LED FORTESCUE" ie Elizabeth Gaines, as CEO and another as Deputy. I believe Gaines is still a Non-Executive of Fortescue [part time] and Global Ambassador for Fortescue. Gaines was named 2022: AACSB's INFLUENTIAL LEADERS.
