I know for a fact that Mr David Price, CEO of Rockfire Resources is very approachable, friendly and cares for the co and its shareholders. I am a shareholder of Rockfire Resources.

As I have stated, it is best that Mr Price is informed and I have just informed Mr Price of what was stated "VERBATIM" what what stated of the accounts etc.

Let's leave it at that and await as to how Mr Price will inform ALL shareholders of Rockfire who are , I am sure,

You are providing forward guidance on the accounting of which, NO ONE knows whether this year of 2024, the admin cost is as high as 2023 or not. The 2022 is always shown in any accounts as the year before as the normalised admin cost. The Chairman of Rock himself stated in the Annual Report of 31.12.23 released in 2024, that 2023 cost was higher due to the "unsuccessful buy of Emirates" isnt it. It is in black and white.

The picture you are painting is that the CASH runs out faster than it should, IF, you are using HIGHER figures to EXTRAPOLATE. How can anyone of us, NOT PRIVY to the accounts right now, EXTRAPOLATE ?

How? Just askin. Let us say, on any share forum, there is more than 1 view and DAVID PRICE, CEO OF ROCK should be therefore consulted before one puts out extrapolated figures which MAY or MAY NOT BE, in FACT, be correct isnt it?

We shareholders need to contact David Price, CEO and put to him what has been discussed on this forum and leave the co ie Rockfire to correct the figures if needs be isnt it? You do want an ACCURATE PICTURE dont you?

You AGREE with the Admin cost I quoted of £1.785m [not £1.9m you quoted earlier] for the year ended 31.12.23.

So, you took £1.785m divided by 12 =£150k per month [should be £146k]. And you said it should last a few months of cash left.

ROCK ANNUAL REPORT 31.12.23:

2022 Admin cost was £753k in 2022 [NOT £1.785m as in 31.12.23], so it is possible that £753k is the NORMALISED admin cost because Chairman said in 2023, the cost rose due to unsuccessful buy of Emerates isnt it? That means it is only

2ndly, the last raise was done at a 36% premium at 0.5p and this is BEFORE the 500% increase in JORC Molaoi. Share price is 0.22p at £5.5m on Fri, 6 Sep 2024.

Conversation has ended and even at 0.5% of value in situ of US$4.7bn is some US$23m+ which is near 4x PLUS from Fri, 6.9.24. ALL in the accounts and TAKEN from the Chairman's statement and can BE CHECKED WITH MR PRICE, CEO of ROCK.?

The Allenby broker note is above dated 4.9.24 after the Rock RNS of 500% increase in JORC at Molaoi.

Rock share price is 0.22p, Mkt cap £5.5m. Posting Allenby fair value at 2.6p.

That implies more than 10x today's mkt cap = >£55M roughly at 2.6p fair value by Allenby. If anyone has the full Allenby note, kindly please share. Investor Mag did not share the full note. Thanks.

I am quoting the same Rock Annual Report dated 31 Dec 2024 issued via RNS on 31 May 2024.

Lets be clear: "CASH OR CASH EQUIVALENT is £436,575. [Note 13]" on the Balance Sheet of ROCK as at 31.12.24.

"FINANCIAL REVIEW: The Income Statement shows a LOSS of £1,988,747 [2022 loss £614, 329"

"On 20 Sep 2023 co raised £3.5m at 0.5p per share==PREMIUM OF 36%."

"CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE INCOME for yr ended 31.12.23 :

A D M I N S T R A T I V E EXPENSES: £1,785, 547. {2022: £753,212]"

Comment: You will NOTICE that in 2022, the Admin was £753,212 and it was stated: "THE LOSS for the yr is HIGHER than anticipated owing to the unsuccessful acquisition of Emerates Gold." In short, the admin expenses of £1,785,547 is due to the UNSUCCESSFUL ACQUISITION of Emerates Gold. In the yr BEFORE, without ACQUISITION loss, ADMIN WAS £753,212.

It is not £1.9m admin loss as quoted because £200k+ is showing as FOREIGN EXCHANGE LOSS, not pure admin.

Lastly, IN SITU and 0.5%, that is not stated as the rule. John Cornford, Master Investors from recall cites 2-3% in the good years, so 0.5% would be slashed to the low side. Besides, one has to check the LAST M & A FOR ZINC, SILVER, LEAD & GERMANIUM buy out to see if it is 0.5% of value in situ.

I posted on 5 Sep 2024 at 01:08 citing Paul Johnson's podcast of "Absolute cracker RNS US$4.7bn" dated 4.9.24.

So, even 0.5% of US$4.7bn = US$23M+ vs £5.5m mkt cap @0.22p.

My integrity is not at stake here. You quoted two 10m sells and then you added: "DOESNT BODE WELL."

If you had just left it as TWO 10M SELLS , that would have been factual but on QUALIFYING IT, it does not bode well kinda of thing [check your exact words], its means that you wish to inform that SOMEONE SOLD TWO 10M RRR SHARES AND THEREFORE IN LIGHT OF WAITING FOR RRR DRC AWARD, IT DOES NOT INDICATE ...isnt it? Otherwise, why say, it does not bode well kinda of thing.

FACT: There were 5 TEN MILLION TRADES. 3 WERE TIMED AT 13:17 , two were blue ie buys and one was minus. Then, end of the day, were TWO 10M sells. So, whether they were bed/breakfast, I am not sure but certainly, PUT DOWN THE CORRECT PICTURE THAT IS FACTUAL, not PORTRAY, that someone SOLD two 10m sales of RRR [£4,600 for 10m RRR shares].

Comment: One can check the previous presentation from SXG in that the previous exploration target was 3moz gold, so double is 6moz gold. The DYKE at RRR 100% Kilmore is also the same DYKE as at SXG. To check , call up RRR Australia and it is under Kilmore and Kilmore West re: Map showing the dyke crosses from SXG to RRR Kilmore [Ref: Teck Geo Report on Kilmore RRR].

The only set of ROCK accounts was the Annual Report RNS, 31 May 2024:

Comment: If one looks at the year before, the admin was £753,212 in the column comparitive. So, it would be correct that £2m is NOT the normal admin which is qualified by the para 1 above due to the unsuccessful acquisition. WHAT IS UNCLEAR is that is the £1.732m NOT YET RECEIVED BACK from the non-closure of the Emerates deal? I am not sure as I was not here at the time. However, one can ask Mr Price, the CEO? Seingred was referring to me as Newsboy and you, as Dukey. I thought only babies under 3 believed in fairies? No, I am NOT comparing RRR to CNR but Seingred mentioned it to you and this forum . Seingred said IF, the deal gets thru [first RNS on 13 Mar 2023 but to-date still NOT sold yet], it should bag ? Currently , CNR is a £45m co. I have been busy looking up PITCHBOOK or M & A last deal on any gold sale project in Nicaragua but found NONE except a JV for exploration with no price given. Ya know, even if one wants to buy a car on a 2nd used lot or auction, one looks up Parkers or if it is Art, then last price of the Monet kinda of thing isnt it? Hence, NO SALE recorded that I can find on NICARAGUA.

O.K, so if there is no price, then one has to see the general guide line of how much per oz of gold and I wont mention how much as you may not like it. They took 18 years of M & A and got the average price out for gold and they even have one data on copper per lb. So, cut the story short, IF, the sale is NOT at the MKT CAP of £45m , then one will be stuck isnt it?

If, it cant be sold for some time yet, then only option is to mothball isnt it which is general knowledge known to all?

So, in the meantime, money is needed isnt it as per the RNS's from CNR for 2023/24 I cited? OR PIVOT isnt it?

In short, how much better is a £45m co wanting to sell their gold project in Nicaragua to RRR with many projects esp the Australian one at 100% Kilmore but RRR is only £2m+. Since I was referred to as NEWSBOY and you, as DUKEY, then I think Sein thinks you like a QUICK IN and out, isnt it, like you bought RRR for 32m shares and sold the same day?

Mellon says in the RNS of 31.7.24 that record gold prices of US$2,400/oz "compared to US$1,600/oz used in the Feasibility Study". So, LoL gold price does matter after all. Hannan & Partners of London have been appointed to sell the gold project. In the CNR 31.7.24 RNS: "CAUTIONARY STATEMENT: Investors should note that, whilst the Board is encouraged by the process to date, there can be NO GUARANTEE that the CO will COMPLETE THE SALE OF THE ASSETS."

Comment: Very interesting given CNR was mentioned in relation to RRR. It would appear that RRR at least has more than 1 project etc. So, I suppose Seingred thinks Dukey will find CNR more to his liking to RRR. So, there you are, Dukey ,something nice for you at CNR per Seingred today on this RRR forum as in RRR nothing compared to CNR kinda of thing. I am pleased I took a look. [1] It is not a matter of CHOICE that RRR wants or doesnt want to operate in DRC. It is now resolving the DRC Award Arbitration issue and an update is AWAITED per the last RNS.

[2] Relating to RRR Burkina Faso, it is again, not up to shareholder's CHOICE. An update is also awaited per last RNS.

[3] IF, any shareholder is not happy with any of the RRR Strategy, they are FREE to decide what they want to do?

[4] RRR last few RNS & Interview is about DRC, Burkina Faso & Australia, the latter of which is awaiting the PoW stage payment.
