Decided to look at the stock that Banburyboy thinks is GREAT otherwise, he wouldnt INVEST isnt it? My word, the recent Interim Results shows a LOSS OF US$19 MILLION for 2022 and 6 months of 2022 of US$17.414 MILLION and 6 months of 2023 a LOSS OF US$2.321 MILLION.!!! I looked at the latest 6 Sep 2024 RNS and it was the result of the WELL PRODUCTION TEST for HELIUM. But looking a bit further, this co that Banburyboy thinks the world of is IN THE PARADOX.

Many of us are FAMILIAR with the PARADOX project in the USA so the co has PIVOTED to HELIUM now. Ya see, what one loves, one will see ONLY the positive isnt it? So, BANBURYBOY IS THE SAME. isnt it? So, what is there to GRUMBLE about RRR of which Banburyboy is NOT INVESTED in , so cant see anything nice because he doesnt love the stock isnt it? LoL.

Talk about ACCOUNTING , my word, a LOSS of US$19m and a MKT CAP OF £71M for the co Banburyboy is invested in?? Not sure but Ban said he has invested a London lunch in RRR equiv. Hope that clarifies to everyone.

The answer is Banburyboy is wrong. Theeeeduke has a different idea to Banburyboy as to when I arrived. No, it was NOT due to the DL appointment as Advisor to RRR.

If you dont name call, then one can have more attention to what you are saying. On another AIM co, the chap that posted name calling did the same kinda of, on another stock he mentioned. Someone said he has LOST on his crypto. I would like to also point out , that, LOOK AT ANY AIM JUNIOR EXPLORER, and tell me ONE which is NOT mining, that will not require cash? SO, YOU ARE LITERALLY TALKING OF TONS OF AIM CO'S - SO RRR IS NOT ALONE. GGP for example only has a JV in Havieron of 30% of a 8.4moz gold project with Newsmont [previously owned by Newcrest] and a MKT CAP OF £361 MILLION!!!! GGP therefore has a modest 2.4moz gold for 30% and sp is 7p with NO INCOME, NO MINING and still needs money to survive. I could list many more AIM and other exploration stocks into the 3 digit million category in the same position as GGP eg SOLG with mkt cap of £277m at 9.1p. SO, WHY PICK JUST ON RRR? Just askin given this has been going on for more than 6 months now ie YOUR THESIS?

I could NOT understand what Robins was really asking me, hence questions. Isnt it obvious I said I had shares in RRR and how many times, I start with : shareholder of RRR? What is there to ask? I am providing a FREE service as no one is checking but waiting for others to do the work at RRR. IF, folks really researched in the past @RRR, they could have taken other options. You, Sir, are NOT a shareholder of RRR, so easy to throw out posts. But you said you had RRR shares worth a London lunch? Yes, still waiting. FROM FEB 2024 [16] till TODAY, Mon, 9 Sep 2024 --RRR REMAINS LISTED, hence your skills at accounting have NOT materialised and we could all have had 6MONTHS + of PEACE. Why? 16 Feb 2024 RRR AGM todate , 9.9.24 --no change and RRR REMAINS LISTED. So, ya see, JUST ACCOUNTING alone without KNOWLEDGE OF EXPLORATION, grades etc limits one's outlook. Mr Tray has now gone after telling us about his AIM co in Victoria - he didnt understand intercepts and grade etc -now the co has moved to Queensland and now moved again to HELIUM. Your question to me: Buyer here? Where? SXG on the ASX Australia? No, HL does NOT offer Aussie stocks and they told me why. Here, as in RRR? No, I already have RRR. Research? As I said, I am here only to post but I am NOT exclusively just on RRR. But I dont tend to run all over posting. RRR has many projects and by LEARNING more about Africa, it has helped me to understand junior exploration stocks outside Australia. I like Australian junior stocks on the London AIM market IF, they have a very good project. Obvious isnt it? Thanks.

Last Ann and 2 presentation a few days ago was well received by the mkt.

I CONFIRM that I never BROUGHT up CNR to compare it is better than RRR, ya friend did on this forum.

Now, he has gone. Seingred brought CNR up on this RRR forum to say RRR is nothing compared to it and mentioned my name and yours DUKEY.

I just looked and Seingred has gone on to another stock now. But at CNR, they did not take to lingo?

A happy ending for all - go to folk's favourite as we await news. Chairman Bell, RRR has tweeted and we holders hope for an update. 9.9.24 @12:18.

NEVADA is higher than AFRICA etc. So, Seingred, are we, shareholders NOT correct to proceed with caution given the ABOVE THAT CNR is better than RRR, with a potential AUSTRALIAN GOLD PROJECT at KILMORE 100%? SXG EXPLORATION TARGET NOW 6MOZ at 10g/t at Sunday Creek next door with a mkt cap of A$575m.

Even Robins is keen as RRR is £2m+ mkt cap , NOT BUYING into a £46.5m mkt cap at CNR for 602,000moz gold!!!???

I think name calling should not start again on this forum. IF, you are posting and you are not interested in investing or have shares in RRR, then you would have seen that the name calling days are over on this forum. So, we, shareholders would be grateful if you would refrain from NAME CALLING especially on a Sunday. Everyone has choices on what they invest in and your CALL OUT of CNR is one in which you said it would BAG on a deal. The sale was announced on 13.3.23 and todate, it has not be sold. Barrick Gold sold their over >1moz gold project in Kenya for US$13m. I cited CNR has just a little over >1moz from recall of the latest RNS. Cipher has done research over 25 yrs and the latest best median case is US$39 per oz. CNR has a mkt cap of some £46.5m @22p+ and IF, you say DOUBLE , then it will be £90m implied TAKEOUT.

That means US$118m which =========EQUALS TO US$118 PER OZ============!!! So, that is what you said and ya think it is better than RRR? Have you not asked yourself WHY the project has NOT been sold for 1 yr 6 mth? ITS PRICE ISNT IT besides the location. In the takeover article, they said A SALE OF GOLD IN NEVADA will attract a different price to somewhere in Africa. So, I think that anyone would read your thesis would need to wonder why you said something like that to ME AND THEEEDUKE? As in, CNR is better than RRR. IF CNR does not sell the project, they also would raise, MOTHBALL or PIVOT which is standard. HISTORIC RAISE OF CNR: 21 Dec 2022 £3.3 MILLION, 4 July 2023 £1 MILLION RAISE, 12 Dec 2023 £1.851m raise, 23 May 2023 £500k raise, 15 July 2024 Option Issue etc. RNS 31 July 2024 Update on sale of gold project -NDA but NO OFFER PRICE etc.

So, Sir, WHEN CNR is SOLD and DOUBLE OF CURRENT MKT CAP OF £46.5MILLION = £90M +, then you can come back and tell us all on this forum, you are the NEW WARREN BUFFETT OF MINING , but until then, the jury is out.

One way or the other, RRR has to ISSUE AN RNS given they RNS the DRC "finalisation meeting" on 16 Aug 2024 and Interview on 13 Aug 2024. RRR Australia will be helped IF, the DRC issue is cleared up, one way or the other isnt it? One chap that tweeted to Chairman Bell got Bell's reply on 3 Sep 2024 that he was in the DRC.

This chap tweeted via quote and answered about parents etc which Bell tweeted? Is this someone here and why did he ask about DRC?

Isnt it also normal that in any FORMAL "FINALISATION MEETING" that has been RNS @RRR and via interview of 13.8.24,

there is an outcome? Given that word of mouth is NOT good enough, doesnt the Legal Counsel of RRR have to get involved as well ? Chairman Bell told us shareholders on 13 Aug 2024 interview that RRR's Legal Counsel ISSUED a "RAPPEL" [French for reminder] and that it was SUBMITTED to the Chief of Staff of DRC for his superiors , be it the President or PM or both and that it was COPIED to the AMBASSADOR which can only be the British Ambassador to DRC?

So, whatever was said or not said, dont they have to type up the agreement IF any or PAPERS etc ? Doesnt RRR need papers to uphold or to hold and RRR legal counsel to review before signing? Can this all take place in 2 days ie 3 Sep 2024 Chairman Bell tweeted and his bags arrived 2 days later and after the tweet, he FLEW HOME? How? Is there logic?

Kindly NOTE that I put a QUESTION MARK ? at the end of my statement. Targa123 tells us that the President of the DRC was in China to meet Xi on this Mon. I checked and it was stated that the President of DRC flew to China for the BIG AFRICAN SUMMIT on Sun. So, the summit ended on 6 Sep 2024 from recall. So, IF, the thesis goes that Chairman Bell has or ought to meet the President of DRC, he has to hang around UNTIL this coming Mon isnt it? All thesis isnt it, at this point but the FACT remains that we have an UPDATE to come as to what TRANSPIRED at the "FINALISATION MEETING" in DRC isnt it? No one here is telling us where Chairman Bell is , so we have to make some suppositions isnt it?

Do you have any view how RRR should proceed and will you be putting this to the Chairman of RRR ie a detailed plan of financials etc?

RRR DRC at Musoni is now HISTORICAL - the licence and project was SOLD on without RRR's knowing & subject to DRC Arbitration, the result of which is awaited [Ref:RRR RNS, 16 Aug 2024 & interview of 13.8.24 etc re: "Finalisation "meeting].

So, in the previous postings, talking about RRR DRC & Burkina Faso is not something that anyone can chose now at this juncture ie it was in 2019 when RRR JV the Musoni DRC project.

RRR is not run by us small investors but rather the executive decision per Company Law lies with the CEO of any co.

Just as no one can tell Jim Mellon not to enter Nicaragua - if one doesnt want to invest in Nicaragua , then dont go into the Mellon co. Simple really.

All that is now past at RRR as we await RRR DRC "finalisation" meeting and the outcome. Chairman Bell tweeted on 3 Sep 2024 that he is in the DRC and said his bags arrived 2 days later, so given today is 8 Sep 2024, that appears to mean Chairman Bell has been there for 7 days already today isnt it?

The term "neighbour theory" is not something that is in mining terminology. One does not invest millions in a neighbour theory but like Paul Johnson and RRR wanted to find out was, DOES, THE GOLDEN DYKE OF SUNDAY CROSS GOLD'S SUNDAY CREEK -------EXTEND --------INTO RRR'S 100% KILMORE & KILMORE WEST.? Paul therefore commissioned their own Geo Report and that is pinned on my Twitter to see , and IF IT PASSED the 1st test - it did a/c to the Geo report of PoW. RRR also commissioned a NEW GEO REPORT AND A NEW MAP to see where the DYKES were at Kilmore-Kilmore West. IF, Kilmore-Kilmore West did NOT have HISTORICAL gold and antimony mines, forget it as it is no different to just any ole exploration ground. That is where GEO surveys, soil sampling, trenching, deep sensing and the rest of it inc geophysical comes in. At Bushrangers, Colin Bird followed the Geophysical and survey to know where to drill -no it is not just putting holes down BLINDLY ---mankind has passed that stage a long time ago with the Industrial Revolution in Britain. The question always is , in any exploration ground: DOES THE MINERALISATION TREND -----EXTEND-------------???

For very seasoned resource investors, they will be cognisant what it means when it is stated: "Southern Cross unveils MAJOR gold discovery" as above. The context is given in the Ann of 5 Sep 2024 itself , namely, the exploration target is raised from the old 3MOZ GOLD to DOUBLE = 6MOZ GOLD.

For context, the COSTERFIELD gold & antimony mine , just North of Sunday Creek@SXG has some 2moz gold from recall and Fosterville 8moz gold [NW of Costerfield]. So, 3moz to 6moz would place Sunday Creek@SXG potentially as the ranked no 2 in Victoria, Oz. As I have said, SXG still need to GO FURTHER IF, say, they wish to rival Fosterville ? Since Christina is the last potential deposit, the potential will then lie with EXPLORATION AT KILMORE, just over the boundary given the WHOLE MINING WORLD via SXG Ann/s have been TOLD the Sunday Creek mineralisation is GOING W E S T and that will be towards RRR Kilmore. All stated and well known now. News, 8.9.24.

I like it that RRR has fallen into Kilmore & Kilmore West, an interesting project given the latest SXG Ann and 2 presentations + interview. Sun, 8.9.24. DYOR. NIA.

With that ANN just released on 5 Sep 2024 and two new ANN presentations on 5& 6 Sep 2024, the market has risen further in Southern Cross Gold [SXG] on ASX, Australia to A$2.90 , MKT CAP A$575.4 MILLION. Link: https://hotcopper.com.au/asx/sxg/

That is better than last night's convo and AFTER I had contacted Mr Price , CEO of Rockfire after the convo. The above

is now more reasonable although given the last raise of 36% PREMIUM at 0.5p, that is up to Mikey279 to wait or whatever decision he decides for himself given it now appears he is NOT a shareholder. Fri, 6 Sep 2024 closed at 0.22p , MKT Cap £5.5m. For those here in Rock , years ago, they will remember the share price at some 1.8p when it was just the gold and copper projects at Lighthouse etc in Australia. With that, we can end the conversation and await NEXT news whenever that will be.
