Right, I am looking at another stock which has gone into temporary suspension when I saw your post, theeeeduke.

You are a JOCKEY right because that is what you said. I talked of Lester Piggot as that is the legend of the time. You also said that you went into horses when you were young as you come from a racing family isnt it. We went into discussion and you said you met Piggot at 14 and you are now 34 isnt it? Oh, so you are not a jockey now? All jockeys will have met Lester at some time isnt it?

As I said, IF, you are invested in the same co as Banburyboy, then you must have your reason/s and thesis. I have not looked at the Paradox for a long time ie after the CEO left. So, the Paradox may have had a break etc and if so, good for you guys. I am dealing with Banburyboy whose MODUS of ACCOUNTING FCF etc now appears to have gone down the Accounting route. So, ALL followers of the informal pub group who are "all negative" per Banburyboy will now have to think and ask IF, there are exceptions? Like how? Like , if Banburyboy is invested, then accounting FCF etc is of no moment type of thing isnt it? Banburyboy is VERY STRICT with accounting so IF, one used his methodology, then , why invest in speculative stock rather than follow the Buffett rules? Isnt it?

You are a very interesting character in that you self-disclosed that you are a JOCKEY. And that you met Lester Piggot at 14 yrs old. Is it important? Yes, to me it does. Why? If I put myself into your frame of mind, then, I have to suppose that you mind is wired for horse races? Why? Jockeys tend to start very young in the yard unless they come from a racing family of note in Newmarket. I DONT have the racing mindset as I am NOT a jockey. I have a more serious turn of mind via analysis. The type that say Helpful was trained in ie formal. So, since it is my TURN, this is my thesis:

[1] It is POW that needs to be the lead here given they must keep in the play, IF, they are well versed with SXG & its mkt cap inc the mineralisation is heading WEST to the RRR boundary at Kilmore. So, it boils down to WHO is making the decision at POW? Solely Wade or joint with other directors inc Founder of PoW? That I dont know. But anyone that is keen on Aussie projects will want to have a GOOD OUTCOME at Kilmore. IF, SO, then , both RRR & PoW must co-operate towards this end. [2] As for placing, you have been sounding that SINCE FEB 16,2024 @RRR AGM , London but NOTHING has eventuated, so you have to wait to see given many co's are NO longer interested in traders money. I have seen a AIM co and they also rely on HNW and institutions given the shares are more tightly held than with traders isnt it? So, there is your answer. As for specinvetor99, that ends our convo as it is just wasting everyone's time to talk about NON-RRR isnt it?

Ah, you prevaricate. But you said you asked SOURCES re: RRR Nomad about having to see paper documentation of an offer and he is obliged to check. Ah, none of us have SOURCES to the Nomad of RRR as we are not investment bankers. If Joe Bloggs rang sources, they will NOT let out anything isnt it? But maybe, if it is a fellow in the same industry and they are only giving GENERAL PRINCIPLES, they could do so isnt it? Well, I dont have to ring anyone as many of us know that 1st principle.

NikeAir180 - If you are invested in the same co as Banburyboy, you will have your reasons and it has NOTHING to do with RRR given that the whole THESIS of Banburyboy is that any co must be CASH POSITIVE ie FREE CASH FLOW and all that? That will cut off a lot of speculative stocks NOT earning mega income, mega FCF etc. So, dont worry as I have not looked into that co very closely having known about the Paradox for a long time.

As I have stated NikeAir180, for clarity, I DID NOT NAME the co. Yes, it was a year loss of US19m and that was stated SIDE BY SIDE as the usual accounting style. There is YET no annual report out yet for year end that I can see but I will have a look.

I am not interested in Banburyboy's stock but he should NOT go on about RRR accounts and the history IF he prizes accounting so much isnt it?

This is getting very interesting in that the self-disclosure [no one asked by the way] but specinvestor99 who said he is from Canada said he can give a recommendation for a job at JP Morgan? [Or otherwise, not give a recommendation]. And that he travels ie our specinvestor99.

So, joining the dots , it does appear to sound that specinvestors is a fund manager or investment banker of sorts.?? Further, specinvestor99 said that everyone here on this forum has "AN AGENDA"? That's news to us shareholders as none of us has any except we are shareholders. Chartered Accountants, lawyers etc are known as "Professional" and one would not fill in "in the trade" in any job application form if one is a professional isnt it? I provide some context to the co you mentioned. I did not look at the latest RNS but I have done so now. It is about condensate and they hope they dont have to do hydraulic methodology as is common for other projects in the USA. So,. for clarity and context, the PARADOX story is a very long one given the co had another name in the past but the old CEO has gone. So, my comment was about ACCOUNTING which Banburyboy prides himself on, given he says he is a Chartered Accountant. So, IF, he is so strict, then likewise, he would have to apply that ALSO to his co he is invested in but he is SILENT ON THE US$19M loss for the year before. SO, RATHER SELECTIVE isnt it? Likewise, Banburyboy is NOT INVESTED in RRR per his own info but only a London pub lunch, so he souuld LEAVE us, holders in RRR to our own destiny for this co @RRR and he to his own at the co he loves isnt it? I am sorry that I mentioned the PARADOX given you say you are invested. Hence, why I did not give out the name of the co. When I talk of the PARADOX Basin, that is a very old story and the name of the co has changed. The Paradox at one time was supposed to have produced a mega outcome but somehow it never did in that form. One is talking years back and maybe 10 yrs ago but I dont have the dates.

To comment further, this puts a WHOLE NEW LIGHT on this RRR forum now with the introduction of the statement above. For those invested and IF, they are posting, they have to post to COUNTER all the postings, IF, they do NOT reflect the position of the projects especially by way of example similar cases? Like how? Is RRR anymore different to other AIM junior explorers even the likes of mega caps like GGP or Solg into the £300m and £280m mkt caps given they still need money to continue with no income, no mining etc. SO, HOW COME THEY HAVE MKT CAPS OF £300M & £280m? Who sets the rules? A/c to some quarter here, it should be £0 MKT CAP ISNT IT? Why? No income, no mining etc and still need admin , salaries etc to pay. NO ONE SHOULD BE HAVING AN AGENDA in reality. Oh, that is NEWS to me et al. So, what is your agenda if, one may ask since I have stated mine ie as a shareholder is to share the latest on the RRR projects. So, WHERE IS THE "AGENDA" of shareholders except to know what is going on by looking it up isnt it? NO AGENDA for me. Any proof? Yes, I have been on many forums in the past of where I have been invested in ie my interest is up to the discovery stage usually.

"Free service"-is a more diplomatic way of putting things rather than CONTRIBUTION. If anyone is invested in RRR, surely, it is NOT difficult that we SHARE OUT the work isnt it? Like how? Specinvestor99 could, for example provide latest M & A on Cote d'Ivoire and exploration & mining news - also what is Mako the neighbour to RRR doing.
