Whether Faso is a hard place to do business as you say, that is also NOT exactly fact isnt it? Similarly, I have just CHECKED and there is STILL NO "seizure" or "withdrawal" of mining permits for existing mining licences for FOREIGN mining entities etc. So, when it was posted on this forum that the General of BF was going to take away the mining licences etc kinda of thing, I checked and found it was not so ? Then, what was a dispute resolution which the BF govt mediated relating to Endeavour was mis-posted as well as something else. So, the raison d'etre is for everyone to check and get the right picture. At the time, someone one said, IF, there was INDEED seizure of foreign entities, CAPITAL is needed and TAX derived would be lost IF any govt took licences away? Indeed, turns out, till today, NO withdrawals of licences for FOREIGN entities [mining/exploration etc]. It can CAUSE shareholders to SELL and incur a loss from WRONG reading or wrong INFO/data, so kindly consider that, theeeeduke. Yes, it is someone else loss if that happened but then responsibility could pass isnt it in theory [academic] general knowledge? Hope that clarifies.

The English language can be rather NUANCED. So, you did NOT just state that "2 x 10 million sells to FINISH the WEEK" but rather added QUALIFICATION of :"Doesnt bode well." So, that would appear to be SKEWED data isnt it?

In terms of accounting or checking data, one must see IF, there was rather meaningful SELLS. So, I checked for the Fri, 6.9.24 and found a 10 BUY as well -------that means it is only ONE 10m sell , not TWO as you portray isnt it?

Let us not go back to DUKE 1 and that sort of thing because it just does not lend to a mature person's outlook. Maybe, for a 5 yr old that can happen. However, in school, one is taught to be a good sport isnt it? Helpful: Thank you for your kind input. Since you have asked RRAL relating to how close SXG Christina is to RRR 100% Kilmore, I have located the SXG Geo Map. My recall is correct for Christina in that it is NOT a large potential deposit but it is of interest as you stated today, that the drilling of SXG Christina will be CLOSEST to over their boundary to RRR 100% Kilmore. I refer you to "SUNDAY CREEK-LONGITUDINAL SECTION" and it appears to show Christine at a much SHALLOWER level than RISING sun next door to their East. Christina @SXG IS CLOSEST --GOING WEST --to RRR Kilmore.

Of course, IF END OF HOLE drilling at Christina continues into mineralisation, they will do the data to further see if it goes deeper. BUT LOOK AT THE COLOUR CODES [Geo] : Out of the 5 dots, the key shows 1 is the highest value of ">20" so it would appear that it replicates Sunday Creek's mineralisation SUBJECT to drilling results/assays to confirm as usual.

These days, geo modelling from geophysical data etc is pretty accurate but the only thing they cant do to 100% is the variance of the grades to the minute. That is how Solgold's early presentation was helpful and every investor in junior miners need to learn the basics and more to be able to understand. However, going on the SXG MD Hudson interview last night, I think they know more otherwise he would not be saying "Game on, Game on. New Discovery. You can think what you like. It will come down to VOTES at the NEXT meeting next yr from what I understand. I never said that MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS of RRR are ALIGNED or not aligned with ordinary shareholders. The fact that cannot be ignored is that you said in the past...but NikeAir180 corrected you and you are aware of corporate matters of admin, not major shareholders who take assets to administer isnt it? So, say RRR was offered £1m as I think you suggested, would that be RNS ? I dont know but I would NOT have it in a prominent position in the header but would mention in the content of an RNS isnt it? That said, your followers listen to you and me, we who are actually having shares discuss accordingly. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A SHARE FORUM isnt it ie to discuss all views? It is generally known among investors that when a co DOES NOT tweet etc, there is COMMUNICATION blackout especially if the CEO tweets as well. Then, anyone that can email the co does not post, that is also know as "communication blackout". Then, one also watches VOLUME and TRADES to see. In the USA, they watch OPTIONS and CNBC used to do a OPTION watch. I note that Silver has also gone completely silent given he was the one who told us twice he called the office and that Chairman A.B. was in DRC which was proved correct via A.Bell's own subsequent tweets he is in Africa. Right now, BLACKOUT COMMUNICATION FROM BELL, CHAIRMAN FOR 2 DAYS RUNNING and no one knows where he is after he confirmed he was in the DRC on 3 Sep 2024 from recall. Just for clarity. DYOR, NIA. Not that it matters but that is what many watch in practice but it does NOT necessarily mean ONE WAY OR THE OTHER isnt it?

In terms of Financials, it is not surviving weeks. Folks that survive on weeks basis appear to be non-professionals. All co's do STRATEGY or strategic review. Auditors also do not deal in weeks basis for accounting. That is why one hears of fall-outs between founders of co's and CEO, where 1 wants to go 1 way strategically and the other another way. It is the one with votes that counts. Hope that clarifies. Auditors in the main look for a 1 year basis going forward etc. Isnt it?

Helpful : It is GOOD to hear from you. Not aware that you are a VC etc. That said, it is good you asked RRAL how far is CHRISTINA to RRR 100% KILMORE. As I pointed out, SXG last night showed an aerial view of Apollo, RISING SUN, and Christina [with vegetation and all] so it is not difficult to see now. The geo data on Christina is available so one can get some idea at least but it does not appear to be a big potential deposit akin to Rising Sun. I will try to check further when I have more time. BUT YES, the results are always the definitive proof.

By the way, I leave you to post to Chairman Bell, RRR & DL as I do not tweet SXG interviews , ANN to them now.

Unfortunately, since you are the one to watch here given you can email the co, you presence or absence is of interest at this pivotal time of RRR 's history given the DRC, Faso and Australia is now reaching a interesting juncture, esp Oz and POW deal. BHP's historic drill hole at Kilmore of 50m at 1g/t au is of interest to any potential NDA. If it RRR 100% Kilmore -Kilmore West is LISTED [or via a shell], the Admission Document has to reveal the HISTORIC DRILL. All co's want to see historic drills just as GGP revealed all the historic drill results of Newcrest at Havieron before drilling to shareholders and the new magnetic survey. Why? It is standard practice and co's will do a search of the drilling results in the file [historic].

The BHP DEPTH of the intersection will be of interest being at 50m vs ECR who could only get 1m + or so at a different part of Victoria. Historic grade was much higher at Donnybrook gold fields @Kilmore West [Source: Pow independent Geo Report on Kilmore to see if the Sunday Creek mineralisation was present in Kilmore as a 1st pass. IF, it FAILED the 1st pass per PoW report, it goes to follow they would not have continue isnt it?]. All this is from public data if one followed RRR & POW closely - too much to go back but suffice to say that after that PoW went in and not just on RRR's own Teck Geo Report. MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS OF RRR: I do NOT know how much they know or DONT know? We, on this forum are talking about SXG and Sunday Creek especially last nights rise of SXG on ASX and the interview that followed. IF, the major shareholders consisting of a few people dont follow SXG closely, then they may not know the potential prize of listing, be it via a shell etc. Of course, there is RISK but the risk is reduced by the fact that KILMORE & KILMORE WEST had HISTORIC GOLD MINES just as how SUNDAY CREEK @SXG was drilled from the historic gold mine of Apollo, RISING SUN and Christina, all stated in black & white in last night's RNS of SXG and earlier = RE-DISCOVERY ie DRILL DEEPER than the VICTORIANS could reach due to lack of tech to reach depth then in Victorian days.

OFFER FOR RRR 100% KILMORE [RNS Aug 2024]: I go by convention and that IF, it did not meet the MINIMUM THRESHOLD , the Nomad would not have allowed it to be RNS' so prominently by way of the secondary header. So, let us suppose, that a minimum was offered and that will be £3MILLION for 100%. Why £3m. That is the DEAL M & A value of Pow SELLING 49.9% of RRAL Oz to RRR. This still means that RRR will have to PAY POW the full amount of £1.5m +. So, say, just to add the usual premium, 10% low ball was added taking it to some £3.1m. RRR BOARD DID NOT RECOMMEND THE OFFER, NOR DID THEY ACCEPT THE OFFER OR REJECT IT. We, shareholders dont know what is going on in talks with major shareholders but suffice to say, it is POSITIVE that NO RRR RNS has come out to state a DECISION on the OFFER or shell NDA signed. I have to assume then, from logic and reason based on this thesis supposition, the major shareholders being investment mgr etc are not laymen who know nothing about M & A fair value and DECISION TREE.

What about the rest of RRR? Ah, that is one of financials isnt it? My view only is that in the end, it will be DOWN to the MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS of RRR who are professionals in real life eg investment mgr, deriivitive trader etc. There are only a few of them and they have just enough votes to have a "voice" in matters RRR and STRATEGIC DIRECTION. The "real" tussle will come when it comes to VOTING [real and fomal] & the issue will be "STRATEGIC DIRECTION". Now, up to RRR to see how they will lead into next year provided it remains still "in play".

So, as I said, CAVEAT is decide accordingly and DONT BLAME anyone as it is set out in a thesis, but like ALL thesis, it must be proven eventually or not. News, 6 Sep 2024 @1:42pm. DYOR. NIA.

I CONCUR 100% with what you said in your post below. I have seen you at ARV so I do know you are more familiar with Aussie exploration in general and in particular. Therefore, you do know that it is NOT "luck" per 13:19, because IF, it were, then exploration will have gone back to pre-dawn of history [before technology etc]. This is known as wild catting now gone out of fashion. The Hall of Fame inductee said he [Lovell ] can tell after the result of 1 drill hole. I cant on 1 drill hole but on 3, which is the Canadian rule I understand. That said, you are an experienced junior explorer investor so you know all the basics and more. I do not know what Hudson, MD of SXG means in particular as "Game on, Game on" and "Watch this space" but certainly the New Presentation by the Exploration Mgr issued last night citing ALL the names of the team that contributed to the success of Sunday Creek is NOT usual and that usually means that the co has passed the 1st stage of proving the required CONTINUITY, grade [high grade], strike , depth etc which is the basis of a true discovery.

So, I also CONCUR that the best would now be for RRR 100% Kilmore to LIST on its own merits or to go into an ASX shell to get maximum benefit as is with SXG but the risk is and is known, that the DRILL will be the LITMUS TEST. However, that said, the MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS of RRR have the deciding "vote" as in "voice" be it FORMALLY or INFORMALLY. We, shareholders dont hold enough shares to have our voices made known. SXG rose further 5.84% to A$2.90 with a whopping MKT CAP A$ 5 7 5.4 MILLION. SXG is still drilling with NO JORC yet but has increased their exploration target to 6MOZ GOLD from 3MOZ gold. The MD, Hudson, as usual gave a presentation by video of the results and he said 1 Ann back, the market like the UPDATES [by Ann & Video] ie not kept in the dark kinda of thing & that accordingly has rewarded the co with the rise.

INTERVIEW LAST NIGHT:

This interview from SXG last night differs from ALL the videos I have heard and one has to decipher what he means by "GAME ON, GAME ON" [x2] at the opening and "WATCH THIS SPACE" etc. To me, it does give a corporate indication at least so certainly , I will watch the space. I asked readers on this forum to LOOK AT THE MAP of the YELLOW DOTS of marked gold "occurrences" & as said, there were 3 in a triangle group and then RISING SUN a bigger blob of yellow denoting the concentration of the gold occurrences. CHRISTINA has never been mapped by way of geological model to be big but have to wait to see as that is the NEAREST to RRR's Kilmore 100%.

DL released the NEW GEO MAP of KILMORE & KILMORE WEST and it shows a Australian boomerang shape of the DYKE SWAMPS moving from Sunday Creek to Kilmore & then ending at Kilmore West @RRR 100%. It is maked with the dyke swamps and these appear to concur with HISTORICAL diggings and mines in Victorian days as well. IF, these should turn out to be more WIDESPREAD as marked , then the gold occurrences would appear to CONCUR with HISTORICAL RECORDS and Victorian miners accounts of that time in print. I recall there were 2 mines noted ie DONNYBROOK gold fields and another. RRR should release whatever they have given the NDA's would have them so that shareholders can see if the OCCURRENCES are more widespread but smaller than the 2 main gold mines etc. Helpful said he is "on top" of the Victoria gold space but he has disappeared last night and also today.? Have a look and see what ya all think. I will spend today, re-visiting my old Victorian notes on Twitter and do a RE-CHECK as the above are from recall. DYOR, NIA. Surprise, surprise. Why? It looks like you are the only one that is interested. I dont think there will be a ANN from SXG tonight as the Australian stock market is about to open. I tend to wait till it opens in Oz to see. However, I have JUST tweeted the NEW SXG MD'S VIDEO just out. To me, I have never heard the SXG M.D speak in such a fantastic way.

Have a listen - its on Twitter under "#rrr". It shows where Christina is also which is closest to RRR's boundary. There is nothing else on SXG's licence other than Christina now. BUT the new video just out said "NEW DISCOVERY, watch this space. Game on ,Game on. Wonderful new result."

Doesnt matter. Last night, SXG put out a ANN that was important but no one posted it on this forum or on Twitter.

So, looks as if no one is interested.

My view is that one way or the other, there will be next news but what it is , I dont know.
