Comment: As said, the PUBLICITY has got OUT really quick and the LARGEST CIRCULATION paper has published it. As I said the NAME "TWIGGY" , "WYLOO" and Andrew Forrest suggest wide publicity. As the article said, CONSOLIDATION is also mentioned in the Paterson.

on. I had to sweat and spent time to do so to upgrade these stock market techniques. So, someone on a forum WANTS to know every detail? NEW SHAREHOLDERS: They tend to see things differently to legacy holders. The RRR shares have fallen and in line with the junior market and many co's RNS say so. [1] Fortescue currently has 3.075bn shares in issue vs GGP 10.4bn after admission.

[2] I found out via Linkedin courtesy of someone on Twitter, that Wyloo, a private co of Andrew Forrest does not usually issue a ANN [RNS in the UK] but did so for the GGP buying Telfer & Havieron from Newmont with Wyloo as cornerstone investor. So, will have had to be on Twiggy's O.K.

[3] When Elizabeth Gaines, former CEO of Fortescue joined GGP as Deputy Chairman, Ind Dir, it was followed also by current Deputy Chair of Fortescue and Operation Director of Fortescue - that one could not ignore given Liz was stated to have "heralded a period of operational delivery and SIGNIFICANT GROWTH in SHAREHOLDER VALUE" [Source: GGP] that alerted that Fortescue 's ROCK STAR had arrived to a junior explorer GGP on London's stock market.

So, it would appear that Fortescue is doing like what Twiggy Forrest is doing ie taking a stake in a GOLD-Copper deposit of some 34%. But it is in Northern Peru. So, it is clear now that Twiggy Forrest wanted GREATLAND GOLD with Telfer & Havieron, stockpile of gold at Telfer and licences 60km around in Paterson for his OWN PRIVATE CO WYLOO, not for Fortescue who are also going to hedge away from just concentrating on iron ore per the Forbes article. INTERESTING what is going to transpire at GGP when it lists on the AUSTRALIAN STOCK MARKET as a "AUSTRALIAN GROUP PARENT CO" etc. The PR has already started given the news is now out and anything Twiggy is makes news, big news I would think.

All I recall, is when I look sometimes at RRR, I see Helpful with links and Banburyboy. So, anyone looking in cant get head of tail of what's going on. However, one day , I saw the RRR DRC RNS by chance because one will look at RNS releases at 7am. So, I did get in but I would have sold IF, I had not seen further than RRR Berringa only. Kilmore RRR is keeping me here after my search. Yes, I did buy some but I got fed up reading this forum and I may have posted but in the end, I gave up. All one gets is ....as is now happening. One would think this forum is like a NORMAL SHAREHOLDERS FORUM of shared info but everyday, NikeAir180 has to post just to REPLY to NON-RRR postings. On and on it goes. I said LET'S END THE CONVO but NO, it must go on. That is why I said in my last point, I will end the convo. So, behind my back, I find more is said of me and POSTINGS is about me. Paul J was the one who came into GGP to restructure this co at around the 0.10p period. During the re-structuring , they brought in Gervaise Heddle from Sydney, a fund manager. I recall Gervise saying he got a call etc.

Paul just found out. The other thing, Newcrest owned Telfer for a long time. When Newmont took over Newcrest , they would have wanted to check the gold stockpile and Newcrest's accounts and ASSET LISTING for the stockpile.

GGP, say for example, find the stockpile of gold ore is £5 etc, then Forrest would probably seek legal recovery for what was stated in black and white in the asset listing isnt it?

Newmont a/c to convention has to allow due diligence, inspection of Telfer, reports , asset audit including gold ore.

Check Newmont's asset listing for ore in stockpile vs actual stockpile. Forrest is a miner so he has all the requisite knowledge. As Culpepper said, it is the Wyloo show now.

Also, Telfer employees do know. Another point is to look for SURFACE cheap ore esp gold -copper nearby in Paterson.

The other thing for getting a ASX listing in 6 mths timeframe is that in Australia, the valuations are so much superior with institutional and HNW investors which big co's want. Lastly, SD's production FY 2024 - shareholders are blessed with the Wyloo support given money is the limitation - but now with gold price at US$2500+, the financing is of no problem.

Put on the hat of a Accountant's mind: Here at Telfer sits the stockpile which is worth serious 3 digit millions which is the GOLDEN GOOSE. Only when the moolah [money] rolls in, the Treasury is full. Mentality: Never spend money until and unless at the very door. If production starts quickly, everyone will want top $ for any deals. Normal biz thinking. Another deal has to be cut if talk of Winu is correct for their copper. Besides, got to wait also for the ASX listing as Aussies will be keen to get anything Forrest.? That's my view from a money perspective only. But the Australian that wrote the Forbes article about Forrest about "Andrew Forrest" joins in Gold "Rush" has already started the news cycle to come. That is why I went to Hotcopper Fortescue to see if any Aussie has heard yet but no one has at HC Fortescue.

That is why, the stake is just under the threshold. A potential 2ND FORREST FORTUNE beckons for Wyloo. Aussie bankers etc have been knocking on Wyloo's door to do an IPO. Yes, MartinN. The story goes like this: Andrew Forrest started his co as a penny stock. So, he owns loads of shares at inception to slowly being diluted until today, he owns 36%+. However, with his divorce, the % share was transferred but it appears that they vote in co-operation ? So, now, he realises that he needs to move away from just "sole iron ore" [World's 4th largest in iron ore]. It appears difficult to pivot Fortescue at this time to gold & copper from fresh ie trying to explore or buy many gold projects in Paterson. So, in 1 swoop, his vision is to "consolidate" Paterson into a hub per the Wyloo Ann today & in 1 deal, via GGP, he gets Telfer, Havieron and other projects in Paterson. Now, talk of Wini @Rio since they want to sell [copper] in Paterson. How brilliant a mind that with US$60m it buys 8.6% @8.2p. Then, today, another US$100m is bought at 4.8p [7.2p] and all of a sudden Wyloo spent in toto US$160m to get here vs Fortescue A$50bn cap is too expensive to increase his holding as a comparison of value? I dont know but that is what I will want to know in the coming days, months as GGP approaches the ASX listing stated to be a new "AUSTRALIAN PARENT GROUP co."

No UK penny stock [shell mkt cap] or UK figure has ever achieved from going from penny stock to "WORLD's 4th largest iron ore co." No UK penny junior explorer in pennies has ever gone to £'s and mkt cap like Fortescue, a A$50 Billion [52 wk high A$29.95. Low A$15.88]. Current price: A$16.30. I personally have not seen any such co.

Now, Andrew Forrest is the biggest major shareholder via Wyloo, his private vehicle in GGP. So, per the Forbes article out today on Forrest, GGP is the "inflection point for Forrest: to expand from NEAR TOTAL RELIANCE ON IRON ORE."

So, question now will be : Is S.D, CEO to take GGP forward including at the new "Australian parent co" and what does "corporate re-organisation" mean except NEW management and possibly even a new change of name more suitable for the ASX market.?

At Fortescue, Forrest appointed Elizabeth Gaines to be CEO of which GGP said she "presided over a heralded period of operational delivery & SIGNIFICANT GROWTH in shareholder VALUE." [Source: GGP]. So, if it is still S.D to led, then it will be HIS STRATEGY. But under Fortescue, the next CEO after Gaines left and it was reported Forrest said to her: ITS GET ON THE BUS OR OFF THE BUS per AFP? Forrest wanted at the time to move into "renewable new energy." So, CEO's strategy and Founder's strategy doesnt concur, so off she went?

Note: I type out the points from Wyloo 's announcement today and that to me sounds like their strategy for GGP, their investment. Does strategy matter? I think so. Why? If A wants to go into green energy and concentrate on that and the CEO does not want to do so, then it will be a corporate matter of who will emerge and that usually could be the largest holder ETC and who is able to support the co by way of the name etc isnt it? Just pondering given IF, Andrew Forrest did not buy into GGP, then could GGP have gone thus far to be able to buy Havierion 70% & Telfer plus get Tier 1 banks support etc without a heavy weight behind it who is a billionaire and 1 of Australia's richest men in mining at Fortescue ? I dont know but history will tell in time. The article written by Forbes was by an Australian who is aware this is an emerging story of Andrew Forrest. However, my point about 20 wins at 14 is that I did not think at the time about age restrictions to ride professionally, hence I jumped to , so you met Lester Piggott?
