Have a look at what the Antipa folks in Australia are saying about the deal. They are aware that on their own, they cant start a mine with 2.6moz gold so Rio is just adding to their pile. Ha Ha. Guess what? You know what was said in the old days ie that RIO will need to have TELFER to process their ore since it is on the "STRUCTURAL WINDOW " to Rio's Winu> Telfer? I would NOT have been alerted if other FORTESCUE directors were appointed but I am aware from Australian press it is Twiggy who appointed Gaines. So, every big appointment is by Twiggy. So, I checked S.D's Linkedin last night and he is aware from his last jobs that where there is a merger or a buyout, they usually want their own people. So, whilst it is good if S.D stays but will that be what WILL actually happen when it becomes a AUSTRALIAN PARENT GROUP CO and there is a "corporate re-organisation"? TWO PATHS FOR GGP - as a BRITISH CO or AS AN AUSTRALIAN CO led by major shareholder TWIGGY. Given Twiggy will own such a large portion ie largest shareholder of GGP, already I see AUSSIE press only interested in the TWIGGY name isnt it? more and more. Everyone is waiting on the update from RRR. I dont think it is suitable to discuss semantics of I tend to invest in Tier 1 potential. Tier 1 potential can mean a lot of things given everyone is aware that if the DRC Award comes through, it is US10m /15m as per the VARIOUS RNS/interviews. I am NOT obliged to elucidate what I am looking for given everyone on this site knows what is meant by Tier 1 or game changer. The RRR data is there to see and the broker reports and each one is free to do their own private notes. I cannot say whether RRR Musoni was Tier 1 or not given it was taken away and resold for US$430m. So, I am NOT here to give views on potential Tier 1 or not but that is my own view and objective. I have stated as Maidit308 said : RRR IS OPTION MONEY, dont put in 1c unless one can afford to lose -shares can go UP or DOWN.

No one is interested in my objective -everyone has their OWN objective in looking for a stock so I am not here to post speculative which the data does not show via RNS. So, you will ask why am I invested in RRR? Ah, that is personal isnt it? Why? I cant post speculative cant I? I cant give forward guidance can I? That is personal to self to start analysing isnt it for SELF?

Talking of years ago is of no help at this moment is it? It is the RRR mkt cap, asset minus liabilities isnt it? So, without an update on RRR assets, WHO CAN TELL? In reply to your question, I am not in contact with Chairman Bell and therefore, I do not know his vision in general or in particular. So, I can only go on the RNS or the First Equity Broker Report [last available]. As for Tier 1, I dont go into all that but I go on what either Callum or Gervaise said about Tier 1: Majors look for 10moz - 20moz gold. Colin Bird also talks of Tier 2 as he has never found a Tier 1.

I dont tend to invest in any non potential Tier 1 or very close to Tier 1 by a smidgen. So, that is personal choice as I dont want to waste time. Has RRR got any Tier 1 potential? From the data, it is free to see. Helpful and RRR broker report ie Clean Tech appears to suggest the lost DRC Musoni is a asset that was sold on for US$430m [that is what is said in the report but if folks dont want to take that in , up to them]. Is there any Tier 1 in RRR right now?

Have a look for self: FASO [no details of the artisanal gold pour yet so how to say? Willem has reported and he didnt say there is 10-20moz gold isnt it at this time of the report?], Australia [no Geo Modelling yet is there?], so what else is there? Kenya and Cote d'Ivoire - the data is not complete for the latter as only some work done. All there in black and white.

What are RRR's objective 1-3mths, 6-9months and even longer term? RRR does not say and I dont think any co can say as that would or could be classified as FORWARD GUIDANCE isnt it? I dont think anyone these days ask such questions as the immediate is the data needed not years ahead as junior explorers all follow the commodity cycle and dependant on CAPITAL MARKETS?

Since you say you are a Chartered Accountant, you appear to use the accounting method to analyse shares as that is per your training. However, to study to be a Chartered Accountant is a slog of some years. Since a certain amount of intelligence is needed to do these exams [vs law which needs more thinking], then it means that there appears no difficulty in grasping techniques etc [academic etc]. So, try and master stock investing and when you have posted and come up trumps , then come back and then with FORM [like in racing], you will become more seasoned in JUNIOR EXPLORATION STOCKS isnt it? But from my last look, you were in REVOLUTION BARS which is very consumer led and well, it is not difficult to see where the direction is going there. NikeAir180 tells me that you have posted on HARBOUR a few times but that I did not know except for that once. Now, Helpful says you are in ZEPHR which is oil in the Paradox Basin, USA. So, oil appears to be your interest. I dont generally like oil as every region has its own geology so that if one specialises in American oil juniors on the London market, one must know the subject matter well in every aspect.

Too much variance in different locations so I just try to stick to GOLD or GENERALLY COPPER porphyrys. It has taken me years to lend to any academic because practice has a lot more to learn.

This is all known on this site. Even on Twitter, one starts a handle to talk about stocks, people dont tend to follow or switch off and follow the LEGENDS who have a TRACK RECORD. Why? The ordinary person does not have the time to KEEP ON MAKING mistakes which could end all savings. So, as I said , PRACTICE FOR FREE on HL by chosing one's own set of FOLLOW which will will GAIN, LOSS and TOTAL plus overall %+ or minus. [1] Am I not concerned about BF equipment "NOT arriving on schedule"? No. Why? I view RRR Faso as a JV that will ease cash flow but technically NOT officially classified as a RRR company maker especially NO mining yet and no figures to see until first pour isnt it? This is not a potential Tier 1 asset worth billions is it as it was not classed as Tier 1? All AIM co are subject to delays especially shipping, time sheets etc. Always take best , mid and worst case - I have. I also checked First Equity broker note [latest available].

[2] Are I not concerned with no information released after 2 weeks for a "finalisation meeting"? NO, Why? Per the Chairman Bell tweet of 3 Sep 2024 to a shareholder on Twitter when asked where he was. Chairman Bell also tweeted 10 Sep 2024 about FASO but the tweet location was DRC. So, that is NOT 2 weeks given Chairman Bell may have flown in 2 days before 3 Sep 2024 due to his comment about Air France delivered his bags after 2 days. SO, THAT IS 7 WORKING DAYS. That is NOT for me to comment further as it could be classified as SPECULATION. But suffice to say, SEASONED INVESTORS know how to READ this or NOT READ this and DECISION is personal to all shareholders.

[3] YES, all can post on this RRR forum per the chat rules. SO, ARENT the non-shareholders posting more than shareholders? No one is STOPPING the non-shareholders but one would ask what is the CONCERN about if there is £0 in RRR shares which is a DIFFERENT ISSUE? So, from what is said, it sounds like RRR NEEDS SHAREHOLDERS as in those posting may become shareholders if I read it right? Well, unfortunately, these days, many CO's PREFER HNW and institutions to hold their shares hence CLN rather than placings to Joe Public. So, NO PLACING isnt it but conversion of CLN? Why? Banburyboy: That is a sweeping statement to make about me saying FASO & DRC is over the line.

The RNS will not indicate so, as in, it is SETTLED yet. However, it is not me but rather the RRR interview of 13.8.24 with Stockbox & RMS of 16 .8.24 about "FINALISATION" meeting in the DRC. So, it is impossible for anyone to KNOW what is the OUTCOME of the "finalisation" meeting isnt it? As for FASO, I am not depending on it in its entirety for this co as it helps cash flow but no details yet. Given you are NOT a shareholder, why are you concerned? Those concerned and are shareholders have gone to TWITTER to ASK CHAIRMAN BELL, RRR. I note they asked nicely.

Since I am asked for my response, I will make it short and sweet:

The points are ==1 person's ===views of RRR vs other shareholders.

Each RRR shareholder will have their own views points on RRR per their private notes which they may not disclose if they dont post. Example: Major shareholders given they VOTED for the RRR-POW deal and that satisfied the Nomad of RRR to have the required votes needed for the threshold. There was no time anyway to open it and arrange for every shareholder to vote on the deal given the timeframe.

SHARE FORUMS:

All can share their views and no one is STOPPING bear points so like wise there should also be bull points - like per Investor's Chronicle style [FT owned]. This is the FUNCTION for setting up a stock forum with rules of engagement.

RISKY:

If one's notes is ONLY ALL BEAR POINTS, that is a DECISION for each shareholder to make about RRR.

BUYS-SELLS:

There is £4k sells and £3k [plus region] buys. So, there are 2 sides of the equation ie bear and bull. Wont be replying further. 12.9.24. All well known. Dont want to lose 1 penny - then stocks can go up and down per the London Stock Exchange and AIM shares carry more risk obviously due to their need for funding for many esp junior explorers isnt it?
