Relating to Hewie's interview today [CEO of Vinanz], it was interesting that he pointed out that this co has "ONBOARDED" with Fidelity as custodians given they are institutional clients of theirs. Hewie pointed out that Vinanz Bitcoin is NOT self custodied but he mentioned also about other co's under his breath which I could not catch - assume not all Treasury [BTC] co's onboard with financial institutions. Fidelity has $15 trillion under management [AUM] and is RANKED NO 3 for AUM. Good to know for peace of mind that it is NOT on an EXCHANGE [crypto] for obvious reasons eg cyber attack . In London there is a lot of crypto theft via stolen phones and when reported to the police it is only clocked on as phone theft. In the article I read from, it explained that CRYPTO is NOT regulated in Britain and I guess they mean insured by a bank like for £ bank deposits. JP MORGAN recently said they would ACCEPT IBIT [Blackrock Bitcoin ETF as collateral] for wealthy client's loans but NOT Bitcoin itself. Why? Bitcoin itself is harder to process via a STOCK like IBIT given Basel III banking regulations are a case in point. On X, the US Director of Housing at FHFA tweeted that they are studying the "USAGE" of CRYPTO as it relates to "QUALIFYING FOR MORTGAGES." In the UK, HL does not offer IBIT given the FCA has not given permission to any institution to sell IBIT to normies. On X, the Vivek4real_ 5 hrs ago tweeted: "Trump eyes executive order to block banks from debanking Bitcoin & crypto clients" per WSJ. In the UK, Nigel Farage at the recent Bitcoin Conference in the USA said that Reform will life debanking for buying crypto but this is predicated on Reform coming in 2029 at the next General Election to implement Digital Asset Bill. 24.6.25 Clarity: So, the top UK Treasury listed co esp No 1 or 2 can play that role of providing paper stock if IBIT is not allowed still by that time? This was also discussed on the other Vinanz stock forum last night by Analyst1 and I posted it on this forum.

On the other Vinanz stock forum at 7:13am, 24.6.25 it was posted: "Note they have been ONBOARDED by FIDELITY - really setting up to be the INSTITUTIONAL PLAY in the UK and give investors confidence." [TheAnalyst1]. As I said, in the RNS today, it stated Vinanz is an "INSTITUTIONAL CLIENT" of "FIDELITY ASSETS." The criteria requires not only capital but to meet REGULATORY compliance etc.

London South East on top of this page shows +44.94% at 64.5p. Now, at HL , it is showing +34.83% at 58p to sell and 60p to buy. I cant give LIVE dummy prices so everyone will have to try their own. As I posted with link of major shareholders of Vinanz, the float is only in the region of just slightly over 20%+. So free float is small compartively.

The spread is 57p to sell and 58p to buy +30.09%. But dummy sell is more from HL. But the price is changing very quickly.

A few observations from the above RNS: [1] Vinanz bought the Bitcoin at $102k+ which is cheaper than SWC's RNS also this morning - their buy of Bitcoin was at $103k+. [2] From the Vinanz RNS, it is said that they bought as "INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS of FIDELITY ASSETS". Fidelity is a $15 trillion mega financial mammoth. I checked and to become an institutional client of Fidelity requires both a THRESHOLD in millions, COMPLIANCE with the REGULATORY framework etc. P.S. The caps in Adam's tweet is his , not mine.

It is interested and nice to read that Vinanz [change of name effective today to London Bitcoin Co] bought more Bitcoin , onboarding as an institutional client of FIDELITY ASSET. Per the RNS - read the exact wording to check. Tues, 24.6.25.

Charles Archer mentioned the TOP co's. The other Top 2, both listed on Aquis Exchange was stated as being on Hargreaves Lansdown's TOP 10 most traded by clients. I checked the HL top traded list for last week and VINANZ was listed at No 15/20 top traded but as I stated last night, Vinanz was NOT listed as TOP 20 sells although the other two had top sells as well.

Charles Archer had this to say about the Top 1: " Webley has leveraged his marketing connections & US FINANCE. Of the other co, he stated :"Perception."

On Vinanz: "CHARLES ARCHER: Should go ballistic as it MAY HAVE MORE BITCOIN THAN ANYONE ELSE THAN SWC."

Vinanz {BTC] was ranked TOP 15 of the top 20 stocks traded on HL ["no of deals"] last week to Fri, 20.6.25

In the TOP 20 SELLS from HL clients, Vinanz does not feature but for the other two Bitcoin Treasury Co's, there were SELLS and BUYS [Top 3]. Perhaps this is why Vinanz ROSE the most among the 3 UK BITCOIN TREASURY listed co [2 on Aquis & BTC on the main mkt]. MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS: There was an article in the Daily Mail about the No 1 UK listed Bitcoin Treasury Co on Aquis and they intend to move to the Main Mkt like Vinanz. Both Weber & his wife per the Mail on Sunday today own 12.4% of the co.
