It is a general principle that on any social media platform all sites maintain chat rules & these conform to the current laws etc. It would appear that NONE of the London South East Chat Rules or UK law is being FOLLOWED and openly appears to be flouted. It is also interesting that Red Rock Resources has previously taken a legal case against a shareholder after he posted libel on stock forums. The legal precedent case is : RED ROCK RESOURCES VS GARY CARP.
and this can be mentioned as it is on public open file & data.
In particular, it would appear that NOT only I, but NIKEAIR180 and HELPFUL also comes come into the spotlight. Why? All 3 of us remain POSITIVE about RRR and that is as it should be as LONG AS WE REMAIN INVESTED in this stock. All 3 of us are SEPERATE PERSONS , have NEVER MET in person etc but we share the same attitude and on the day, anyone changes their minds, THEY CAN MOVE AND SELL THEIR RRR if they do not remain positive about its PROSPECTS ie RISK OUTWEIGH REWARDS?
So, GROUP think on the forum APPEARS NOT TO LIKE IT. From the post below, is an example. This site is NOT BEING USED so I post here. But post 7:41 and 7:42 below, Sat, 28 Sep 2024 has ESCAPED London South East AUTOMATIC FILTER and CUT OFF by changing the spelling of F... & C... by the poster, "theeeeduke below.? This is to show what I have said.
In life, one has to RESPECT others and in turn one expects RESPECT and can one USE such terms IN PUBLIC, OFFICE ENVIRONMENT OR AT HOME ? I think NOT and hence, why LONDON SOUTH EAST HAS CHAT RULES on the right BEFORE one can press POST MESSAGE.
I, have been taught by my parent that where others do NOT respect others, then kindly LEAVE. However, should London South East etc wish to be informed, then the CASE is that NOT ONLY I, but NIKEAIR180 and HELPFUL are SUBJECTED to this sort of posting and LAST NIGHT'S POSTINGS & TODAY'S ILLUSTRATES my point [on the main RRR forum].
So, I am leaving it here. Others who remain positive about RRR have also been SUBJECTED to NAME CALLING etc and they have also left. So, I am leaving it here on a quiet stock forum and accordingly, my stance is that NO ONE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED to anything that CONTRAVENES LONDON SOUTH EAST'S CHAT RULES.
ADVFN , a public listed stock /share forum also has the same CHAT RULES as they follow the same UK laws etc. I have heard from one poster and ADVFN is taking action from what the poster told me.
It is coming to Christmas and I am enjoying life not posting on RRR. News, Sat, 28 Sep 2024 @10:59am.
