I have been to Hotcopper Fortescue and none of the Aussies posting today has hear of GGP and Forrest per the Forbes and other articles.

Proactive Investors has reported today that Andrew Forrest's WYLOO took US$100m in the placing and the directors US$400k. This is in addition to the 8.6% that Wyloo [Forrest] bought at 8.2p for $60m on 12 Sep 2024.

So, Forrest is emerging as a major shareholder in GGP, soon to be listed on the ASX with as an "AUSTRALIAN PARENT co " under ASX rule to start and "CORPORATE RE-ORGANISATION" as well.

I will provide a bit of clarity:

On this forum as with a lot of forums, there is shared views amongst shareholders. So, last night's tweet by Chairman Bell

of 2 tweets & 1 picture was captioned capital of Burkina Faso. The tweet explained a meeting. But one poster got it as "PLANNING MEETING." But look carefully at the tweet which stated; "NEGOTIATION".

Then, the confusion ensued with the Chairman Bell tweet being cited by Twitter location as Democratic Republic of Condo. So, it appeared to confuse the DRC meeting per RRR RNS of 16.8.24 and Interview of 13.8.24 with the Chairman Bell, RRR tweet [2] with picture ABOUT BURKINA FASO , not DRC. Logic would have told one that Sam Mahendran, the JV partner of RRR Faso has nothing to do with RRR DRC Arbitration "Finalisation" meeting.

And so forth. In my view, the word "negotiations" does appear to suggest that it is to do with RRR Faso gold operation. There is a lot of logistics involved eg where does the gold get sold to after extraction, timelines, delivery, security, prices etc.

Lastly, the matter of "recommendation" - another confusion. There is NO face to face on this forum ie Zoom. So, how can I show emotion to a NO recommendation will be given to a job at JP Morgan? In practice, everyone knows that it is a old protocol which is not used nowadays. These sorts of recommendations depends on the LETTER HEAD in practice. So, since I am not looking for a job at JP Morgan, how can I BE in any way disappointed or "SHOW EMOTION"? So, from wrong supposition of SEEING NO REACTION, and how can one see anyone's face on this forum without Zoom, leds to A DIAGNOSIS [medical] on an IMAGINED NO EMOTION of 1 question and 1 answer ie 1 time? Specifically, I am referring to what are diagnosis [medical] of which are unfounded. That said, I dont think it is appropriate. Even in any diagnosis, only a qualified medico can do and usually, they have to run tests etc and only LICENCED medical specialists can diagnose. It is not a matter of take one look and diagnose. So, it is a good thing you corrected the wrong statement which you NEVER said otherwise, it is to lend to. Without emotion? How can anyone know that on a faceless forum? And from there, it leds to a diagnosis. These sorts of things said are NOW LONG GONE and if one looks around at other forums, NO ONE is ever posting anything even mildly similar due to the NEW LAWS. Obviously, it is unhappiness with the RRR SHARE PRICE and that has nothing to do with any of us.

Kindly note that I am a careful person. I have CHECKED and that is what the share chart stated. No one is interested in you making money in a day trade at RRR or not. That is entirely your business as normal. However, one wonders why your stance is ... and yet you buy RRR? Doesnt make sense does it? If you profited from RRR, then why say.....?

That is a fair assessment of my stance for ANY stock. Why? What else can one go on? However, one can CHECK against other co's vs RRR? Eg CNR is selling their Nicaragua gold project of some over 600k oz of gold and they too say, they have NDA's and offer but no price given. That tells one that in the current new rules climate , that appears to be the practice. Also, it has taken them from 13 Mar 2024 todate and it still cannot be sold yet even with a big name. Nothing wrong with that if their shareholders are happy but the point I am making is, one can CHECK the practice.

Yes, I do see that on a lot of forums, there are legacy shareholders and they remember the times past. That is unfortunate but everyone knows that newer shareholders tend to look at current and that is where we are at. IF, at anytime, there are things one is not happy with, one can leave ANY stock. IF, one does not want to LOSE money, then one has to set a disciplined RISK profile for oneself for any stock.

The current CEO of Fortescue has been appointed since Aug 2023. The CEO before that was a lady and she left. Twiggy spoke to AFR as to the reason why: His philosophy: Get on OR off the bus. [He wanted to re-invent Fortescue into a Renewable Energy Powerhouse. The former CEO before the lady: Elizabeth Gaines, Currently Deputy Chairman of Greatland Gold & Independent Director. Two other Fortescue Deputy Chair & Director of Operations are also on the Greatland board.

So, with what is in the documents, within 6 months, GGP will be dual listed in Australia, undertake a "corporate re-organisation" & become a Australian parent co adopting ASX corporate rules.

In short, it is true that Dr Forrest's support etc enabled the deal to buy Newmont's Telfer mine & 70% of Havieron back etc. So, yes, GGP appears to be under Dr Forrest's eye.?

I wont check the reams of theeeduke posting but I take note of what you said about intra-day for 29 July 2024.

However, after last night, I have taken a new stance, that where I am DIS-RESPECTED, I will NO longer reply and according to London South East chat rules on the right hand side denoted in a RED ICON BUTTON: Chat rules and on the left, Post Message, it means one is DEEMED to have noted and AGREED before PRESSING POST MESSAGE.

I have done it another way. I called up the MAXIMUM share price chart for RRR.

I then check for the date 29 July 2024 and 31 July 2024, and for the latter it is 0.05p. On 26 July 2024, it is also 0.05p. On 2 Aug 2024, it is also 0.05p. So, theeeduke, let's leave it at that. You say you are right, that is fine and that is your business.

You told us ALL on this forum , you made money in 1 day ie buying and selling. When asked for the date to check the REAL SHARE PRICE CHART of RRR, you provided 27 July and 31 July 2024. I checked the RECORD and the share price shows FLAT at 0.05p. Then, you now say it was 29 July 2024!!! Let's leave it at that because the RECORD does not show so and you can take it to GOOGLE FINANCE SHARE CHART. I use that to check the exact share price on ANY GIVEN DAY for any stock. So, there was NO JUMP in the RRR SHARE PRICE CHART for 31 July 2024 - you can check yourself.

You did NOT state the DATE of the transaction. I will need the DATE to check. I will check the RRR share price chart for that day and see if there was such a JUMP and the prices you quoted of buy and sell and the margin the MM's have on spread. Thanks. Oh, try to keep it CIVIL and professional and NOT CALL ME NAMES. It degrades your argument.

Maths doesnt work out Theeeeduke. If one put in £12,000 and clear 10% net [after commission & spread difference], it would come to £1,200. To make £4,500 which you say, YOU DID MAKE IN 1 DAY, that will need a capital of £45,000 or on 5 day settlement basis, say. Unless there is a BIG RNS, there is NO way, the RRR market can do such HUGE volume. These days the market maker will just SHUT shop ie pause buying by No Quote until the volume eases. Every sell, the market will mark it down. So, even on a trading basis, it makes NO sense? Why? These are not heavy volume stocks to buy and sell on the same day. For example, big American stocks like Nivida - the data will be out as to what the market expects and always, that the market can go +8% UP or -8% down. They call it each way potential move. This one sees in big stocks and some can drop 20-25% in 1 day. So, on volume alone it is NOT possible with RRR to be a trader isnt it? I am just discussing what YOU TOLD ME about you MAKING £4,500 IN 1 DAY AT RRR???

Here are some facts:

[1] There have been 2 PRICE LEVELS for RRR stock ie 0.07p region & 0.05p region.

[2] Conversions etc and real share price buying -selling are also now in the 0.05p spread region.

That would suggest that nothing said on this forum is having any effect is it not?

[3] You are not invested in RRR as you said. So, what is the purpose of monitoring RRR daily morning till night , like last night for? Even if you buy in, like the last time, if correct of 32m shares and sold the same day, that would only bring in about £1,200 profit at best @10% net. Trying to find out your logic ?

[4] I ask because it is now months since 16 Feb 2024 RRR AGM [6 mths +] and here we [holders] are, RRR remains LISTED and there has been NO PLACING by way of asking for money from shareholders? This is a general question about RRR and if you feel you want to answer, fine. Otherwise, what is the point given one has to WAIT FOR AN UPDATE from RRR, as it is with ALL other AIM junior explorers?
