The KDNC AGM is due to be held in London shortly.
From our point of view [shareholders in co*s] , co*s are constantly in transition relating to their assets especially investment co*s like KDNC with varying potential mining assets. There is always a value gap that has to be constantly assessed.
More importantly, the function of a good stock forum is for different people with different skill sets to share and for peer review.
Often, the RNS [or ANN as they call them in Australia] come out at night, UK time and therefore, posters will post them. For example, I read your Hasting*s Ann from last night and I found that Hastings [KDNC JV at Yangibana] is exploring further for rare earths. Hastings is one of the bigger players in Australia.
I have other stocks to research so I find it helpful that others are posting ANN/RNS.
I think that this matter has to be brought to the attention of KDNC as this is not sustainable.
At one of the Founder of REM [now KDNC] co*s, I see that people think that posts are 10p at time. So say, for 93 posts on KDNC = £9.30 for a period of 30 days [1 mth of posting]. I think it becomes rather ridiculous now. Why, even in South America, I read that the pay is US$10 A DAY, not 31p a day [£9.30 for 93 posts over 1 mth] or even say at 50p = £1.55 a day].
In the past, we used to bring this to the attention of the Founder of REM [now KDNC] via open Twitter or email the co. Its a pity that our Founder is no longer Chairman.
In recent times, I have dropped by more often but since finishing my last bit of research on KDNC Greenland [REM in the past], I do not have to do any more research on this subject matter.

For that reason, both PRO*s & CON*s of any particular asset is researched as much as possible.
