It appears that institutions are nominees?

Well, a lesson in dilution via options etc.

My word, I think 100% ownership is better.

Oh, the article does not talk of REM Greenland*s unexposed deposit.
That would come from rock sampling etc. I gather that the rare earth deposits are not deep ie about 300m.

In general, up to 500m for any deposit is open-pit or considered surface.

I also gather that the deposit for Kvanejfeld can go deeper?
I do not have the info with me as I have not looked at this for a long time and threw out all my notes. However, it does not come into the picture as both Kvanefjeld & Tanbreez have their hands full with what they already have.

Comment:
That tells us now that the STRIKE LENGTH is 2-3KM [REM] out of the 18KM owned by these 2 ie Kvanejfeld & Tanbreez. Now that tells us a lot.

Bannor would love that Sydney Morning Herald story of big wonga and it goes to a UK co, Isle of Man, UAE etc. My word. I knew it was going to be some complex stuff.

To read, kindly call up the title via the search engine. I have not this particular article. I picked up about Mr Greg Barnes being largest shareholder in GGG from one of the articles I researched. However, I did not copy down the article as I think this is a commonly known fact. I do not know if currently he is still the largest or not?

As for Barksy1*s comment: Yes, in 1 of the 3 articles I posted on KDNC.pl via REM RNS, it does say that SRK did the exploration work for REM Greenland. I remember it was said at the time it did not cost us an arm and leg as they were GGG*s contractors. From that I concluded the two co*s were friendly?

Oh, by the way Obs:
We are told by Adams Intel on 3 rare earth projects in Greenland that Mr Greg Barnes sold the Kvanefjeld 3 deposits to ASX listed GGG.

Its a no wonder Mr Barnes has become the largest shareholder of GGG. He must have taken shares? Whether he got cash, one is not told?

So, logically how Mr Greg Barnes became the largest shareholder of GGG.

Is it astute? Probably. No JV with GGG re: Kvanefjeld in Greenland but outright sale. Since Mr Barnes is a Geo, he would have done assays on both Kvanefjeld and Tanbreez so he gave the better grade to them and maybe he gets 2nd dips for Tanbreez if he can sell that off as well.

Well, isnt it logical that Mr Barnes went to Greenland and booked the licences before or after a walk-about?

Then, he spun out Kavanejfeld and retains the 4 times larger Tanbreez.

From the map, I know that Greenland*s South tip is nearer across the sea to Voisey Bay so geo logic would say, anything close to that may turn out something.

Amazing, just booking licences which is not prohibitive and now Mr Barnes is the owner or the largest shareholder of GGG. How much he spent on the prelim, one is not told or did he do most of the hard work himself via his firm?

Story is very interesting.

I once said, all this JV*s etc is a difficult path and how to manage to not ....

Also, nice to see the link that Cadence owns the Greenland licence via Rare Earth Resources Ltd. That was the legacy name.

Happy AGM to all those going to the Cadence Minerals London AGM shortly.

At least we now know so much about all the assets especially DL*s legacy asset in Greenland. I did ask whether it could be listed or spun out on Twitter?

Cutting to the chase, Obs:
1) Note to self: What is the actual size of REM Greenland*s deposit. Kiran himself says that we sits NEXT or near to the WORLD*S 2 LARGEST RARE EARTH DEPOSITS. On KDNC.Pl, I could only extract licence area size of REM Greenland vs Kvanefjeld so we appear to be bigger, only just by licence area vs deposit size of Kavanefjeld.

2)Kiran Morzaria, CEO of REM said that the grades are "orders of magnitude h i g h e r than the reported resource grades of the nearby Tanbreez project." Are they like Kvanefjeld? Mr Morzaria does not say in the REM RNS.

3) Adam Intel thinks or believes or concludes that processing can be taken to Kavanjfeld or Norra for the Tanbreez deposit. So, that could also be for REM Greenland by extension?

4)Adams Intel wrote about the 3 players in Greenland rare earths ie Kavanefjeld, Tanbreez & Norra. Ours is a licence. However, Adams thinks that Japanese or Chinese could be interested in Tanbreez. So REM Greenland is actually either akin to Kvanjfeld*s sister or is it Tanbreez*s sister ? Not sure.

5)I have now asked the Founder of REM about REM Greenland on Twitter and copied it to Cadence.

I will answer in general to your queries:
DL said it was not his idea to change the name of REM plc to Cadence. He posted that on Twitter some time back. I clear my Twitter so no link but I will try to find it if I have the time. So, reading between the lines, I concluded he was not happy with that. I think that rare earths is hot and hotter than lithium so REM plc would be great.

I checked DL*s Linkedin a night ago and he still calls it REM plc so I gather, to him it is REM. In recent days, someone asked him about the SP and he said X [wont repeat]. This same person said do you mean REM or KDNC, he replied "same thin."

As for the Barnes family, I checked the GGG Presentation or major shareholders of GGG and I do not see Greg Barnes or Barnes Trust etc. However, I did see a co name but I could not be bothered to chase it up as I find it harder to try to untangle holding, associates co*s etc. Tanbreez [Barnes private co] has spent some $50m on the project so I gather they are a very wealthy Perth family but I am not Australian so the only rich person I know is Gina Rheinhart.

I checked the Raw Material Presentation by the Ministry of Greenland in order to counter-check what the actual Greenland Govt knows of the 2 projects ie Kvanfjeld & Tanbreez and what figures they have on them ie size of deposit per official stats.

I frankly cant get my head over where the REM licence is because it depends on where on is looking from. So a big red circle would be appreciated if you can direct us.

For me, I did not think that MIDAS, Mail on Sun in 2014 was not given some info when she wrote about Sonora Lithium, Yangibana rare earth in Australia & Greenland. Since the 2 have come up big time especially Hastings [REM JV], I thought I had better find out what*s in REM Greenland [legacy assets from DL].

I have just posted the last bit of info I found on KDNC.pl - it answers what we discussed here ie the rare earth etc can be processed by Kavanjfeld or Norra. Same for Tanbreez to take it to these 2. The last conclusion of Adams Intel on Tanbreez is the one that is interesting.

Why dont I post here? Well, the answer is obvious. Research from facts is considered X, Y or Z to knowing more about our assets.

REM GREENLAND is 21km2 from recall [please check]

Observer842 was not sure about toll processing. It appears that from Adam Intel, Tanbreez*s deposit could be processed by its 2 larger neighbours ie Kvanejfeld and Norra Carr.

Also, Adam Intel*s article mentioned that Tanbreeze could be of interest to Chinese & Japanese investors.

So, how BIG is the REM GREENLAND LICENCE that host the possible rare earth deposit? The size of the acreage or licence may be 21 sqm2 but it does not necessarily mean that the deposit is that size.

Also, are the assay results the SAME as for Kvanjfeld?? We know from Kiran Morzaria, CEO of REM Greenland that they are "ORDERS of magnitude HIGHER than the report resource grade of the nearby TANBREEZ deposit is VERY ENCOURAGING."

One for the coming London KDNC AGM in 2019 shortly?

A very interesting read and one which legacy holders of REM would be interested in as David Lenigas brought REM Greenland [licence] into the co along with Sonora Lithium Mexico [JV] & Yangibana [JV with Hastings Metals Technology of Technology re: rare earth project in Australia]. These 3 projects were mentioned in the MIDAS, Mail on Sunday tip on REM many years ago.

I have found out more from legacy articles on REM Greenland [prior to the change in name to KDNC] namely:
1) The exploration RESULTS from REM*s licence to the east of Kavanefjeld belonging to Greenland Minerals & Energy [ASX: GGG]. The exploration was done by the well-known SRK. This was the REM RNS dated 25 July 2012 from ADVFN.

2) What did the exploration results show for REM Greenland?
From Kiran Mozaria, CEO, REM then: " Assay results ..HIGHER THAN REPORTED GRADES in the nearby Tanbreez deposit. PROXIMITY of these results to TWO of the WORLD*S LARGEST RARE EARTH DEPOSITS. The discovery of a NEW rare earth element deposit EAST of the world class KVANEFJELD REE project is S I G N I F I C A N T for REM."

From what Kiran Morazia said of the results, it would appear that REM*s licence [East] is also near to Tanbreez [not publicy listed] which may mean it is SANDWICHED between Kavanejfeld [ASX:GGG] & TANBREEZ [privately owned by a Australian geologist and who is said to be the largest shareholder of GGG]

From the Tanbreez website, it would seem that their rare earth deposit has very little of uranium? Please check as I read it late at night. However, the deposit is 4 TIMES LARGER than Kvanefjeld [4.7billion tonnes vs 1 billion tonnes].

From my Sat 22:39 post on this forum, Greg Barnes, the Australian geologist who owns Tanbreez he told the BBC that Tanbreez has the world*s BIGGEST RARE EARTH DEPOSIT and claims that they could supply 50% of the world*s rare earth!!!

It appears that GGG acquired Kvanejfeld, Zone 3 & Sorensen FROM Tanbreez [Westrip Holdings] between 2007 and 2012.

Adamas Intel said that TANBREEZ: "May find SYNERGIES through CO-PROCESSING AGREEMENTS with NEIGHBORING PROJECTS like Kvanefjeld & NORRA CARR also producing concentrates. Highlights that Tanbreez LARGER NEIGHBOURS "may ultimately be BOONS instead of burdens."

SALE OF TANBREEZ?:
Adam Intel: "Tanbreez is due to submit an application for exploitation.. IF and when the licence is APPROVED, we believe TMG will become an attractive TARGET for CHINESE or JAPANESE investors to acquire the private co for its large polymetallic deposits rich in NEODYMIUM, YTTRIUM and other critical REO*s."

REM GREENLAND
I gather [please check] that Kvanefjeld Complex [3 deposits] is 8 KM x 15 KM.

REM Greenland licence is on the eastern side of Kvanejfeld [GGG] in Greenland. It appears that the other side is Tanbreez? Please check.

I found out that Tanbreez *s deposit of rare earths differs from Kvanejfeld [GGG, near KDNC*s licence] in that there is little or low or no uranium? See Tanbreez website via their latest presentation.

It is also interesting that Tanbreez has applied for an exploitation licence which means they start construction etc after that. Greenland Minerals have applied for a mining licence. This means both co*s on that same island [as KDNC] are both waiting on the Greenland govt for approval. Interesting development happening in Greenland.

Tanbreez is even larger than Greenland Minerals [ASX: GGG] deposit of rare earths in Greenland.

Tanbreez is a private co owned by Greg Barnes, a geologist and a Perth family.
The family also are the largest shareholders of GGG of Kvanefjeld fame.

Tanbreez is t h e largest in the world for rare earth deposit at No 1 from the chart and sits on the right side of Kavanefjeld [ASX: GGG] Greenland. To the left of Kavanefjeld sits REM*s licence [now KDNC].

Share price of KDNC - 1 Feb 2019 to 1 Aug 2019
It shows that the share price has been trading within this 0.10-0.13p range FROM 1 Feb 2019 to 1 Aug 2019. It has been STUCK and a historical fact.

Except for 1 day on 21 Mar 2019, KDNC share price went to 0.4p when the RNS from Mcarthur hit relating to the Glencore news [KDNC owns 10% of Mcarthur].

BEFORE THE KDNC AGM 2019
Any genuine shareholder will want to discuss the various assets so that collectively, we can share what we know and bring some meaningful question for the board on the day of the coming KDNC London AGM.

Whether there is a coming placing as intimated by someone on this forum, no one knows that information as we are not privy to such information. One can examine the accounts and see that KDNC sold their BCN stake from 1.5% down to 0.5% which was included in the recent KDNC.

It is not something that is uncommon. Rio is talking to bankers relating to a loan for the Oyu Tolgoi project which runs into billions. That is something that is not uncommon and part of the on-going process of business.

Everyday, we, ordinary folks have to do a monthly budget to find £x to pay for our bills and to draw up a cash flow account.

What is the point of a stock forum set up by the owners if shareholders do not discuss the stock and its assets and the latest.

Everything that has been posted are FACTS.

There is no get in ...etc and no one is not aware of the risk and opportunities - the history is well known. There is no closed information - the good, bad and no so good are posted and all are allowed to post, even those who have a more bearish view.

This project was mentioned in the MIDAS 2014 [This Money on Sunday] tip of REM [Sonora, Yangibana & Greenland. Share price at the time of the tip 1p]. Via the Cadence website link, I gave, this Greenland project is listed on their map as 1 of the assets.

This project was brought in by the Founder of REM ie REM Greenland [100% licence near Kvanefjeld, Greenland. This was also the 3rd project in the legacy MIDAS share tip on REM ie Sonora lithium, Yangibana [Australian rare earths] & Greenland rare earths. Both Sonora & Hastings Yangibana are now progressing and this leaves the Greenland bit to Midas*s mention.

Thank you. Yes, from what I understand that after Stage 1 will come Yangibana. If this is indeed the case, then KDNC was astute as it means that they will come into the picture rather than at some obscure licence/s round the place.

Same with the KDNC - BCN JV, it was brillo to have the 12% catch to Stage 1? In any potential M & A, KDNC is in Stage 1 [12%] and 30% in the Stage 2 etc JV?
