Would you like definitive legal proof to your question directed to me?
I would like to invite you to the FCA & there we can show you proof of identity. Otherwise, where is there definitive legal proof of identity?
Firstly, everyone of the old-timers eg pension pot, torchy, isdeer posted on REM plc shortly after DL became Chairman and Zest plc was renamed REM plc.
Since Bannor said he bought in at 0.04p, he too would have seen our names on the London South East REM plc forum. That was a very long time ago when Zest plc was used as a shell by Mr Lenigas via RNS of 27 Jan 2010.
Also, London South East keeps the archives so that can be easily checked for proof.
In more recent times, question like your have been cited but I do not think they have legitemacy. Why? Anyone that has shares in a co would want to know about the co and do research on the assets. Otherwise, how does one know if the share price and market cap would be underpinned by the assets. As you are aware KDNC [formerly REM plc] is an investment co and as such the market values the stock on a mark-to-market basis and this is stated in the KDNC Annual Report and Interim Statements. This is called Net Asset Value or Enterprise Value or NPV.
Mr Eric Sprott, President and CEO of Spott did a video interview recently and he teaches how to stop a 10 bagger. Actually, what he says is: if one buys a stock, one has to ask will it go to a 10 bagger. If not, a 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 9 or 10 bagger. This is evaluated against NPV etc. So very basic and how the stock market evaluates assets or potential. If it is an FTSE stock, then it is on P/E, EPS, dividend etc.
Those who are FSA licenced would have to know all this as they need to be qualified to hold the licence.
If you check, there is no need for the co to hire anyone or their broker for that matter. I am quite sure if it is against any rule if this is done. Why? There are financial organisations like Proactive Investors, Vox Mkts, BBR Media and such like [Brand Communications] etc who can communicate the RNS etc.
The 2 articles that I mentioned under this title was taken from HOTCOPPER GGG [Greenland Minerals & Energy] who own Kvanjfeld, the world*s largest undeveloped rare earth project in Greenland. I think this chap is Danish as he got it translated from Danish to English. So, I had to check that this is correct - I did so by checking GGG*s official announcement [ called RNS in the UK] to make sure this is correct ie the US Ambassador visited GGG*s Kvanefjeld & the US Geological Survey is at Kvanfjeld to do field work.
As I said MIDAS tip of 2014 on REM plc mentioned 3 assets: Sonora, Yangibana [Hastings, Australia in rare earths] & Greenland rare earths.
I cited from the KDNC website that the co said they are watching progress of GGG because their Greenland licence is between Kvanfjeld & Tanbreez which is No 1 & 2 in the world respectively. GGG & Tanbreez are now waiting for a mining licen
