Lastly, for example MJ who said he has 40 million shares bought at 1p for £400,000 may also want to know how he is going to recover part or all of his investment. I am just giving an example and what he has expressed about his loss.
The AGM is a once a year event in London.
Posting on a public forum can only go so far and at some time, there comes a time when some want to know how the sums are going to add up.
So, for a 1p big holder to recover their losses, the mkt cap of KDNC has to go to £90m [currently £9m at 0.10p mark]. Somewhere, either earnings of minimum £9m a year has to be produced at PE 10, say or £90m has to come from sales of the assets or the market to re-rate the asset/s. That is the way the market plays by for any stock, be it FT100 or AIM etc.
So, clearly, something that people now want to clarify with the board especially the big holders.
I only used MJ as the others have not said how much they bought at so cant use an example
If the loss is say £100, then again, it is a different situation as one can wait it out or take some other action to hedge as is norm?
I think people now want to action their own portfolio of their KDNC shares and I think that is fair?
I can understand where the big holders are coming from. I have seen discussion on other forums on this sort of matters and action is no different and everyone does their own thing to exercise their own shareholder*s rights.
Hence, FH is doing what is right for her and others are doing what is right for them. I am doing what is right for me etc.
Hope that helps to now clarify fully this matter. Nothing is taking place on a private mode as this site is open for all to read.
