Mr Market - From WSJ. So, KDNC is in the right business ie iron ore?
The final proof from the WSJ Market Talks covering Basic Materials.

I check every day at least once at the Greenland Mineral Authority website from KDNC*s Greenland licence etc.

Comment:
Sino is in S*pore and essentially they are a private equity group ie money men essentially in my view? However, Cadence has the London legals etc to be able to unlock the project via cross-jurisdictional aspects. In the coming days, Sino does NOT have the expertise to see to the day-to-day of Amapa nor all the technical reports and geo work etc. That is why they probably gave it to KDNC to do all this leg work?

So, how is it possible, Mr Market that after the Amapa & Greenland news:
KDNC is valued at £0? Yes, £0?

Why? Its clear that a proportionate % of the other iron ore junior will give £16.5m. Let*s cut it down to 50% down = £8.25m.

The junior exploring [note exploring] is valued at C$20.68m. OK, say North American Nickel in Greenland has another project in Canada [not sure what the stage it is at] nevertheless, they are not further THAN KDNC GREENLAND because GGG has done the initial work via SKR for KDNC.

I am asking?

KDNC*s share price is around the 0.10p mark with a mkt cap of £10m mark.

The share price of this co is 10,25p with a market cap of £30m. 52 wk low 6.17p and high 23.6p. At 23.6p, the mkt cap would have been £69m.

SO, THE MARKET IS GIVING AN ATTRIBUTION REAL-TIME OF £30M CURRENTLY FOR A 49% SHARE and was willing to even give this co an attribution of £69m during the 52 wk period.

Glencore owns 51% of this co whilst this junior owns 49%. This co has NOT got out of the blocks yet in that the "capital expenditure is $2.2 billion for Stage 1" in the Republic of Congo [website ref: under project]. Like all juniors, one will be cognisant that they are not yet at the starting point of funding yet?

Research Tree also says that there are 5 providers covering KDNC via 5 professional analysts. There are 17 research reports on KDNC with an average of 6 a year. Since Research Tree is for investment professionals & co*s, I wonder if that EV value is taken from one of the research reports?

Enterprise Value: Definition [Investopedia]: " Enterprise Value is a measure of a co*s total value often used as a more comprehensive ALTERNATIVE to equity MARKET CAPITALISATION. EV includes in its calculation the mkt cap of a co but also short & long term debt as well as any cash on the co*s balance sheet."

If KDNC were to be similarly benchmarked as norm, then it could be attributed a £16.5m mkt cap [simple maths: if 49% =£30m, how much would 27% be]. £16.5m seems rather close to the £17.7m EV Research Tree has stated. Usually, the data comes from some published source?

So, something that the market may have to consider?

PS jimb2 posted an article today about Pilgangoora and a Chinese firm buying 8.5% for $61.8m. In addition, this Chinese firm has 25.4% of Northern American Nickel Inc which has a nickel project in Southern Greenland near Nuuk. From their website, they are at the stage of doing initial exploration [no drills?] & yet the mkt cap is C$20,68.

Whilst nothing is exactly the same, nevertheless, it does give a idea of value and in this case, the EV for KDNC is £17.7m.

Something that we may need to ask Mr Market. I know Liberum in their note on a copper junior quotes Solgold as the benchmark in their broker note. So, comparative is not something not known.

That was why I was around this website as I was checking the other iron-ore junior. As far as I am aware, Glencore prefers ready made co*s rather than pure greenfield - this was something I checked up years ago?

I am taking a back-seat BEFORE the opening bell on Mon 2 Sep 2019.
The Amapa KDNC-REM RNS of Fri, 30 Aug 2019 has brought in huge volume of some 319million shares traded in total excluding on the Nex exchange.

how much they take in the financials etc. No one can foretell what will happen and what level of financial understanding each one has. If they take in some of the more non-conservative numbers of the Gilby type [unlicenced from another site] then, it may well have later implications.

For that reason, I take in a conservative approach to numbers and which is not my own but from say Hannan & Co, a London investment bank and brokers to KDNC. Even then, no broker note is up-to-date as metrics change.

Unfortunately, many investors never get to see the full notes eg Numis did a 28 page note but when investors contacted them, they said they cannot give out the report to non-clients. This is another co but the principle is the same. Short notes do not show the finer details as norm. Detailed notes cost money and for this reason it is well-known that AIM co*s are UNDER-RESEARCHED.

So, one is expected to CHECK, DO RESEARCH & due diligence.

I note that old-timers appear to sense this and there may be an absence.

So, this forum*s discussion that is, as in the past, peaceful and one of goodwill has to end BEFORE the Mon, 2 Sep 2019 prior to the opening bell.

Not editing as I have had a long day.

On the main forum, one objected to discussion of the Sonora JV agreement and what is potentially the arrangements for future capex etc. Not everyone pays attention to the then Canadian releases for Bacanora [KDNC JV] so one has to discuss it between old-timers of REM plc.

So, old-timers came to this KDNC.pl forum which is listed on the NEX exchange.

This was so that we would be cognisant what we need to ask at the coming London AGM or via Twitter. Without brain-storming some of the needed details we could not be in a position to ask.

If one kind poster had not told others about these 2 sites [inc legacy], then it would have suited everyone. Those who want to talk what they like on the main forum can do so, whilst old-timers gather some missing bits from each other. here. That way, it suits everyone.

There are 2 stages in the early history of this co. One where posts ran 400-1000 per day if not more at weekends etc and after that, post takeover of BCN failed, it took a different hue.

Now, with the coming London AGM of KDNC in the Sep 2019, it would appear that the 30 Aug 2019 [Fri] KDNC Amapa RNS has brought in hordes of new holders? I note that just on the main forum, KDNC bought and sold amounted to 156million & 63 million shares = 319 million shares, just short of the all time high by another 200m or so from recall but please check. I have not taken in KDNC shares traded on NEX exchange.

One of the features of the Stage 2 life of this co is perhaps one that is reminiscent of a share price that has marked time etc.

I notice already NEW NAMES and that means that there are new investors from the Fri, 30 Aug 2019 session as above relating to the Amapa RNS.

When I signed up at a broker, they interviewed me and they wanted to find out if I understood risk and levels of risk before asking me to sign the form before I could join their brokerage as a client. Everyone knows that AIM is of higher risk than say an FT100 stock etc? Hence, why they say that it is suitable for "sophisticated investors" [not my term]. My perception is that one has to prepared to lose part or all one*s investment as AIM could be young start-up co*s etc. For that reason, it should not form a large part of any portfolio. However, it may be some have not been made cognisant etc?

Not everyone can get in at the early stage of a co*s pathway and some buy at mid-point or at the highs. Should it then transpire that it did not turn into a ..., then it is obvious that X and Y will happen.

I note some whom the FSA have contacted with some rather outlandish ....? are no longer posting on stock forums or on Twitter. I know one said that he was contacted.

For this reason, come MONDAY, 2 Sep 2019 [TOMORROW], I shall not be appearing anymore on this forum or the main forum nor the legacy forum.
Why? The hordes that have already bought on Fri, 30.8.19 [the volume says so?] will be something that no one can predict as to how

Relating to stockpiles of Amapa, Kiran Morzaria has given details further to D.L*s tweet as to time schedules could make a mistake. Mr Morzaria is the CEO of Cadence Minerals plc now and he usually does the leg work eg geo etc.

The Founder merely tweeted the US$60m from the RNS but is not in any position to make the decision on the shipping detail/s as that is KM*s decision and timing.

Hope that the seasoned old-timers who listen to all the podcasts of KM at VOX etc will gently point out what may be quite important to know.

I dont want to be stuck all day commenting on comment/s to my post etc. It will never end so I have to take my leave. I have provide clarity on everything now.

As always, CHECK, DYOR and do due diligence.

No one that has "poured" over the figs need to comment if they dont wish to.

In the financial industry - we are talking of analysts, they are ranked in America. They are ranked by the No and more importantly how many times they get it right. That is the bread and butter. So, if one follows a 5000th ranked analyst, no one can then go to the regs and say they got the wrong figs because the ranking gives its own area code, so to speak.

NO ONE NEED to give their figs. That is by invitation and the normal people are FREE to voice or NOT voice their figs.

Figs can only be worked out with small variance using working figures.

There should be NO WIDE VARIANCES - if there is, then one needs to ask and look further into it.

For that, for example Observer842 has enlightened me about Hannan*s figs on the Yangibana JV. I have kept this in mind since I am interested in this JV of KDNC [REM legacy JV]. It is helpful for an old-timer*s input that provides further insight. I have kept this on my own file.

I remember the days when I first joined this site. I was told to have a general look round otherwise I might jump at this or that. From this good advice, I know that further insight and work is needed to read all if possible RNS*s etc.

One other comment that I have noted, only for myself is to take the advice of an article of successful investors [those who have £1 million portfolios] and they said that if they read stock forums, they have learnt to see or read who*s who.
My perception was that one should not just jump at any fig postulated. For that reason, I was cognisant that the Gilby £4.50 could never happen as the lithmus fact-check with Hannan & WH Ireland would have been insightful with a official t/p of only 0.9p and 0.87p [two houses do cals and the variance is small and within the range. So, there is NOT 1,000 ways to do cals].

I have to leave it here. I will not be able to comment further or else I will have no life to comment on the comment/s.

So, many from elsewhere on this site will in the coming days be looking to see figs and it is again NORM for this site.

NO ONE need provide if they dont want to - that is pretty clear as always. However, those who like to pour over every comment on figs like MMS which Motley Fool seems to have mentioned ? means that the time is now.

I see new faces since the KDNC Amapa RNS of 30.8.19. I was not aware that bigdouble was a big holder etc. So, many who may not post now will be looking to see some figs BEFORE the Mon, 2 Sep 2019 opening. Again, NORM. Why?
How can one judge or view any stock if they dont have an idea? As said WH Ireland may take some time to pour over the figs, check with industry, do sensitivity analysis etc - then, the report will go to the Senior Analyst to check and maybe further up if the report is extensive eg Numis 29 pg report on another stock?

I have explained extensively that REM plc is recognised as "legacy" investments per WH Ireland in their recent short commentary note via degsie.

Legacy is HISTORY of REM plc.

These legacy investments eg Sonora, Yangibana & Greenland [main ones] plus others cannot be considered KDNC or Cadence Minerals investments - they have to be apportioned to legacy = REM plc.

So, it is befitting for POSTERITY, HISTORICAL ACCOUNT that we deal with REM plc legacy investments which MIDAS 2014 share tip of REM plc tipped [Sonora, Yangibana & Greenland in the main].

For CORPORATE HISTORICAL METHODOLOGY, it is norm to talk of legacy, legacy investments, Founder etc.

It is also part of historical methodology of the CORPORATE TYPE to record a summary and main pivots and also POST REM plc.

That will mean the name change to Cadence Minerals plc [KDNC] of which there is a MAIN forum for that.

Pardon the caps to show the k e y word that is of import that methodology recognises.

The history of REM plc belongs here since the site owners are keeping it on.

Cadence Minerals is run by a different Chairman ie Andrew Suckling who has his own network and specialisms in metals etc.

Kiran Morzaria, CEO of Cadence Minerals is part of the REM plc team.

DL, the Founder said that the Amapa deal is not his on Twitter. So, that is the new deal under Cadence Minerals.

However, history has to record the REM II as it may well deliver or not a come-back of REM plc? Again, norm as I showed the history of Twiggy of Fortesque fame. Fortesque is also Mark II.

The account of REM plc is only for historical account and it helps to give a picture of what was, is and may be to come.

Since some of the old-timers like Observer842 may read this site from time to time, they usually add to or provide some further insight.

There is no more isdeer as he is off to another stock as I said. As for torchy, he*s left. Pensionpot remains to tell the story and there*s me. This we are talking of the first days of REM plc shortly after Zest plc was taken over and used as a shell for REM plc.

Suffice to say, I mentioned and checked DL*s Linkedin and he said himself he did not want the name change to KDNC or Cadence Minerals. On his Linkedin, he still refers to it as REM Plc. Why? The normal reason is that he is the Founder of REM plc and after his time, that belongs to another chapter under a different and new leadership. Again, norm.

As for salaries, another hot topic [I am not personally interested] there are set industry led standards to calculate fair salaries. Again, this is a subject matter that "proper people" have looked at. I like the proper people term used by someone on Twitter to say that Authorised and Recognised City folks have looked into the financial as opposed to fag pkt figures.

I again back-checked normal salaries in London and I did not find it in the top median? However, kindly check.
