As I said, the sale of the KDNC 30% JV with BCN has an open M & A price of around £10m going on the Ganfeng buy recently.

I think I have calculated the mark-to-mkt before minus debt which comes to some £3m.

The Yangibana JV [30%] seems to have got a high price from Hannan but Obs doesnt agree?

So, technically, if BCN JV is sold as and when [perhaps the price can go to mkt price at the time], then KDNC is worth some £13m+ vs a £9m mkt cap.

That way, Greenland is for free and if that could be listed or JV*ed then, the value could be 20% of GGG as Obs said via WH Ireland?

So, its all about doing the possible or potential maths as a hypothesis and whether anyone can wait that long?

So, something to discuss and perhaps see if the Board is agreeable to any suggestions?

Today, quite a lot of information has come out ie Secker*s interview. It is interesting that he now talks about 17,35 & 50 for production at Sonora. Can*t quite catch where he is getting this from ie Gangfeng etc? If so, then what Observer842 said will be relevant as discussed in the past.

Seckers also mentioned $10,000 for the lithium price. As far as I am aware, lithium price are set on co to co basis. If Bacanora are going to get $10,000 [pls check as sometimes listening & taking notes is difficult] then that will be pretty good as their cost is something in the region of $4,000+ but I dont have the latest figure.

Today, Alita has gone into administration? I saw that on Twitter and someone posted that on EMH. It on the top of the posting history and another lithium co in Oz has reported a loss. Pl check.

Someone posted that KDNC wants to raise $500k. The mkt cap after consolidation will still be £9m. The only change is that the shares will go from 10.5billion mark to 103 million+ [see KDNC RNS]. So, if there is a raise, say of $500k or £500k, that is about 5%.

So, one can see that the direction or strategy of KDNC going forward is important. There has been much more news on Greenland from FT but no one seems to have posted it nor the story from AFR which also talked of Greenland.

It is norm that if a fund holds a certain %, they often do a co visit and have a chat with the board about strategy or where they think the co could move forward.

It seems clear that KDNC in having rare earths via Yangibana JV and possibly the Greenland licence may help.

Otherwise, it appears that the co is trying to trade its way out of a difficult period which other co*s are facing especially junior explorers and capital raising.

Unless the co has a globally significant deposit, its hard to obtain capex etc via capital markets.

I am not editing as I am rushing.

So, as a 1%+ holder, it is important to see what the co is doing via research. That way, one is more nuanced. I have checked FMG*s cost of iron ore etc. That means that one can get an idea about Amapa. The news was expected this mth ie Amapa.

I dont want to clog up this forum so I will go over to the KDNC.pl forum for 1 post to talk about today*s BCN Proactive Investor*s interview with Peter Secker and the possible implications. Others like Obs etc are kindly invited.

So, there*s the solution to everything talked about on this forum for at least years since DL left as the Founder of REM plc.

Now, bigdouble with 60m shares in KDNC has appeared with his suggestion to vote etc.

No other solution except that which others have traveled before.

For me, the suggestion by bigdouble now closes the subject matter. I used to look in from time to time in the past relating to this forum and nothing seems to have been done. In recent times, some want more transparency to meet the board and that can be done via actual shareholdings of 5% or more [bigD says 5-15%]. I see that BZT was able to meet the board and present their questions and how the co is moving forward [historic now as an example]. So, the big holders got together to do this and they got their answers etc + how to move forward.

Today, the share price of KDNC is 0.09-0.10p with a mkt cap of £9m and 10 billion shares in issue. So, any single 5% holder today would need to have bought or hold £ some £450k worth of shares [roughly 500million shares +-] to qualify for a 5% holding which entitles him/her to have a special resolution put forward whether it be to remove a director etc. However, it also says that a director can sue for unfair dismissal. bigdouble has said on this forum that he has done it before. So, just to re-cap.

This way, everything is transparent including disclosure of shareholders of KDNC and not co reps as some think but of no empirical evidence anywhere.

As for the AGM, that has to take place from what I understand 4 months per the a/c*s etc . I checked the RNS and I believe this is now running close with 1 week left to spare as it needs 28 days of notice for an AGM?

As for a substantial transaction, that is norm in any event.

So, I take my leave and today bigdouble*s suggestion or the BZT way [others have also done it this way via actual proof of shareholdings as a group ie 5-15% or more].

So, there is no more torch light on X or Y as this is the only way forward both via company law or obtaining a meet with the board. Otherwise, one has to hold ....

I am not the one who suggested the organizing of a shareholders group of 5-15% to vote at the AGM. On another board, they gathered a similar holding from shareholders even as far as Germany. They then formally requested a meet with the board and they presented question and potentially how the co would progress etc. That way, it is transparent.

At an AGM, one does not have to show the shareholding. If one is with HL, one needs to email the broker to obtain a letter to attend.

There appears to be some big holders here ie bigdouble with 60m shares and MJ with 40 million shares, the latter of which said he paid £400,000.

So, at an AGM, one has the general Q & A but big holders want a more in-depth approach and therefore they ask to meet the board wherever that might take place.

We are talking about another approach method ie whether the big holders want to vote down or vote up any of the resolutions.

Also, those who said they are not happy with the performance can have a open approach whether it is the soft approach or to vote in block?

Ask the others. That way, there is no need to ask who*s who as asked on this forum.

After the AGM is the soft approach.

At the AGM, one needs a clear resolution.

That is the way others have done it via shareholdings and a meeting with the board.

bigdouble can organise a meet-up with the board. That happened at one junior copper explorer. I was going to suggest this and everyone has to produce evidence of shareholding of Cadence Minerals shares. It*s a better way forward.

I remember bigdouble from the old days at S forum. I was not aware that bigdouble was a KDNC shareholder. Yes, that is the classy way to do it per bigdouble*s post of 14:58 via a minimum 5% holding in KDNC to ask Questions and perhaps even a way forward for the co.

A possible invitation card to Cadence Minerals plc:

The shareholders of Cadence Minerals plc would like to request the pleasure of your company at King*s Head, Mayfair, London for lunch after the AGM [Chairman & CEO + other directors]. Thereafter, a soiree of which a Rolls would be provided."

Per bigdouble*s post at 14;27, a 5% group holding for Cadence Minerals shareholders could be easily obtained. Also, since King*s Head pub has been mentioned for bigdouble & MJFMSG to meet up, this would be a good place to invite the Chairman & CEO to. On other forums, once a 5% holding can be obtained, questions can be put to the board and a meet-up. That is a positive way forward and also to put forward an open discussion. The King*s Head is presumably at Mayfair, London - all the shareholders can meet up after the Cadence Minerals AGM soon to meet with the board? That could be a good way forward and in line with other forums?

Strange. Peter Seckers has done a very in-depth interview today which has all the subjects covered and no one seems to have listened? Also, Mr Seckers mentioned $10,000 for the lithium price. I posted it on KDNC.pl which is the JV partner to BCN. Mr Seckers also said that Sonora is 1 of the largest lithium deposits in the world. Kindly check.

Kabaa posted at 12:02 & said its 300K w/o going to NT and that it was now 100K.

Peter Seckers also gives the Ganfeng timelines and their buy-in. Very detailed and he said Sonora is 2 hrs from the USA border. He also mentioned Tesla gigafactory in Nevada and China.

Relating to your question: If you look carefully at the original Telfer resource in 2 parts ie Mineral Resource & Reserve, you will see g/t = gold & %cu is copper.

You will also notice that for ALL the figures the % cu figure is very low as it does not reach 0.1% cu but rather 0.0X%.

So, in the main, one will notice that Telfer is mainly for the gold.

Numis used 2g/t = gold for Havierion in their calculations per their note which beats Telfer*s 1.9g/t [reserve figs] or 1.6g/t [mineral resource figs] for GOLD.

So, g/t = gold and % cu = copper.

Hope that explains matters. However, as said please check as there can be copying errors.

So, for the more surface expression, Blackhills has to beat:

Telfer*s open pit for the Main & West Dome at:

0.52 g/t gold
0.75g/t gold {Reserve figs]

or 0.6 g/t gold
or 0.63g/g gold { Mineral resource figs}

Gervaise Heddle said in his last interview that the Blackhill results will be partial from recall. Some time ago, Mr Heddle referred to Blackhills as early days of Telfer, also from recall.
