Folks seen the Creswick co RNS today. RRR is no different to this co , looking for gold in Victoria or even Aston Martin who issued a £1.5bn issue [£3.5bn mkt cap]? Not sure what the buzzing is about.

Helpful, Riveting stuff ie about Glencore. How sweet that they would take it off them as a favour. That blows one's minddd that Glencore wanted it. I say, looking ahead, when the time the cupboard goes bare. My opinion of Gina. Where others could not raise $5bn, dont worry Gina raised $10bn for Roy Hill, the highest ever in Oz history. How did Gina get Roy Hill, THE iron ore mine wherein Gina is Australia's largest tax payer @A$6bn a year just in taxes. Well, AA had it and the minute they let it go back to the Australian mining dept -GINA stepped in. So, one cant step in IF one is not waiting. That is how DL pipped Rio to the Paterson licence by 1 hr. DL can see opportunity like an eagle can spot a prey.? Was there something not so good about the licences. Sure, they were NOT very high grade iron ore, so I suppose they wanted the best, so decided to let it go. Now, dont worry , Gina has got in STATE OF ART sorters and all the stockpile of lesser iron ore , she is raking it in and PROFITS HAVE GONE UP FURTHER. Gina has $25bn to play with, mainly in cash. My personal opinion is that Gina should run Australia - she is better than any Chartered Accountant. She keeps everything lean and operated from a small office with small staff. Mind you, she didnt go to Harvard, finish off at the London School of Economics or pass out from Camborne School of Mines but what a superb woman with all the skills of a financier. No one in Australia can match her.

For those more nuanced than me, could anyone tell if those two 50m trades were BUYS. I was testing but for large trades, its priced maybe, a bit different as norm @ top of range of the spread. It is large by all accounts, so need to know.

THANK YOU TO MR BELL WHO GOT US THOSE VI CTORIA LICENCES. I SUSPECT IT IS THE KILMORE [WEST] LICENCE THAT IS CAUSING A POTENTIAL TRADE BUYER/S such interest. Why? Next door to SUNDAY CREEK, an ASX co that has a mkt cap of A$160m without JORC or even Maiden Resource yet. Kilmore is not nearology but was THE mining town and only after gold ran out, they went on to SUNDAY CREEK. Look at what the Examiner paper said in 1855 about KILMORE. So, big thanks from me and other shareholders of this co.

Helpful, could I with due respect, discuss further about Gina Rinehart. Obviously, I dont run Juno etc so I am cognisant it is not up to me. But I would have LET GINA have the full allocation. Why? The minute her name goes onto the share register, it would be "wild" - AFR , Rising Star Resources, The Australian [Oz most influential paper] and every outlet would want to speak to Juno. But alas, RRR was created as a co in the UK [see admission documents] at the back of MT IDA, now potentially a coming star. I do not know when the iron ore starts to run out or run down but if Gina is interested in Juno, it is potentially for Mt Mason and then Mt Ida. Only the Chinese could take on a huge magnetite project as the capex is huge due to the impurities. AUSTRALIA'S 1ST BILLIONAIRES were IRON ORE KINGS. Now, Mt Ida is in the eye of Gina [maybe Mt Mason too as it is hematite]. Bell was NOT the CEO of RRR then. It was WATSON, the prospector who was MD of RRR at inception. Well, I always want to learn, not from Harvard text but more from the ground, so any comment would be appreciated. IT IS NOT PRICE SENSITIVE or even important at this time to RRR, as this co only now has a royalty, part of which was sold.

Exactly. £6m would have to be desperate. A$20m for minimum ASX listing and who knows MELBOURNE GOLD might capture the imaginations of Aussies and backed by success at KILMORE. Why? I should think , if 60 co's were drooling over the licence, NEXT DOOR to Fosterville ie bidders [Victorian govt was selling the said licence], no probs for Kilmore equally? In a trade sale, since RRR impliedly paid £1.5m [bar royalty element] approx, the deal is worth £3m [100% grossed up]. The fact that RRR got a PREMIUM ie fair value @100% CONFIRMS what I said recently ie it would be sheer madness to raise at the current price of 0.07/8p. Deal was done at 0.15p for RRR value @100% premium. Very fair to RRR and a valuation report is a MUST ie requirement [valuation presumably from an investment bank as norm]. IN A POTENTIAL TRADE SALE, IF , the buyer sees a potential co maker IF LISTED on the ASX, and depending on how keen they are, I would say, FAIR VALUE WOULD BE £6M [in cash and stock or all cash which is not usual]. It all based on how hard the negotiations are. KILMORE, ah that is THE draw card -selling point? THE 1ST MINING TOWN , THEN ONLY SUNDAY CREEK. Aussies will go wild, I would think, knowing the Aussies and how they love all things Aussie.

I would like a really Aussie name: M E L B O U R N E GOLD. Others can chose, DL tends to like names of horse but cant call it Melbourne Cup, LoL. I recall one of DL's co's is named after a horse or so, one poster informed us on a stock forum.

DRC: I have listened again to the interview by Mr Bell today @Stockbox, 13.3.24 post RRR RNS. I have ear plugs on and a bit hard to hear but I get the gist of it relating to the Counsel of RRR's JV partner. I think that here and there, the words of arbitration , Counsel - Minister leaving and " F A I L E D" does appear to suggest that when Mr Bell touches down at Kinshasa, it will take Thur & Fri to sort things out ie working week days. IF, Gecamines will NOT pay, say for example, they are quite cognisant of the legal implications of that , FOLLOWING it on at the International Tribunal. It will be viewed LEGALLY NEGATIVELY, so that is positive. How, it "FAILED", I am not too sure but its got to do with the arbitration etc. I found out who Sam Quinn is - on Linkedin , he is a partner of Silvertree Partners LLP, a corporate services provider to the natural resource sector. By profession, he is a legal counsel.

Excellent. I knew that there was something to flying from Brussels. RED ROCK AUSTRALISIA DEAL RNS, 13.3.24: IFone were to gross the deal up, it would imply that the deal is worth £3 MILLION [£1.5m x 2 bar royalty]. I think there is a BUYER/s for Red Rock Australia and they dont want JV partners etc for legal and corporate complications. If it were to listed, say, on AIM, it would go for a £6m MINIMUM LISTING. However, IF it goes to the ASX, I recall minimum is A$20 Million for listing any ASX co? In a straight buy out , then it is possible to get £6m but it will be a combo of cash and shares, the latter more so. So, decisions, decisions but that are some of the possible critical path. Dont know much about who Quinn is. DRC: It is my opinion that Gecamines will PAY especially now that there is a new head of Gecamines who wants the state miner to be restructure, lets put it that way. I have already provided a link recently. Say, Gecamines does not pay, even that is NOT an issue ---International Arbitration is next potentially. The only thing I am not sure about is: Gecamines should be the DEFENDANT in the next international arbitration to come given they received the $430m from the buyer, a major? In this instance, I am assume Gecamines was paid the full $430m given this is the way it was done before? Long history of this via the previous administration and US gov/Uk govt have conducted investigations and this is again happening at AVZ -took the licence and now given it to a major?
