Morning folks on HE1 listened to Shaun Scott, Chairman of Noble Helium last night via an interview. Shaun was the MD of Arrow who sold a $20m co to Shell and a Chinese major for $3.2billion.

See, Theeeduke, shareholders like Robins DO CONTACT MR BELL, CHAIRMAN of RRR to ask or discuss. I dont have the contact. I can sympathise Robins that you lost 95% but again, many stocks in AIM , especially junior explorers tend to do that if one exploration project does not live up to its initial potential. The NO POSTER on this website was the one in a helium stock at 0.19p. I have looked up where he is now and I see that he goes for THE STOCKS WHOSE BOTTOM HAVE FALLEN OFF and hope that there is some fundamentals left for a potential upside [oversold and all that theory]. So, too, I have picked such stocks and RESEARCH to protect my small stake. That helium stock is the most talked about, No 1 volume in recent times etc and rose 10x. So, that is something known. SO, SURELY, THEEEEDUKE must see SOME positive in the stock ---every ANALYST HAS BULL AND BEAR POINTS SURELY, not negative, one sided only, surely.

Genuine question. Why? I have posted RESEARCH on RRR as much as I can find and did a deep dive into the financials as much as I can. BUT IF YOU , BANBURYBOY are CORRECT, as you stated on this forum, then would it now be the best thing for me to FORGET MY RESEARCH/FACTS on RRR BALANCE SHEET & BROKER REPORTS ON RRR, AND SELL AND TAKE THE LOSS? Genuine question to you, Theeeeduke, an "expert" of some sort or not. I dont know but you sure speak like one.? Yes, No. All for OPEN, transparent discussion in a free and democratic country.

If I BOUGHT SHARES IN RRR, I have to have confidence in the stock, the assets [minus liabilities as norm in the Balance Sheet] otherwise buy. You are speaking in riddles - Mr Bell, Chairman has "your email and all your details are in the public domain."? Well, that is up to you and Mr Bell surely. If the HAT does NOT fit, dont put it on, surely that is a rule. On all stock forums, there are complaints and NOT only on this forum. Surely, in a free and democratic country, we can , as genuine shareholders hope that someone will speak to Mr Bell on our behalf to do something for us without having to bear noise all day.? Isnt that allowed given shareholders of Mr Lenigas' s co contacted him. I did not go for the London party so I dont have any contact for Mr Lenigas who lives in Monaco at the time. I named no names but I wanted to see why only NEGATIVITY for RRR on 2 forums. Hence, why general guide. I am not a large enough major holder to be able to contact Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR to speak to him to get any assurance that this has his attention. Only the consensus of genuine registered shareholders can do so. Hope that clarifies. As a private investor, we have NO power to do anything.

One poster on the other RRR forum has asked for a widget to be posted in the header to "TRACE the IP address locations". It would appear that NOT ONLY ME, a holder of RRR has noticed the IMBALANCE of lack of balance.

Comment: I decided to educate myself in this new phenomenon of which there is now a prolific no of publications. Yes, I am aware that on Mr Bell's Linkedin, this gent ENDORSED Mr Bell for exploration skill. There is never a need to and LINKEDIN CONNECTIONS can endorse if they wish. Yes, it was stated this gent OWNS SHARES IN RRR. Zumore like to quote this blog and whether he knows , this gent owns shares in RRR, I dont know. But, it is stated in the top of any blog on RRR that he owns shares. Of course, it is LOGICAL and even Mr Bell must see that THE MKT CAP is TOO LOW and it is not wise to take any monies at this price as it undervalues the assets per the Balance Sheet of RRR [assets minus liabilities]. Oh, Kefi was also thrown in for the blog just out 1 hr ago. But from what I can see, RRR is the one with the LOWEST MKT CAP OF SOME £2.7M +. Kefi mkt cap is £29.69m [52 wk high 1.23p, 52 wk low 0.49p and current 0.6p]. I dont know much about Kefi but I do know it is not a greenfield or brownfield explorer.

I am NOT recommending or mentioning another stock/s on this forum but the BLOG has just apppeared on TWITTER and RED ROCK RESOURCES HAS BEEN MENTIONED [or tipped?]. So, I have to mentioned the OTHER GOLDIES that have been PEERED REVIEWED. All the others HAVE ALREADY BOUNCED OFF THE BOTTOM 52 wk low.

ONLY RED ROCK IS AT ROCK BOTTOM and the LOWEST MKT CAP AT £2.7M + at 0.8p range.

I am not doing any critique on other work but I AM NOT KEEN ON STOCKS THAT HAVE BOUNCED ALREADY as they have also taken in the rising tide. Only Red Rock is at a TINY MKT CAP with gold in its portfolio so bargain hunting here but with the usual risk profile for a junior explorer and ALL THAT as known and norm. I CONFIRM I checked my broking a/c and it was on the recent RRR RNS. Theeeeduke said he remembered me from a long time back. I got a bit fed up with Banburyboy posting on this forum when I looked in. I have contacted the London South East before when a lady was in charge and she told me, I do NOT have to reveal my position IF I dont want to ie how many shares etc. I have NOT checked my broking account for when was the last time I bought but IF I did, say, and left, then I either got bored OR I just took a small loss or profit as the case may be. IF, you say, you remembered me from 1 year ago, HOW DO YOU KNOW? Did you CHECK MY BROKING ACCOUNT ie transaction history. Seems like you are on an inquisition party but HOW ABOUT YOU? IF, I BUY IN, I take an interest. Simple, isnt it. If I like Man U, I will be warching etc but I am not keen on footie. For those that HATE my guts and posting ....xyz , please dont - I am an RC and I think it is "risky" if on any forum., only 1 type of group posts in a echo chamber only a negative view. I know that dissertation style is hated per the Goldman Sachs [or even Court style as to reasoning] style but that is REAL LIFE. The rich cant spend their day and nights doing their own research and they just wait for the broker notes to land , be in whatever subject. So, GOOD FOLKS, try to do some research and the more accurate the research, the LESS ROOM FOR error. Goldman etc have hordes of people in every specialism putting together the data -I have to do everything for myself. SO, CAN YOU FOLKS if you can read and write. I CHECKED JP MORGAN AND WILL CHECK other legendary gold experts to obtain a CONSENSUS and then do my own forecast as things advance with MORE DATA at hand. I am keeping a WATCHING BRIEF.

DRC -If I am wrong on the DRC, I could lose what I paid ie around the 0.76/8p region but if it is right, then I think , sp will be positive/. For traders, they may jump in on an RNS as norm but they have to PAY MORE for the RNS info ie Efficient Mkt Theory. So, you see, my loss is CONTAINED even if there is a temp downside. The only advantage here at RRR is the smallish mkt cap vs some gold assets ie JORC 1.2moz gold in Kenya [govt wanted it so that tells one whether it is worth something or nothing. Good job Bell managed to get back the licences.] DRC if the award is made at some point, then it will ease the liquidity factor. I gather the major SHAREHOLDERS [3 gents] will not be waiting till they are 100 to cash out given they know that JORC is worth money if Barrick bought in Kenya and subsequently sold 1.18moz to Shanta for US$14m. First Equity put a value of US$13.3m from recall so very conservative. From Mr Bell's Linkedin, his endorsements are all in "mineral exploration" but as for M & A, ah, that is now to be seen if he can get it sold. IF HE DOESNT HAVE THE NETWORK CONTACTS, he will have to get one. I would not normally buy into a stock like RRR but with gold at record prices eg US$2,200 region , I have to look for QUICK GOLD ASSET/s vs pure exploration that will take years , even if it is TIER 1. The time to buy Paul's vehicle was at inception and when it FELL initially when there was a malaise in the junior space. I try never to buy at higher elevated mkt caps UNLESS there is an ASSET that CAN BE SOLD or there is a SLEEPER discovery ie TIER 1 that will bring in a re-rating.
