RRR: MBO Strategic Review of all ASSETS [named in First Equity note] & updated status.7 Mar 2024 16:43
Helpful: Thank you for clarifying on Elephant Oil IPO/Nasdaq. If one posted on any US stock forum, folks want to see LINK/s of proof and the same with Hotcopper of Australia. Since I provided the LINK to NASDAQ itself , Elephant Oil IPO---IF, there was a rejection, even once, it would be on the landing page or via a SEC filing as required [or an appeal]. So, the naysayer in residence is now proven to have missed that fact?
RRR
It appears to be a dis-service to RRR shareholders that naysayers-in-residence present a negative outlook on RRR with a twist of lemon/lime etc but when shareholders discuss the ASSETS of RRR, it is not welcomed? But why? Should we, shareholders NOT discuss the assets of RRR via a STRATEGIC REVIEW that is FACT & OPEN to all on this forum to discuss. That way, there is nothing that is NOT transparent. If PJ were to have run this co, as a Chartered Accountant, that would be his 1st task ie a Strategic Review and to see where CASH can or cannot be raised. Mr Andrew Bell does a good job in litigation as I have already elucidated, both in the DRC [made sure RRR had the operative role at 50.1% thus ensuring its legal advantage] and Kenya [won back licences from that govt] in the past - that is Mr Bell's speciality ie law and African networking for licence and exploration etc. There is NO PJ here, so I am interested in digging a bit deeper and I would think everyone should be interested or ought to be interested. As for the DRC, we await Mr Bell flying back to London from Kenya with the Kenyan licence renewals and then to the DRC. I have listened to a video [RRR] on the DRC which is about 4 months old. I am NOW cognisant that Mr Bell is well aware that RRR's arbitration is of interest to the wider mining community , in so far , as how co's can obtain back their asset worth some US$430m if that can be managed after the award potentially. I mentioned Eurasia and Mr Bell is also cognisant that more corporate noise can be made but it may not be "wise" if RRR were to maintain its softly softly approach. Wishing Mr Bell a successful journey to DRC and no doubt from ALL shareholders of RRR who have invested. DYOR. NIA. 7 Mar 2024 , Thur, 4:39pm [stock market closed and no one about on this forum].
