RRR DRC Arbitration : Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR will fly out to the DRC this wk or next as said in yesterday's RNS & Interview. RRR have the "draft award" awaiting finalisation & "PARTIES are AGREED." Today, is the last day, IF, folks are still in, then its their choice OR they wait for the outcome? In fact, this does NOT need telling as it is something known.

In litigation, anything can happen and again, this needs no telling. I am keeping an open mind and hope that my view on general principle of procedure turns out right and IF not, then there will be a decision to take then.

The author or the Royal Family should not be brought into a conversation about RRR. It is according to me, very disrespectful. I You brought it up, not me and this has nothing to do with RRR or the DRC award in the commercial Court.

I will repeat, THE ROYAL FAMILY DOES NOT CRITICISE EACH OTHER and note the imperative, THE. To classify as The Royal Family, one must have the title HRH - this is the same in Denmark.

To genuine shareholders of RRR. I listened to an interview that Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR did some 4 months ago. He stated very clearly: I do NOT want to misled the market and therefore, the timing is not under RRR's control. This is also norm in ALL litigation.

It is my view only that when Mr Bell goes to DRC this week or next [Ref: Mr Bell's interview yesterday from Kenya], then he will resolve the outstanding issue of the said "tribute" which the JV partner's counsel has requested for. This does not involve the AWARD in any way. IF , as Mr Bell said, there is "AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALL PARTIES", it should be technically now signed off by the DRC Commercial Court. CAN I PROVE IT? YES - IF, there were powers at play as Specinvestor 99 has suggested as his thesis, then there will be no "DRAFT AWARD LEGAL DOCUMENTS GIVEN TO ALL PARTIES". If there are so called "powers at play", then there will be lack of a DEFINITIVE LEGAL DOCUMENT which means further steps to the draft award.

Dont take my word for it as this is my view and understanding of general principles of legal procedure. Next week, there has to be AN OUTCOME , whatever it may be and RRR will have to provide an RNS as norm. Mr Bell's trip to DRC is now well published and Mining Weekly has also reported on this.

Each shareholder is free to come to their own conclusion. I dont want to spend the rest of my life on something that is so easy to understand ie RRR. It is like all other AIM junior explorers and if one does not want to fund these AIM co's, dont invest in AIM co's given the Stock Exchange explains what AIM is about ie funding British growth co's.

I do not know how long you or others have been here for the DRC cash so let's stick to the recent RRR RNS which Theeeeduke got correct. Arbitration takes some 2 years from what I understand and legal cases cannot be settled IF there are still disputes , delays etc as norm. I can PROVE that the DRC Commercial Court decision ie finalisation is close [or as close as can possibly be] ----due to the ------"DRAFT AWARD" given to RRR and the other parties. This was also picked up by Mining Weekly as it is substantive in nature. Barring any unforeseen issues, it should have some sort of LEGAL OUTCOME next week given Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR said "ALL PARTIES HAVE AGREED" . The JV partner's counsel wants "tribute" so that has to be resolved but the partner's counsel is NOT a legal party to the agreement so no issue there?

But what I can say is this: If Helpful can value Kenya 1.2moz gold JORC x $30 discovery cost, that is only known to analysts. I dont use discovery costs but M & A per oz. However, discovery cost of US$30 per oz for Kenya comes to US$40m only vs value in situ US$ 2 . 5 2 Billion [$2,100 conservative figure per oz]. So, what Helpful was saying was that the cost benefit analysis of Mr Bell going to Kenya is worth it as the licences have value. NO BROKER will value Kenya 1.2MOZ JORC as 0 , as the naysayers. As for random walk of 20% up for RRR yesterday, it was on this forum's data. Folks on the other RRR forum make fun of Chalkin charts as well.

May I respectfully say, that one can LEARN and if one WANTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL, one can be. Only requirement? One only needs to be able to read A-Z. That's all. Even an American janitor with hardly much education could go to the US library to read Wall Street Journal and do research and he died with millions. Tons of stories like that. It is time to be successful and not wallow in failure or wallow in the past. Everyone surely wants success?

Criticism without CONSTRUCTIVE solution is not a positive outlook. It is called criticising for the sake of it and it is due to some other reason/s as norm. I was NOT aware that the British Royal family makes criticism of each other per your statement. Can you post a link to prove this given I have NOT seen this.

Your post on DRC has "contradictions" - on the one hand you said cash will come in in Apr 2024 vs "forces are in play and will remain in play until they are done." [Legally they contradict]. If you were to take a law exam, I do not think it will suffice to play guess the goose ie I said they will win but on what legal grounds? No legal view/s proffered. Who cant guess win or lose - its is as easy as flipping a coin. If one is investing, it is NOT GOOD ENOUGH - one must have a reasonable 51% chance , if not higher for a view. WHAT IS THIS MYSTERY of "forces in play"?

On the other forum, one does not understand what is technical insolvency either. If RRR could NOT operate as a "GOING CONCERN", the auditors would state so in the accounts and for that reason, Resolution 4 of the RRR AGM on 16.3.24 was to fulfil that requirement technically. But it need not be called if , in the meantime, cash can be raised by other ways of which I am not yet privy to at this time. But I am sure we, shareholders will be informed. I am not editing as I wants to have a drink etc ie tea.

P.S.

Many talk of funders. It is quite easy for anyone to be a funder for any stock. A few brokers specialise in this and one can put one's name down for any potential share offerings. I have NEVER done so, nor am I interested.

May I also bring up the point that, EVEN IF, there were a PLACING in normal times, there has to be an accompanying good update [empirical evidence]? So, WHY NO MEGA SHARE PLACING per the naysayers before, during and AFTER the RRR AGM, 16.2.24 [Resolution 4: Authority to Issue]? Would it not be logical and reasonable to conclude [or not?] that in fact, some form of cash may be incoming so that there is NO need for a placing as norm? Why raise money and then still have to issue news good eg DRC $10m cash claim awarded? No reasonable explanation has been forwarded by the naysayers and TIME HAS PASSED.

You said you invested a London pub meal equivalent into RRR to satisfy another poster, in that you have now invested. Go to your stockbroking a/c and CHECK. I have just signed in to CHECK. On the summary, my a/c at HL shows to sell 0.8p.

So, all day, the MM's are just working around within the spread which is around 0.8p to sell and 0.9p to buy and this changing but live price is still the same. SO, FACT, no change of significance. Thur, 7.3.24 @8:35pm.

Still NO SIGN of your mega placing of 1.5bn shares at 0.06p+ and this will disappoint your supporters? Yes or No?

Mr Bell has NOT issued shares per the Authority to Issue [per RRR AGM, 16.2.24 - Resolution 4] and next wk or this wk, Mr Bell is off to DRC per the RNS/Interview yesterday.

Naysayers will be proven wrong or right. In this regard, I forgot to mention that AVZ, one of the world's largest deposit of lithium in the DRC just had an "interim win" at the International Tribunal in Washington D.C. To check, just type AVZ international arbitration and it will come up given I have given the link before. So, have other co's been successful in their international tribunal wins and one can check the stats easily since they have country to country stats on ICSID cases re: international tribunal and that also goes for Angola etc.

Did you not read the recent posting that the GREENLAND money was never made and this is FACT. It was admitted by one of the residents. I myself checked Companies House via their official govt filings and no payment or sale took place or placed in a bank. That is also FACT in reference to money except £1.

Ah, Africa. I dont know much about it. I never lived nor travelled to any of those countries. Like it or not, that is unfortunately life ---in Australia, the copper and gold grades are not generally high [Australian Geology fact] vs DRC where the copper grade is high. Enter Ivanhoe who is very successful at Kamoa-Kakula and also another big discovery nearby in the DRC. Glen is also in the DRC and so are the major Chinese co's. Are you aware that all the majors like Barrick etc are in Africa and that is where they make their money from as well?

Well, as I once said, investing is a specialist skill of which few have and that is also fact. For this reason, in the USA, analysts are ranked and their performance is also ranked.

This week or next week, Mr Bell flies to the DRC to see to the award. One way or the other, we will find out whether the Commercial Court in Kinshasa will sign and provide the award of US10m to RRR. Payment will be the next agenda if the award is made.? The buyer who has to pay the award is cognisant that time is not on their side. Why? How long can it be delayed IF all parties "have agreed" per Mr Bell. The JV partner's counsel has NO legal standing[not party to the JV agreement as principal party] to stop the court award and therefore "tribute" is not within the legal framework anyway. To me, it is akin to dowry which again is not enshrined in law either. So, the court has to make the award as that is the function of the Court.

We have discussed everything now and all the residents have been given the right of reply but they have NOT made a case against RRR. THIS IS FACT. At any point in time in the past, anyone invested could have sold their RRR without too much loss IF they felt they no longer support the investment case. But perhaps, it is easier to not move forward to a winning stock ,so still caught up in a time warp of the past and not moving forward?

FUNDS

They do not RUN a losing position and cut if the investment case no longer holds. One is taught investment technique that if one loses 4-5%, it is easier to regain that loss rather than lose 95-99% in a hold position if the underlying trend is down on that particular commodity or sector. This is a well known methodology of funds --- if they followed traders and others eg Joe Public, funds would have gone bankrupt. One is taught to run one's profits but even then, Rick Rule only goes for max 10x. PJ could have been exceedingly rich from GGP when he took over to re-structure at 0.1p and sold at 0.9p [his own 9x rule] - history shows that GGP hit 40p plus. This is all common knowledge so if one wants to risk one's capital or savings, it is by choice as no one is forced to remain in RRR. Mr Bell & PJ restructured GGP and look how successful that was.

I have had to take responsibility for my own investment and only I can press the buy, sell or hold button. So, therefore, it is easy to blame but if others point out to the demerits, why stay on ? Question for our time. Thur, 7.3.24 7:12pm [stock market closed and no one posting]. DYOR. NIA.

The data shows investors LOSE per Mr Cronford of Master Investors and this is well known. So, many have decided to leave the AIM market given AIM co's all need to raise money [function of AIM to help growth co's per LSE].

LoL - Still digressing - past performance is not key to current performance. For example, GGP, Solgold and a host of other AIM co's shows that ALL junior explorers share price charts are at their lowest due to the recent commodity downturn. The worm has turned in gold and now copper and Robert Friedland just posted on copper and os have other notables.

You have someone in mind, Flightman who is a Law Graduate to deal with complex licence and exploration issues otherwise, one could land like Churchill Mining or Oxus Gold due to not having done the required etc? Also, it is not easy to deal with Africa - I just read that in Bukina Faso, a Perth co is taking the govt to Tribunal and has engaged counsel [exploration licence taken away]. Mr Bell is not in that sort of difficulties. Even PJ had to rely on Mr Bell for the RRAL Victoria licences next to SUNDAY CREEK. I posted that to obtain the licence next to Fosterville, even majors lost out and 60 co's competed. Mr Bell is very nuanced in licensing etc. There are all sorts of issues in African exploration projects for example, there is some issue in Bukina Faso and Mr Mahendren Samuel is the right person to engage a JV with given the turmoil there.

I point to RRR licences in Kenya which is now worth US$2.5 BILLION value in the ground. Can you suggest any AIM co that has a value in the ground of US$2.5 BILLION vs £2.8m mkt cap and with the most important element of a JORC. Yes, it is easy to say replace Mr Bell but with whom and will the major 3 shareholders agree? How does one replace Mr Bell without votes ?

Noirua has suggested on this forum via his history he wants the Sheriff of AIM to be the Executive Director? Can you name 1 person of "young blood" that you want to replace Bell and whom the London Stock Exchange Nomad will consider is experienced enough or qualified enough. I believe they do vet C.V's or do we get in a plumber, or plasterer to do the job. Remember what happened to the Tier 1 bank when they promoted the son of a plasterer to the job and the bank collapsed due to his "big gamble" which did not meet compliance? Ah, yes, we can suggest this and that but that is not per the London Stock Exchange method and regulations.

In an open and transparent discussion on all the assets of RRR and the mega placing of 1.5bn shares issuance at 0.06+p, we now learn that it was, if one was charitable, a figment of imagination, at best? Why? F A C T : NO RRR RNS OF PLACING per the Chief Resident and little residents since they posted before, during and after the RRR AGM, Resolution 4 with Authority to Issue [but no issuance]. Next wk, our Chairman, Mr Bell is on to DRC as said and we, shareholders wish him a successful outcome for the arbitration for US$10m initially and potentially US$430m [ IF upon further legal advice, RRR can file a writ & onto the International Tribunal in London or Switzerland provided the buyer has not decided to offer settlement]. I think that the buyer will now realise that the DRC Commercial Court will HAVE to provide the award given the draft has NOW "BEEN AGREED BY ALL THE PARTIES" [ref: Mr Bell from Kenya via Stockbox interview yesterday]. It has been a very interesting Perry Mason type question and answer session. Litigation is NOT about guessing or flipping a coin to see heads or tails, but rather it is expertise in legal technical points that all Courts will look for.

The Elephant Oil IPO on Nasdaq is a LIVE PAGE [Nasdaq]. It shows the FILINGS. No filings for REJECTION otherwise there would be an APPEAL filing etc. NO FILING and that is also FACT.

So, where is this MEGA 1.5bn placing at 0.06p+ region that Mr Resident is talking about since RRR AGM, London on 16.2.24? Share price spread 0.08p to sell and 0.09p to buy the last time I checked today, Thur, 7 Mar 2024 [5:05pm, mkt closed].
