That's your opinion RichyRich1: I have never seen any LEGAL AGREEMENT signed by electronic signature. Recently, I had a court document to sight and sign, NO electronic signature allowed - it went to a FULL HIGH COURT hearing.

Question: How does one RENEW a mining licence by ZOOM? It needs a SIGNATURE from the co ie RRR [counsel's signature is not from the owner of the co's licence].

Mr Bell, from his hotel room in Nairobi, Kenya , speaking to Stockbox today, after the RNS, 6.3.24 explained that their JV partner's lawyer wanted "tribute" from their partner. RRR's JV partner will NOT pay [or cannot pay, I am not sure] their lawyer's request for "tribute".? So, Mr Bell said that once he is in the DRC, it could be sorted? Mr Bell said, "ALL PARTIES" have agreed. I recall something like this when I read about Gecamines and lawyers but tribute is not within the framework as norm. The stock market LIKED the INTERVIEW today and RRR shares MARKED UP +14%+.

Mr Bell is speaking from his HOTEL room presumably Nairobi, Kenya given that is the capital [business centre]. I think I heard Mr Bell say he will FLY from Kenya BACK to London. From LONDON, he will FLY to DRC. Mr Bell's elucidation of the RRR DRC Arbitration has clarified further the RNS today, 6.3.24. I could NOT turn up the sound on my earplugs but I think I heard, "ALL THE PARTIES" have agreed etc. But do CHECK for self as I CANNOT provide warranty [in general or in particular] as in listening , verbatim is important etc.

I can PROVE it or DIS-PROVE it. I keep buying RRR shares in theory, slowly. Then, when I have reached scale ie no of shares, I inform the STOCKBROKER, I want to have PAPER RRR shares for custody. Ooops, if the stockbroker checks and cant give me physical delivery, then my thesis is proved OR disproved. The only person that can do that is the LARGEST shareholder of RRR and between the 3 largest shareholders, they can ask for DELIVERY of RRR shares in paper form ie share certs.

I think the data is not live but maybe 15 mins delayed as norm. This is when it starts to get interesting and volume with UPtick after RRR RNS@Reach today about its assets, then action is starting as norm ie volume follows price.

There is a LEGAL distinction between listed co's having to use "expect" rather than .... Why? Only upon a price sensitive event of a legal definitive nature, can one change from "expect", "potential" to ... Well understood in law and COMMON to ALL listed co news updates. UNTIL CONCLUDED legally and definitively via agreements, awards from Courts etc, it is still "expect" as norm. Hope that helps. The SENTIMENT has turned POSITIVE on the other RRR forum. I am happy with the RNS from RRR this morning. It AFFIRMS the assets of RRR that I mentioned in this forum but I am NOT privy to the current up-to-date status of these assets ie what can be done to upgrade/update- so the update has been set in print , still under the auspices of the framework in the U.K.

It was then un-suspended after a few short days and normal trading could resume once the exchange sorted out paper delivery status vs not able to deliver status. What Mr Bell, Chairman said or didnt say is NOT my legal remit to decipher re: shorts. If you are x, or y, then that is your remit if you so chose.

As for a placing, I am aware, that EVERYONE can check the RRR INTERIM & ANNUAL REPORT and run a flow sheet if they should choose to do so and IF that is their thing. In London, in an art shop, I saw a gent take out a black notebook and itemise every purchase so this is the accounting type. Even, this is NOT 100% accurate. Funding takes many forms and I do NOT speculate on what type of funds is needed or not needed. Say for example, XTR sold Manica and that was out of the blue so speculation is fruitless as any left field could come given Mr Bell's Annual Report ie cash generation etc.

Blueboy1975 - you were not named and this is a free country and my shareholding counts and if you are a shareholder, you say also counts. But one way WITHOUT BALANCE is no good.

Since you do not say you know Mr Banburyboy of whom Mr Bell has referred to, then I am not sure how it has relevance? I am in the UK and when I post on Hotcopper say, then Australian law & Australian Securities Law and the Judicial system applies [Oz]. Same everywhere isnt it? News, 5 Mar 2024 @9:40pm. As for shorts, take it up with Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR as he tweeted it. Who knows what the reason/s are as Mr Banburyboy has NOT told us , shareholders on this forum. ITS MONTHS NOW and every opportunity has been given to him to REPEAT for the x, y, z time. A/c to the AIM regulations, there is an avenue within the UK law & its rules to take it to and Mr Carp has already done so but the High Court of UK in London has FOUND nothing about RRR or Mr Bell -hence why RRR won. In the UK, there are other co's that have encountered such issues eg GKP and two other oilies. Again, NOTHING found against the co's. It is ALL public info.

Check the AIM Regulation Handbook, UK. As I said, that is my view and it will have to be tested whether this view is correct reading of the regulations or NOT as norm?

From what I gather, from the months of constant damp [?], now:

[1] The STOCK EXCHANGE's reputation is called into QUESTION - that is my perception.\/ The FT and Mining.com reported on RRR's RNS of recent days via RNS Reach in relation to DRC Arbitration. Given there is , as yet, NO DEFINITIVE SENSITIVE NEWS to report, there is no RNS as norm [the normal RNS].? If one were to take Mr Banburyboy's view about RNS Reach, then it would have have been another avenue for more formal updates.

[2] I think even the Nomad is not in favour [British understatement] given that surely the NOMAD must be cognisant of the RRR DRC Arbitration Award ie NOTHING CAN BE DONE until the DRC Commercial Court in Kinshasa makes an award judgement.

[3] The JUDICIARY is also NOT the avenue per Mr Banburyboy and one external blog says it is "RED FLAGS" to take Mr Banburyboy to the High Court? So, if so, THE LAW IN THE UK NO LONGER EXISTS and therefore, Hotcopper share forum in Australia would be WRONG to ensure that BEFORE POSTING, they are careful with what they say.

[4] There is now so MUCH OF doubt, UNTIL it was asked IF THE RRR AGM, 16 FEB 2024 EVEN TOOK PLACE IN LONDON? Of course, it did BUT Mr Banburyboy etc do NOT ATTEND the AGM as they have stated they ARE NOT SHAREHOLDERS.

There is an external comment/blog about you Mr Ban and it states that if RRR sues you, it is a RED FLAG? But this is the LAW IN THE U.K and even Hotcopper says so, as they do not want responsibility of that type - it involves big $$$ as norm for defamation. So, IF everyone is allowed , then THE LAW IS NO LONGER IN OPERATION and with it the JUSTICE SYSTEM ie to air and provide EVIDENCE as norm.

Helpful cant be bringing the share price down surely by providing links to the industry and nearby projects of RRR? But what is causing great anxiety is constant....[REPEATED FOR MONTHS NOW]. I note some shareholders have LEFT. There is NO BALANCE to the constant damping - ONE WAY STREET ONLY.
