P.S. Strike price of the POW/RRR deal is a PREMIUM OF 50%. What does that suggests? That , in corporate speak means that the investment bank has impliedly valued RRR at 50% PREMIUM to the current price, hence, POW cannot undervalue RRR stock, theory 101?

Ah, as I said Southern Cross Gold on the ASX has a MKT CAP OF A$132 MILLION [one day ago] and therefore, one of the hottest ASX stocks re: Victoria Gold and proven by the ANN/RNS of dual listing yesterday and shares up 20.2%/ On the ASX, that is a large mkt cap relatively.

Paul Johnson said he was going into London for MEETINGS. Paul may have been also consulted as to CORPORATE metrics as well - he is very nuanced on his side of his expertise as a Chartered Accountant. I also note that there is PROVISION in the POW RNS that IF a SALE of Red Rock Australia is done, they will also have a return. I note that the price strike is 50% TO RRR share price.? YES, IT IS AN STRATEGICALLY ASTUTE MOVE , IN TERMS OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE -very hard to sell or IPO with JV partners. So, choice, do a deal or the asset is stranded. Case study? Solgold and Cornerstone JV - Solgold had to buy Cornerstone also for the same corporate reason.

An earlier RRR RNS stated it wished to IPO Red Rock Australisia and POW agreed. The market does NOT like split ownership of an asset and therefore, by RRR acquiring the balance 49.9% of Victoria assets, it is far easier to IPO etc. An astute corporate move. If the said counsel situation can be settled as Mr Bell anticipates, then the AGREEMENT with all "PARTIES" agreed can be SIGNED and filed at the DRC Commercial Court, Kinshasa. Comment: MSMN said that the MERNNIE GAS FIELD has helium and Central Petroleum has done a JV with an American co to deploy proven membrane tech to produce helium and that even 0.2% helium can be commercial. Australia is short of helium and the last helium plant has or will shut down at Santos. So, shortage is the reason why Merennie is trying to obtain helium from their mature gas field.

At US$2,100 per oz of gold [lower end], Kenya RRR with a JORC is worth US$ 2. 1 BILLION. So, if one were to look at how US$304m is derived today, it is 14.4% of US2.1bn. Helpful, could you kindly fill me in as to HOW Edison valued KENYA OR in those days, the valuation was in the REGION OF 10%+ OF VALUE IN THE GROUND? That is Edison's style ie VALUE AN ASSET VIA VALUE IN THE GROUND. I cant reconcile it as I was NOT around RRR at the time.
