george ventouras, executive director, arv [from oct 2023]: mr ventouras was the co-founder/md of apollo consolidated which was taken over by ramelius, asx for a$180m [gold road lost out to remelius in the bid]. so, mr ventouras is familiar with m & a etc.

arv on asx, australia : currently, mon 18.3.24 , sp closed at australian 1.7c. today, arv london issued an rns about options from previous funding which can be exercised for australian 2.5c. arv london sp is 0.925p today with a market cap of £15m. at wh ireland's valuation of arv at 11.2p dated jan 2024 suggests mkt cap £168m. azure, the nearby neighbour was taken over at a$1.7bn given azure only owns 60% of the project [so gross 100% is a$2.8bn.] the valuation was before the arv 100% mt marie - large , c o**** spodumene crystal rns of 28.2.24. azure received a$20m investment just on rock chip sample assay results from the major [peterkd has provided the info before]. interesting that arv has its own mt marie which is as wh ireland stated: "similar to scale as azure" in their note on 7 mar 2024 below.

the licence between arv/gre is novo and sqm has taken a $10m investment for a stake without any rock chip results etc.

Comment: I note that there was a comment about Artemis PATERSON. What folks have NOT realised is that Alistair Clayton, CEO of ARV was no longer heading this co , as at 22.11.22. Hence, the ARV RNS of 12 Dec 2022 was issued by MARK POTTER, Chairman. In this RNS, it was stated CORE 22PTMRDO11 757.75m to 753.5m ---"ASSAYS PENDING." There was NO CEO until George Ventouras was appointed Executive Director on Oct 2023 and he has been busy with ARV 100% Mt Marie lithium project at Andover, W.A. However, on 28 Feb 2024, ARV issued an RNS about PATERSON after an INDEPENDENT REVIEW ON CORE 22PTMRDO11 ------------------REVEALING THE ASSAY RESULTS OF 5% COPPER & 1.76 g/t GOLD ---this was NOT KNOWN until 28.2.24 ARV RNS. I would like to specially thank Mr Andrew Bell for his kind response today to a shareholder of RRR on Twitter relating to DRC and the reason for the trip per interview @Stockbox. Special thanks also goes to Maidit308, the shareholder and Helpful. Helpful has kind to provide many missing data. One would think that the RRR buying the Australian asset at a PREMIUM of 100% to share price @0.15p would be welcomed given it is a feat to get the NEXT DOOR LICENCE at Kilmore to SUNDAY CREEK, the latter of which is raved about today by ECR CEO. However, this is not the reaction on this forum so one has to gather that there are NO SHAREHOLDERS except myself and Maidit308 here. ECR CEO said that they will hire a tax consultant relating to their tax losses as they embark on their Victoria asset. IF DRC comes in ie the AWARD is made, that is a positive to further international arbitration if it can be managed or another solution. RRR AUSTRALIA now has the potential to be a company maker IF it replicates SUNDAY CREEK in similar results. To this end, Paul has already asked the definitive question on whether Sunday Creek EXTENDS into Kilmore, now 100% owned by RRR. THIS WILL BE THE DEFINING LEGACY. I would like to own a LEGACY project in Australia. However, one feels uneasy with the level of ...wherein every positive RNS /update is turned into a negative. IF A TRADE BUYER HAS APPROACHED RRR AUSTRALIA, how can this be viewed not in a positive light as AN ASSET? So, one concludes, there are NO SHAREHOLDERS on this forum besides me and maidit308. In the playbook of the short report style, they tend to concentrate on any shareholder that has shares in any co. YOU HAVE PROVEN MY POINT BY NAME CALLING ME. I refute your name calling. By the same token, you have also mentioned other shareholders. YOUR SOLE CONCENTRATION IS MR ANDREW BELL , Chairman of RRR and Helpful. So, much so, you post the ADDRESS OF MR BELL ONTO A PUBLIC FORUM and check the valuation of the property. You also go to the trouble of checking SEC [USA] filings to find out how many shares another poster, Helpful owns in Elephant Oil , his name in real life and what he does for a living. Rather strange and NOT the usual? Also, you post early in the morning STARTING FROM 6AM oft times and here till late. So, much so, this forum CANT FUNCTION if ONLY 1 VOICE ie negative fills the forum instead of both bull and bear points in equal measure.

I have been on many forum and ALL poster tend to complain if they are LEGACY holders. But IF a right project comes along eg CASCABEL, HAVIERON and a whole host of such legendary deposits, any AIM co can go from pennies to many times the original investment. ALL NORM in the stock market.

Comment: I provide DEFINITIVE PROOF & FACT, that with the RIGHT ASSET, any small AIM co can go from 1p to 20p. You left out "BY OFF-SETTING " any "LOSSES." [Tax losses]. Are folks not looking at their TAX LOSSES to file to carry forward to offset gains? The resident and everyone here says they LOST OUT, so they must be OFF-SETTING GAINS from elsewhere.

Why not profit? Isnt RRR Australia going to be a GAIN ie PROFIT if it IPO/s or sell to a trade buyer who have enquired 101?

Why would the Resident think it "bizarre" to ask what is the tax LOSSES are in the accounts that have been carried forward. The TAX LOSSES can be DISCHARGED AGAINST GAINS from sale of assets 101? Today, is 15 Mar 2024 and everyone in the UK would be looking at their position if they have carried tax losses from stocks and offset them against the GAINs if any? What so "bizarre" about that? RRR in selling any asset, say, would want to KEEP AS MUCH OF THE PROFIT [CAPITAL GAIN] as possible by off-setting gains against losses 101?

I just saw a side post [on left] of every forum page. I went to POW and my word, they pressured to sell to RRR the Australian JV!!! Or , so they say. IF, indeed true, then my word. I am sure folks will have heard of HAVIERON , Paterson that took GGP from out of no where to a £1bn mkt cap just for 30% of Havieron. Newcrest JV'ed into Havieron and even Wyloo. HAVIERON IS NOW LEGENDARY --The Australian, AFR etc all wrote about Havieron and the stuff of legends given this is a big discovery after Telfer.

KILMORE-RRR AUSTRALIA 100% OWNED: Folks , even in the UK ie CEO of ECR is today [interview] talking about SUNDAY CREEK of Southern Cross Gold [ASX, A$175m mkt cap that did not IPO that long ago, just for this licence alone in Victoria]. RRR tax losses of £22m is also needed ie info. If ANY OF THE ASSETS ARE SOLD, tax losses are HELPFUL since it would appear they have been carried forward. Simple, isnt it CGT in the UK? If one has LARGE GAINS, does not not OFFSET IT AGAINST CARRIED LOSSES.

TAXATION MUST BE LOOKED AT BE IT IPO, TRADE SALE. Sometimes, the trade buyer wants to BUY only the LICENCE. So, the tax loss is therefore also useful. IT IS ALL 101, FIRST BASE INFO ONE MUST KNOW BEFORE DISPOSING ASSETS OR IPO, TRADE SALE ETC.
