No, I am not a student of CHARTS to the extent I follow every 15 min candle etc. That is only more applicable to bigger American stocks if everyone follows that or their algo is based on that. However, algo's I understand follow points of inflection. CHARTS cannot PREDICT the future . Why? If it is drawn to the downside, then it does not PLUNGE all the way. Nor does it go up all the way normally. So, charting, from my view, is HEDGED. If market goes up, one will say the charts say so or if down , so do the charts say so. CHARTS can be just the extension of the moving averages etc.
Does the CHART know about the DRC arbitration ? Does the CHART know about potential DRC international arbitration?
Maybe , RichyRich1, you are rich in your own right ie millions in the bank but this is not norm. CARE HOME fees are £1,600 per week a/c to what I have checked yesterday vs Derek Drapper RIP care [24/7] at £16,000 a month. A doctor said he sold his house, sold his flat, run down all his cash and NO MORE ASSET left and care fees are still outstanding. Dont forget these care homes are not charities and are commercially based , so once money runs out, it is out. Govt cant pay for everyone given it is now know that social security budgets have exceeded x and y. Hence, there is talk which has been known for a long time in the Western world that either pension age goes up or pension could be means tested? So, for many here on RRR, if one could afford it, why not invest in stocks like BHP , mkt cap A$224m with a dividend. I will tell you the reason why. The stock is priced at $44.27 AUD. Even £1,000 will be buying fractions given the mkt cap. So, RRR and such other tiny AIM stocks are a play if one wants to have some potential upside that is not 10% but risk is also much higher for AIM stocks. Everyone has to do what is right for themselves. But for many, we have to look for the GGP's and Solg's of the AIM market. Why? Answer obvious, isnt it? DYOR. NIA. I look all the time and read as many results as possible re: this topic.
