Comment: The rights issue is to raise money to drill. Sunday Creek has a STRIKE LENGTH of 8km running East to West. Per PJ of POW, he wanted to know IF Sunday Creek mineralisation runs into RRR/POW JV Kilmore, next door. A/c to PJ's commissioned work, it does run into Kilmore licence of RRR/POW JV, but now it is RRR Australia 100%.

NOTE: THE 100% MKT CAP FOR SUNDAY CREEK PROJECT WILL BE A$350M implied for gross value because SXG only owns 49.5% with a mkt cap of A$175million only. To show folks that the style is the same and RRR is reporting DRC as it is followed by even a mega co like Ganfeng. Comment: Firstly, I am posting about litigation to show the following: [1] Ganfeng has NOT even got off the 1st base as it has to go through legal counsels [plural]. [2] Claims are "STILL IN PROGRESS" just like what RRR said "guidance has NOT changed" per AB on Twitter re: RRR litigation in DRC Award. So, takes TIME. [3] Pending legal cases [note plural which means not just 1 case to potentially come]. [4] Legal language can NEVER SAY "WILL" BUT RATHER "COULD" as norm. [5] Substantiated by law. DRC wants it substantiated by CONGO LAW and RRR said their "rights" have been "established under Congo law." [6] Precedent is of importance. [7} FACTUAL EVIDENCE, not views out of nowhere but proof/factual/evidence. [8] NO COURT PAPERS ARE submitted in the RNS of Financials. Same for RRR. [9] Lastly, I am posting to show what RRR stated in the RRR RNS

Chief Resident does not checking from the RRR RNS's and posts about RRR projects.

I checked the 2 RNS's relating to RRR Bilbale Gold Project and found it was a JV. Chief Resident does not check and said the other party will be taking ====ALL=== the INITIAL PRODUCTION? WOW!!!. Even off hand, one knows that RRR has the LICENCE at Bilbale Gold Project , Burkina Faso. Look at A. Bell, Chairman of RRR's C.V on RRR website in that he visited almost 1/2 of the African countries when he was an Analyst etc , hence why Bell has a lot of contact to get licences etc. If the JV partner could get the BILBALE LICENCE , why take RRR along when they could go it alone. Besides , Dr Willem Smuts , Chief Geo is via RRR. MY WORD!!!

That is not what the RRR RNS states surely on Bukina Faso @BILBALE that is about to start gold operations. From the pictures, the illegal miners appear to be mining from looking at the pile to be sorted etc. There is a pond of water to use and water bore etc. If the illegal miners had a working operation and everything has been left, initial work can start. It is NOT correct that RRR has NO SHARE in the Bilbale gold operation, Burkina Faso given the LICENCE belongs to RRR surely.? Kindly check and NOT put out ideas without CHECKING RRR RNS's or that is how it appears to be portrayed by Banburyboy below?

How does that appease the naysayers here WHEN THEY ARE NOT SHAREHOLDERS and cannot benefit from a liquidity event eg sale of assets or DRC Award. How does it appease naysayers since they have NO SHARES IN RRR.

Comment: Extremely hard to get such a ready project. Why the Glencore work alone would have cost any co a lot of money to conduct as norm. SHALLOW DEPOSIT with SUPERGENE -the perfect combo it would appear. Also, KITUMBA mineralisation next door is of interest as SilverKing is adjacent. Low bulk tonnage plus high grade breccia piples.

GLENCORE had commissioned an IN-HOUSE 2012 JORC of 268,971 tonnes at 2.7% cu at 0.5% CUT OFF for the main SilverKing breccia pipe only. MAYBE, THIS NON-COMPLIANT JORC can be upgraded? Not sure but CB will know.
