Terraces in Britain are the houses of workers originally. So, knowing one has to check what someone else is portraying is fact or not, I decided to have a look. Why? The valuation was done on over 700k oz of gold at Mikei x US$1,750/oz, and then take over 400k ozs at $25 and the rest at $4 because some are Indicated and others Inferred. TODAY, GOLD IS US$2,300+. BIG DIFFERENCE. HENCE, WHY IF YOU ARE A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT YOU WOULD KNOW AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOR BALANCE ie RRR has assets to underpin its mkt cap. Hope that clarifies. THE TOP RISER NO 1 +137% per the above tracker of 42 co's ending Fri, 5 Apr 2024.

I checked the SHARE PRICE CHART for this co, TUN and on Fri, the share price was 3.10p +137%.

I then called up the MAX share chart for TUN and it stated - 94.72% FOR ALL TIME. On 22 Oct 2021, TUN started on the charts at 58.74p. So, if one bought 1,000 TUN in 2021 for £5,874 [58.74p], on Fri, 5 Apr 2024, it became £31!!!

I checked RRR all time share chart and it states, on Google Finance -99.9%. INTERESTING eh? So, like all these junior stocks in mining mimic closely to Oilplayer2019 list of nearly 44 co's in 2023 that lost 80% but that is not up to date or rather update but the above is the current to Fri, 5.4.24.

The list above showed 21 juniors, the top one lost -21%. RRR is NOT on the loser list.

Conclusion: Proof that RRR is not falling ie fallers list of metals and mining co's.

On Fri, 5.4.24, I tested live HL prices and I was quoted 0.0593p to buy and 0.058p to sell near to the close at 4.30pm . So, looking at the trades starting from the morning of Fri, 5.4.24 :

BUY at 0.06p for 2.6m shares at £1,620 at 8.10am.

BUY 416k for £250 at 8:40am --- 1m shares at £600 & 654,000 at £392.

SELL at 10.25am ---------at 0.0573p for 2m shares at £1,146 and perhaps another at 0.0577p of 730,000 for £421.

A lot of the trades are small buys, hence proving that folks buy modest amounts as above. There are 2 trades of 75,328 and 80,000 for £47.44 & £44.46.

Conclusion: On Fri, 5 Apr 2024, POST RNS, there were 22 trades totalling £14, 510 and a sell of £,150.

SO, WHAT IS THE FUSS? Tiny volume in comparison with other stocks. THAT MEANS THAT THERE ARE 21 SHAREHOLDERS LIKE ME and others on this forum. So, how the naysayers lost money that they now state that is the reason for posting day in and day out, for 5 years is beyond me? NO TRADE WAS BIG so how did the naysayers lose money ? Why? GOLD: US$2,230+. which is at an all time high. RRR KENYA has been valued at $13m by First Equity on the Indicated and Inferred at $25/oz and $4/oz based on a gold price of US$1,750? So, this underpins RRR 's asset vs Mkt Cap £2.04m @-.06p.

I tend to post on one forum as a base. IF, there are lots of shareholders here, I dont have to post as many to be "community notes." On Twitter, I note that folks are reading by the impression counts but they are NOT sharing. YES, if one OWN RRR shares, then one has to post to counter the naysayers. What the naysayers want is a free run, hence why ALL 3 holders are ...from naysayers. Then, what happens? I was TOLD by a German that he cannot buy OTC pinks as that has to go through an international broker in Germany of which are not that many. We converse and another American also said Pinks are hard to buy from the American OTC. I input into my HL a/c and cannot buy a lot of stocks , be it in the USA Nasdaq or NYSE. The stockbroker I use is THE LARGEST LISTED BROKER on the London Stock Exchange with mkt cap into billions. A lot of people use this broker and that is why when I give a quote, others can confirm. Let me give you the courtesy of a short reply as it is now past MID-NIGHT in Britain. UK STOCKS ARE REGULATED by the regulator, FCA and London Stock Exchange. That is the role of the NOMAD and broker and AIM Handbook & MAR and a whole list of regulatory framework. Who am I , a private investor to SAY THE RULES OF THE UK in its regulation MUST CHANGE and what authority do I have. We can discuss all we like but that does NOT mean we can change the existing rules just as 1 private investor. Company law gives shareholders RIGHTS and they have to use it to vote. In practice, every one knows that IF they are NOT happy with this and that, no one is forcing them to hold the stock IF they feel that there are better co's out there. IT IS CALLED FREE MARKET. Company law also allows an EGM to be called. WE MUST WORK WITHIN THE RULE OF LAW AND THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK RELATING TO STOCKS. You as a Canadian are telling us Brits that we can buy lots of American OTC stocks inc Pinks when most of us use Britain's largest listed stockbroker and when I input many stock names on the Canadian TSX etc, many are NOT offered. So, this is nothing to do with any of us because that is OUR PERSONAL BUSINESS and other posters personal business how they go about buying stocks abroad. So what is there to discuss? When I checked it was up around +17% and ended at 18.07%. Other Gold well known commentators also mentioned about the gold price ATM at US$2,300 and that it is also due to other reasons which I dont think I need to mention.

Right enough, Sky News UK has come out with a new item and it is being also reported by the Americans.

No, I dont have time as it is almost mid-night in the UK and I cant spend my time explaining what is on the ground ie our brokers etc. It is irrelevant anyway to RRR ie on whether our brokers offer EVERY US OTC stock etc. Others on this forum will know what I am saying as we live in Britain.

So, sorry, I am now watching as that could affect the stock markets when it opens on Mon and the Shanghai Gold Exchange when it opens after 3 days of holidays, I believe. Gold prices do affect RRR and especially as it is now on an upward trend [gold] per the commentators but as usual , it could consolidate but that no one knows. Helpful explained that in addition to the AIM Handbook for Nomads and AIM co's as issued by the London Stock Exchange, there are new RULES eg MAR. As such, RRR cannot issue RNS's like before etc. Helpful explains it in detail. EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT RRR IS DOING. How? Every RRR RNS per Update say so and EVERY BRIT on these forums is aware. How? They live in Britain and are familiar. The other FACILITY is RRR , on their website has ALL THE BROKER NOTES put up with LINKS, so at any one time, folks can check what the projects are and the valuation and update for gold price etc. There are NO FOREIGNERS owning RRR stock. Why? It is an AIM stock and from what I understand standard brokers dont deal with AIM stock, a junior mkt. Just as I cannot get OTC American stocks via the broker. So, this is all NOT applicable for RRR, a British stock as it does NOT NEED EVEN MORE RNS's just to explain it is a gold junior explorer. MM's do NOT hold down the price per se. But consider that they DONT WANT to hold LOADS of stock etc. An Australian could NOT understand the JOBBING system etc in the UK which is the base theory. Take the recent JV of a mining junior. It went up 10% but the SPREAD was 1.001p to sell and 1.109p to buy, a wide spread.

Today, it was still +10% but the spread was still wide, so folks refused to buy per what they said. Call it what you like about maintaining an orderly market. That is 1 example. In the case of DL's former co, Kiran approached the MM and said they were not ....against fair value etc. I dont know as I am not privy to the convo but the holders were told that Kiran approached the market makers. IF , the Canadian commenter on this forum, disagrees that the MM in order to keep an orderly market do have to have some idea of "fair value", ring the FCA and ask them. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: I SAID THAT DESPITE NAYSAYERS HARPING ALL DAY, the MM'S ARE STILL NOT MARKING THE RRR SHARES DOWN to what the naysayers appear to be saying x or y about RRR etc. Just a proof isnt it --MM's ARE NOT LISTENING TO NAYSAYERS. Given the assets on the balance sheet at nearly >£13m and the last broker report at https://www.rrrplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/broker-research/ First Equity Broker Report, 19.1.23 [latest available] of "TP 2.8p" especially with MIKEI GOLD WITH A JORC of 723moz gold valued at $13m [First Equity used SPOT GOLD PRICE OF $1,700 but it is NOW since the broker report, GOLD IS US$2,300!!!! The $13m USD was calculated using $25.5 per oz for Indicated and $4.25 per oz for Inferred.

CONCLUSION: The above illustrates why TILL TODAY, the MM's are still pricing RRR at 0.06p and within the spread. They have certain convention and cannot push it too far below fair value to the above broker report. Someone rang the FCA and the 1st thing they asked was, what did the broker report say. This was at GKP from recall. DYOR. NIA. So, given no funding , that remains the case and MM's know the GOLD PRICE IS US$2,300, not $1,700 USD for the implied value of $13m USD for Mikei alone in RRR Kenya.
