RRR PIC JUST OUT @RRR BILBALE GOLD PROJECT, BURKINA FASO.

I magnified the picture to look at the GEOLOGICAL MAP that Dr Willem Smuts is holding at Bilbale and I note the soil sampling highest grade concentration, usually denoted in reddish colour shows BIG zones of mineralisation. So, from this, Dr Smuts is CHECKING out these areas to exploit for the mineralisation. Pic just out at 7:35pm, Wed, 3.4.24.

Dr Smuts, is the Principal of WJS Consulting and has 30 years experience in mining, oil and gas. Worked and did consulting in DRC, Zimbabwe etc. He was also Assistant Director of COUNCIL FOR GEOSCIENCE in South Africa. He has a MASTERS AND PhD, BSc Hons. So, has experience in many minerals and widely travelled re: mineral work.

Red Rock Resources to EXECUTE LIQUIDITY EVENT - how does that appease the naysayers? They are NOT shareholders so cant benefit in any way from RRR liquidity event. For reference, I looked through FIRST EQUITY BROKER NOTE, the last available of 2023 and the figures still seem RELEVANT and not much change. Why? Many projects have MINIMAL values attributed but the total comes from a FEW RRR ASSETS. For me, I have to obtain MORE INFO on the projects to be able to ASCERTAIN what is the TIME-FRAME and the CHANCES of success for any exit strategy. That no one can do for another. Why? EACH PERSON HAS A DIFFERENT TIME FRAME ie how long one can wait. What is wanted is like a CHINESE TAKEAWAY - ORDER FOOD, READY IN MAX , 1/2 HR or less. Or MacDonald is faster as there is NO COOKING , just heating? Or Roulette - one spin and its black or red -its called gambling for a reason and NOT TAXABLE because no skill is involved. For stocks, there is CGT because it is NOT supposed to be gambling. But are the folks here inc naysayers thinking this is some DOG betting. 5 dogs to run and out of the traps and results out in 10 mins or less, faster than horse racing?

I know that 1 gent on this forum has contacted Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR. But no one knows who the CHIEF NAYSAYER is, who has been on this 1 forum for the last 5 years. And therefore, any reasonable person would say, this is NO LONGER a normal situation. Even Mr Magic has disappeared per 1 poster. I decided to read Mr Magic's posts on page 1-2 and I recall his posting on some other stock. Sounds like he only concentrates on 1 aspect of RRR but never analysis of the assets etc as it should be. On another forum, one poster was very bitter losing his money. I asked how much and he said £50. I said I would give him the money but he said no need. So, how much are we talking about? Not in terms of exact $$ but what sort of figures eg 6 figs etc.? It would help to be able to understand what is eating into the naysayers? Thank you.

It is becoming very clear now that ,even after 5 years on this 1 forum only, the Chief Naysayer is still not satisfied. Why? Goes quiet for a few hours and then pops up to post the same naysaying. Helpful is the chief's pet subject if not Mr Bell and RRR. IF, it is genuine that these folks lost their money, then even if this is a type of Lloyds Bank that went from £4 region to 10p, can the LOSS be recovered? Obviously NOT if one left it too late, be it in X stock or Y stock and funds CUT OFF before it ever goes to the POINT OF NO MORE RETURN ie 90%+ loss. One is taught that a 5% loss is not for nothing. One has to look around to see if the SECTOR is down or the INDEX is down. Otherwise, the SIGNAL is FLASHING to check. On stocks, one can doze and think all will be sailing on auto.? Americans have a WINNERS mentality and many have failed in biz or stocks and have picked themselves up TO SUCCEED. Some HOMELESS have made it to HARVARD and I was listening to a podcast of such a person and well known. I listen to Founders of the big brand names in the USA and many were dirt poor but succeeded. In any stock, it is NEVER advisable to plonk all one's money available. Why? These days, folks have a shorter span of attention. The City calls these "jumpers" as in like sheep over the fences. Hence, why folks get mad but their strategy is wrong. If they adopted a professional technique, they would NEVER have lost more than 10% Maximum. There are tons of shareholders in RRR ie private investors bar the 3 BIG HOLDERS. They dont post but they are out there from the shareholder list I saw. The naysayers are now WEAKENED by the RISING GOLD PRICE, at the all time high. Why? RRR is in a less disadvantaged position now as the gold price x 1.2moz gold in Kenya [licence being renewed] means that there is collateral to be had in RRR. Also, if RRR AUSTRALIA can be moved forward, that would help as Australian assets ie licences are always in favour as it it a Tier 1 jurisdiction. SO, RRR HAS NOW MOVED FROM RED ZONE TO ORANGE and maybe, the BLUE ZONE. So, MORALLY, THE NAYSAYERS are not just hitting out at A.B they dont like [British understatement] but rather AGAINST A L L PRIVATE INVESTORS ie Moms and Pops and usually the old. Why have a small holding in RRR? One needs some booster of not just up by 10% but rather THE DRC international tribunal win would be great but that would or could take some time due to due process as norm. DYOR. NIA. 3.4.24. HOW CAN XTR BE WORTH 0 given MKT CAP £8.5m @1.05p vs XTR MANICA SOLD FOR US$15M?

Not to worry, C.Bird is a person full of surprises. Never know what he will do with Bushrangers and one will wake up one morning to potential news or to the XTR ZAMBIA LICENCE which Lemon could have given to others since it is hot exploration property. I think Lemon said in the interview that there are lots of interest to buy but they went along with XTR CB whom they knew. True , isnt it? A ready oven project just given to XTR on a plate by Lemon ---HIGH GREADE COPPER GOING INTO COPPER DEFICIT GLOBALLY and de-risked with so much geo work already done and to boot from GLENCORE. What more can one ask and 500MT -------THAT IS NOT A TINY PROJECT. Why? Minimum a TIER 2. And Tier 2 is in demand as it could be more with drilling, exploration etc.

COLIN BIRD IS NOT A CEO THAT WILL NOT SELL any project provided the price is fair. And fair is mkt value, hence why C.B leaves the rest for the major etc to drill to get more out of it. XTR MANICA SOLD FOR US$15M:

In my view, selling a gold project for US$15m is no mean feat especially in Momz. at this time. Barrick sold a Kenyan gold deposit of just a little over 1moz for $13m. So, a feather in C.B's cap and FACT. Loads of AIM co holders grumbling about having to raise money for drilling and that includes the Anglo JV partner in the UK listed co.

BUSHRANGERS, Australia:

Despite a Expert coming to look at Bushranger and potential of gold, given the geology, it had NOT materialised where XTR drilled to any extent. That is something no one could foresee. Many of us did NOT know why CB did not want to drill further to look for other deposits to increase the tonnage or higher grades inc gold. Bob told us why. CB said it would need $8m to drill. From CB's style, he delineates a CERTAIN SIZE and as he said he leaves the rest to the buyer. That was true with KALUMBILA sold by Mr Bird [C.B] for some US$245m to First Quantum.

SILVER KING, ZAMIBA

This is C.B turf given Kalumbila was also in Zambia. Since it has now been post the target is 500Mt, that is 1/2 a Tier 1 size and given the spend, it may be then left up to any potential buyer what they want done. SO, ANOTHER SALE PROJECT as Mr Bird does SALE OF PROJECT quite well. For Bushrangers, he said it was a "ACE" and that "it WILL BE A MINE" so potentially to be sold.?

Robins question. There are only 22 trades. Liquidity does not appear great for AIM stocks. A recent blog refers. But in particular, the fashion is to do posts about A.B just like other stocks for their CEO's. So, no one interested in RRR is of no moment. Why? Any stock is proven by the exit strategy. With the GOLD price at its ALL TIME HIGH, even if folks dont buy RRR, they have to look for stocks [if they want to] that have GOLD deposits preferably with JORC and not just digging trenches or not drilled yet. Why? Those that are just starting out have a LONGER way to do ie more work than a deposit with a JORC 101. With a JORC , it can be VALUED for VALUE IN THE GROUND. Why? Sufficient holes have been drilled to suffice for JORC. There is a disconnect between share price /mkt cap vs the deposit value in the ground and its HARD to find a gap between the 2. In ordinary lingo, it is called under-valued for the deposit vs mkt cap =MIS-PRICING.

In Rochdale, thieves stole someone's gold so there is risk in keeping gold safe. Hence, stocks are easier but they can be volatile and they need funding. That is common to all AIM stocks. Many stocks have been ...by extensive and intensive naysayers and they do not do so for the good of the rest who remain. Said once, twice, three time and for 5 years? Ah, motive is in question as to why? Wont edit. Eyes tired.

Helpful: In relation to RRR's Elephant Oil Corp IPO [investee co], you stated it appears to be "arbitrary." I checked the last S1 SEC filing and everything has been THROWN IN ie fulfilled. Everything needed is there. From my understand, I will proffer what I think is the issue or may appear to be an issue. One notes the LEGAL POSITION ie NO REJECTION. Why? If there was one, it has to be filed by the regulatory and then allow them for APPEAL as norm.

This way ie HANGING IN THE DARK only means 1 thing possibly. It would therefore appear that there has been what appears to be "mischief" to the regulator by way of saying tis and that. As I said , the credentials of Dr Staley is a WoW given his days at Cove Energy and the 1st bid in mega billion$ came from Shell. Not a man without distinction. So, any "mischief" may be coming from the U.K possibly? Why? No one in America knows of the CEO. So, a little insinuation here and there may have cause a pause and should be CLEARED UP. FACT: IF IT WAS BASED ON HARD LEGAL EVIDENCE, THEN A REJECTION, hence NO REJECTION but in the air suggests my theory is correct as that is practice. So, clearing it up will be pass and go. BanburyBOY states "5 failed IPO" relating to RRR Elephant Oil Corp, a RRR Investee co. I checked a few nights ago from the SEC FILING, USA for Elephant Oil Corp due for Nasdaq IPO. In particular, I read the last SEC FILING in Nov 2023.

There has been NO REJECTION from the SEC. Why? If there were, it would be there in the filings and Elephant Oil can appeal or if there is a request for further info, Elephant Oil can produce the required. IN ESSENCE, THE SAID FILING shows that EVERY ASPECT of the required has been FILED within this filing of Nov 2023.

Perhaps it does need the next financial accounts ie to show the filing but I am not sure. However, FACT, it has had NO OFFICIAL REJECTION as portrayed by BanburyBOY and that is FACT. Type Elephant Oil Corp SEC and it will come to the filing site. Click to read. FACT. Wed, 3.4.24.

I do NOT know much about the DRC payment re: 1/2. But that was sometime ago and it had to do with VUP, RRR's JV partner. Besides, they did not carry it through ie VUP due to the person making the offer, not a principal in law. In this current case where RRR has reached DRAFT AWARD, the payment is to come from GECAMINES, the DRC state miner for 50.1% of $10m to RRR. That is a whole new ball game as it is NOT from VUP, RRR's JV partner for 50.1% of $5m already paid to VUP. HELPFUL: Banburyboy now appears to attempt to read that Helpful has NOT said anything , there to take it NO DRC AWARD ------------that is presumption. P.S. RRR RNS of 28.3.24 stated that Gecamines via their Counsel has told the Court that they will pay upon the award.
