By the way, I checked on the KILMORE & KILMORE WEST LICENCE from RRR's website. 1 of the Kilmore licences was only applied for in 2023. Thankfully, SXG did not TWIG until Rising Sun appeared to be the END OF THE HIGH GRADE deposit on their licence. The other deposit called APOLLO is not so high grade. This was known from VICTORIAN times per the official records. SO, after drilling Rising Sun recently, they found out that the HIGHER GRADE is NOT ===MOVING EAST==INTO THEIR SXG LICENCE BUT ONTO RRR'S KILMORE & KILMORE WEST. It is the ULTIMATE PRIZE and hopefully, the drilling as per Victorian day data will be proven correct as it was with Sunday Creek.

It will have to be inked first. Then, there will be another RNS when it is dotted etc. The RNS will state that ONLY THOSE ON THE RRR REGISTER on xyz date will be eligible to vote. I AM NOT BOTHERED as it has already passed from a practical point of view. Why? The big holders vote is all that counts vs the Joe Public who do not hold a block vote. Rather clever of Bell to consult the big holders of RRR stock. I wont be bothered as why not vote on a prize of prize since Jubilee times yonks ago. Ah Yah, Dukey. With all legal agreements, it has a completion date. Once that is completed, signed, dotted etc, it comes into LEGAL FORCE. RRR will then prepare the LEGAL DOCUMENTS to call for a meeting if necessary or just post the VOTING FORMS out. RRR HAS ALREADY CONSULTED AND OBTAINED THE CONSENT OF THE MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS and that is what will count. NO OTHER SHAREHOLDERS CAN NOW TOPPLE or OVER-TURN or cause any upsets. Why? The majority shareholders consisting of a FEW will holding the VOTING POWER. Clear or not? Why are you bothering as you will not receive the papers anyway, with due respect given you are not a holder on the XYZ date?

It is not hard to work out because POW provided a small funding re the Australian assets - all licences applied for. Hope that helps. That is my understanding and to check one has to go through all the RNS's but I was here when Paul was still CEO of POW.

Why legendary? It is because it is West of Sunday Creek as what A.Bell, Chairman of RRR stated today and the other day in the RNS. Ill-will will be countered by the massive goodwill of the potential Aussie investors to come and hopefully the results will be in line with the Victorian find per the official records. All there since 7m years ago but Sunday Creek & Kilmore are of the Devonian age which is a bit later. It has been SITTING there for yonks.

SXG who owns Sunday Creek on the ASX does not have WILD SWINGS as akin to a stock held by traders. The price is a put off for traders as it is A$2.8 & Mkt Cap A$545m. Just like Paul Johnson is now tightening the register by having institutions on board and he tweeted this in recent days [akin to]. To get BIG NAMES to invest like PIERRE LASSONDE, the choice of management is of import. THE END GAME is also important as said, as SXG cannot open a mine just on its own deposit. NOR CAN NBGC start a mine as it is just NOT practical or cost effective as it was in Victorian times. SO, THE END GAME is to MERGE or t/o or Agnico may want to enter? Newmont and other majors fought for ground next to Fosterville when the Australian govt put it out to tender. SO, LOTS OF INTEREST AND EYES ON THIS NOW IN OZ given discussions are going on per the RRR RNS today.

Had around the 6% mark in RRR but he INCREASED it to 10.9% on 31 May 2024. Mr Black appears to have continued to buy or some other BIG BUYERS bought nearly >6% YESTERDAY P R I O R to the RNS today at 3pm approx. SO WHY DID BUY given what the naysayers said? LoL. Well, from today's RRR RNS, we now know that RRR consulted the MAJOR shareholders of RRR to obtain their vote given it will have to be voted upon by RRR shareholders.

TURNING POINT FOR RRR:

I am pleased Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR is cognisant of KILMORE GOLDFIELDS and the significance of this in Australia and that it has garnered interest per the RNS today. In my view, ALL THE OTHER PROJECTS in RRR bar the cash generative gold operations are no longer of significance as before. Why? New Ballarat Gold Corp is the road to LEGENDARY STATUS for both Mr Bell and RRR in Australia. This is an opportunity that comes ONCE in a life time. Kilmore is NOT STRANDED in some corner but rather the border to SUNDAY DAY is a MAN MADE one but MINERALISATION and deposits have no BORDERS. Colin Bird said that the West Forelands is from DRC to Zambia and that the border is man made. I hope all the other projects of RRR can now BE DIVESTED IF POSSIBLE as and when? In any strategy one must play the strongest suite. PENDING THE GEO REPORT per the last RNS to confirm or rather re-affirm mineralisation post historic grade may now be available to RRR and I look forward to see it. How do I know? [1] The MAJOR shareholders like Mr Black, Mr Topham and Andrew [not A.Bell] etc have been consulted and their agreement sought to close the above deal with PoW. Why? IT MUST BE VOTED BY RRR SHAREHOLDERS. So, the major shareholders hold the DECIDING vote. How? It means no other shareholders will be able to vote against the deal ie company law 101 due to the major holders holding the majority share to pass as norm.

[2] New Ballarat Gold Corp is now in "discussions" with Aussie brokers for pre-IPO per implied in the RNS out.

In terms of legal agreements, does it not follow that the original agreement is the legal reference per Mar 2024.?
