I posted the above for my archive on this site. Why? It is dated and it is the essence of RRR & POW's RNS of today @3pm+.

IT IS HISTORIC and why should those who have shares NOT post the historic event that has TRANSFORMATION news? In my view, with respect, I have had to take a lot from the naysayers but the above illustrates months of uncertainty. The asset speaks for itself and it is not me but TWO NOMADS, 1 INVESTMENT BANK that did the official valuation for PoW etc. Thanks does have to go to DL and one should NOT bury that. It is now close to MID-NIGHT and no one here. So, IF I post , it is for my eyes to see the reality of SUNDAY CREEK GOLD LTD. In time, Bell, Chairman of RRR etc would have seen that the Sunday Creek mineralisation is heading "WEST" and that cannot be hiding indefinitely by SXG of ASX so they let it on early. So, RRR caught it in time and isnt PROVIDENCE wonderful for all the long suffering shareholders. Today's volume is as norm and that has nothing to do with VALUATION of £12m for the RRR-PoW deal. News, 12.6.24 [Wed]. Frankly, I think the name title I posted which was SHORT AND SWEET may have hit....some ....?

In the Balance Sheet of ANY co, the assets can be "IMPAIRED" and if so, it needs to be written down. If, there is a significant rise in the value of the asset, then, likewise, there could be a "REVALUATION."

After this deal of New Ballarat Gold Corp, the VALUATION OFFICIALLY HAS CHANGED and this metric must now be taken into account. RRR is NO LONGER a shorter's paradise anymore with this New Ballarat Gold Corp deal and more importantly, it is now heading potentially for a pre-IPO and IPO in Australia next door to SXG, Mkt Cap A$545m.

I posted before but perhaps you have not quite understood. It was also posted on Twitter. It does not matter what non-holders of RRR think. Why? PoW's Nomad, SP Angel is the No 1 broker in London for commodities plus SI Capital has an in-house Geo named Charlie Stephenson. First Equity are also nuanced. So, 3 brokers in total. RRR has Cornish, the Nomad. The valuation was done by an INVESTMENT BANK via an official valuation for New Ballarat Gold Corp. In the discussions with the AUSTRALIAN broker or brokers, the valuation has also been seen and probably discussed etc. So, what is the problem. OVERNIGHT, RRR HAS JUST MADE £12M on the New Ballarat Gold Corp because RRR impliedly paid PoW £1.5m for their 49.9% stake in NBGC. Pow attributed RRR at 0.15p which is 3x the current share price & the warrants are at 0.25p which is 5x. So, RRR has a MKT CAP OF £2.07M and with 100% OF NEW BALLARAT GOLD CORP with a VALUATION OF £12M, THAT IS NOW ALL RRR's 100% without taking in any other assets. Yes or No?

Also, Dukey, the RRR today stated that "DISCUSSIONS" with 3rd parties are taking place or have taken place to LISTING the New Ballarat Gold Corp. The two Nomads would want to see the paperwork as well given anything stated that is so substantive needs to be backed up. So it would appear that EVEN THE TOP AUSSIE BROKER has agreed to the VALUATION given it must also be shown to them. All 101?

The valuation was done by POW's investment bank as norm for the RRR deal. It is 3x and warrants are 5x. NEW BALLARAT GOLD CORP IS NOW A £12M valuation per this deal struck. Surely, that tells one it is not as you think of mere nearology surely? I think you should read the RRR RNS and that further to the RRR Competent Person's Report, Teck Geo Report & POW Geo Report, RRR has commissioned further work per the RNS [1st one a few days ago]. Kindly read the RRR RNS.

So, Sunday Creek is all over Aussie press. Little ole RRR is next door to the West of Sunday Creek, 5 miles away or 14 mins away. Bell, Chairman of RRR mentioned Sunday Creek heading "WEST TO RRR KILMORE." [See last 2 RRR RNS'es].

When the deal has been COMPLETED , there may be more details. However, I am well aware that a/c to company law, RRR may already have enough of acceptance to have passed the deal through. Why not vote the deal through? Ya think that the TWO NOMADS and 2 brokers of PoW are not cognisant of co law? I am quite sure they already have the SIGNED acceptances. So. little ole me does not matter. The RRR mkt cap is £2.07m and the deal SURPASSES RRR's mkt cap by 3x at least so what is there not to accept? All transparent and even the last and latest available First Equity Broker Note states thus and the deal today has SURPASSED that valuation even. All in order.
