YES, THE NOMAD will be my 1st port of call. Why? Zumore posted AGAIN a day or so ago that RRR DRC potential litigation etc of "$430m" is " L I E S " posted on this forum. This is the 2nd TIME Zumore has said this, but this time, he did not mention who has lied. So, in the drop down window, type RRR and it will also show RRR.GB.PL for Asquis. I have EXTRACTED VERBATIM from the RRR Broker Report ie Clean Tech, 1 RRR final results and 1 RRR Mar 2024 RNS wherein this is mentioned and $430m is stated in the former. So, nothing to do with you surely, unless you are Zumore ?

This does appear to suggest that the NOMAD has NOT checked BEFORE ALLOWING the above RRR RNS's to be issued and therefore, this has to be addressed to the PRINCIPAL ie Nomad. Only then, can we determine whether they have done the normal procedure of seeing counsel's advice relating to the RRR DRC matter as well as the $430m or millions statement in the said RRR RNS. IF THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT PROCEDURE IN THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK, then what is? To this end, I have contacted the NOMAD once at Solgold when a fund mgr said that Solgold was OVER-VALUED AT £8M at the start of their Cascabel drill. This also falls into the authority of the Nomad. At the time, there were 2 nomads/broker ie one in the UK and one in Australia. The Australian broker replied and told me TO INFORM THE FCA. Why? The fund mgr directed it to me and this matter could NOT be settled on the forum without the authority that decides mkt cap matters. By the way, the NOMAD cannot know that BLUEBOY1975 is a shareholder of not. How can anyone check the register of RRR to find BLUEBOY1975? Impossible. IF, you are a shareholder, then would you be ...your own RRR stock so repeatedly? Why not GO TO A.BELL, CHAIRMAN himself if you are not satisfied and I have never known of any co's RNS has SO MANY INTERPRETATIONS? RNS are by their definition DEFINITIVE and not ambigious in general.?

RED ROCK RESOURCES

It is Providential that Red Rock Resources is one of the few now left on the AIM. The sector has begun to turn due to the prices of GOLD , copper , silver up inc other commodities. As such, as a survivor of the bear years in commodity wherein many juniors lost 95% more or less. Another AIM explorer has PIVOTED to Australia and this is the desired Tier 1 destination of which RRR has found SUNDAY CREEK GOLD LTD. I have posted on Twitter about Fosterville and that Agnico Eagle having bought this gold mine is unsure to get bigger in Australia or remain small. Agnico Eagle is a $40bn mkt cap co last I checked. It was interesting that the history of Agnico Eagle started from a very small mkt cap. To grow bigger in Australia would mean feeding Fosterville with more ore I would guess. So, that is when both SXG's Sunday Creek and RRR come in ,given all , inc Fosterville are NOT CLOSELOGY as some would put it [in geology it is called nearology, but RATHER RE-DISCOVERY of the very SAME VICTORIAN GOLD MINES there. Fosterville started in 1894 approx from recall and the initial shallow grades were not that great @1g/t and 3-4g/t from recall. It was only when they discovered the DEEPER deposit at Fosterville or nearby, that they HIT HIGH GRADE and therefore mining was underground. So, FOSTERVILLE HAD A RE-DISCOVERY OF HIGH GRADE DEEPER. CONCLUSION:

How can SXG's Sunday Creek have ALL THE DEPOSITS? After all, KILMORE-KILMORE WEST WAS THE 1ST GOLD TOWN and only when it ran out, they discovered and went to SUNDAY CREEK, 14 mins away or 5miles. Yes, there is a boundary but geology has dykes, swarms and CORRIDOR trends of mineralisation as nature distributed the gold and antimony. As Dr Nick Cook stated in the presentation, the CORRIDOR goes from Sunday Creek to KILMORE WEST , up back to Kilmore, Sunday Creek and then on to COSTERFIELD & FOSTERVILLE. So, it would now seem that DONNYBROOK GOLD FIELDS @KILMORE WEST was or appears to be the STARTING SUNDAY CREEK TREND, hence the Victorian mining, then Kilmore Mine at Kilmore, then to SUNDAY CREEK ==========AND THEN NORTH WEST TO COSTERFIELD GOLD MINE & FOSTERVILLE GOLD MINE.

Ah, now it is in RRR 100% ownership. It is in the Geo map that DL showed. Hence, why the RRR Geo 's are at the BOUNDARY as DL said doing their Geo thing. DYOR, NIA. It is all there in the two links I gave via 1 Geo Map and historical data.

On Wed, 12 June 2024, RRR met the deadline of the deal in which POW will see 49.9% of New Ballarat Gold Corp to RRR.

RRR had 50.1% so they are the operator. RRR also mentioned that they are now again in discussions with a 3rd party in relation to potentially list at another venue kinda of thing. RRR new name for the potential IPO is "SUNDAY CREEK GOLD.".
