This is a specialist question. So, given you say you are a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, you must study Company Law in the 1st few papers and there is no dogging the Law papers either. So, you also say, you hail from KPMG , the Big 4 accounting firms but in terms of anything on the law and compliance or company law, you go silent? That is your friend asking on this forum given you and he went to Harbour to ask him why an accountant is not a trade given I said it is a profession , not a trade. Tradies are plasterers, joiners, builders etc. So, you cant blame me if I do wonder given there is reason to ask as I am sure others are wondering as well.?
