From the gist of the last few comments on HC, AVZ, they think that the OFFER of 1c to shareholders of AVZ from former directors per their thesis, is that once they take it over, they will NEGOTIATE with the gonment? I think there may be a negotiated deal as a possibility otherwise, why offer???? Well, this is going to be of interest to RRR and their DRC arbitration.

I read the rest of the Hotcopper AVZ forum's top thread on the offer to AVZ holders. It appears that the DRC govt holds the cards here. AVZ is a thorn in the gonment LoL. However, there is also MENTION OF IMF and the sticky position of the DRC govt. Not got time at the momo to check on how the IMF and DRC govt is inter-related unless they are borrowing money?

Relevance to RRR: This is the International Arbitration case in Washington DC which AVZ of ASX took against the DRC. The interim ruling was in AVZ's favour. The above tweet has a link to a letter that AVZ wrote to shareholders to REJECT the offer as it is inadequate.

I have gone to Hotcopper AVZ at https://hotcopper.com.au/asx/avz/ and one poster called tolate on 26.6.24 stated:" MOU discussions: AVZ has RE-ESTABLISHED A STRONG LINE OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE GOVT of the DRC FOLLOWING THE RECENT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS."

Another poster hoots, has a verification mark stated: "FIRSTLY, THE COURT will consider whether the PARTIES have ACTUALLY COME TO A ==FINAL AGREEMENT=. Therefore , you should consider whether your MOU indicates you have reached an agreement or the NEGOTIATIONS are still ONGOING."

Comment: LoL , there you are folks, AVZ is exactly like RRR Arbitration Award in that the COURT will want to see A SIGNED AGREEMENT that the parties agree to the aware via the draft agreement. So, that is also like what RRR is facing. 2ndly, yes, it appears that in the DRC everything depends on the govt and hence why presidential elections is mentioned.

A.Bell , Chairman approached DL to ask for his help so A.Bell is humble enough to call in experts. To this end, I wonder if Bell can get the help of SXG but he must make sure that whatever he hears from them ie CEO/GEO, lady Deputy Geo from Newmont and DR Nick Cook, Tech Advisor to SXG must be counter-checked with those in the know eg those who discovered the Fosterville Swan Zone of high grade gold etc. Cant afford not to hit big time 1st time.

The topic of valuation of SXG was discussed quite extensively and concluded that for the SXG mkt cap TO HOLD, it needs to have an EXPLORATION TARGET OF 3MOZ equiv [inc antimony]. So, surprise, surprise, the CEO/GEO of SXG did a INTERVIEW 4 days ago which Helpful gave a link to and he said EXP TARGET NOW 3MOZ GOLD.!!

Hence, why it is completely SILENT on the forum and in fact, the sp of SXG went up 4.58% region upon the Presentation to Geoscientists and the Qtr Report which was not usual in being so EXTENSIVE. Killed all potential counter etc...

No one has anything more to say. Hence, why I said that with the SXG paper at such a high mkt cap and as stated by the CEO of SXG, that Sunday Creek is "1 of the best performing ASX stock", then they must do something to raise expectations that there is potentially more to come by way of exploration target and it does not take a genius to know that RRR 100 % KILMORE & KILMORE WEST MAY BE THAT MOUTHWATERING asset they need potentially. Otherwise, where is SXG going to find ANTOHER SUNDAY CREEK ie same geology? Interesting discussion.

Why SXG gave up the JV at Whroo:

In Feb 2024, Dart, listed on the ASX pivoted from lithium to GOLD in Victoria. They set upon the town RUSHWORTH and in particular the GROWLER gold mine. Rushworth is NORTH of Nagambie-SXG 's Whroo. Fast forward, the 1st drill results were made known on 24.6.24. Dart's mkt cap is A$5.16m. However, Dart have their OWN RIG.!! The SXG CEO & Geo is rather a shrewd character in that he can see that if Growler Gold mine drilled did not hit the Sunday Creek type of hits, then , it is unlikely that Nagmabie's WHROO will come in. Why? It appears to be perhaps the same type of geology at this place. Hence, why I said it is OFF-the structural corridor as pointed out by DR NICK COOK, TECH ADVISOR TO SXG & President of Mawson via his presentation of which the link I provided.

CEO OF SXG: I recall hearing from the HC forum that the CEO is also running a Canadian firm but I did not follow up on it. Perhaps, he is hedging his position if SXG does not go on to mine SUNDAY CREEK? As I said, drilling under this CEO /Geo produced the spectacular results seen at Sunday Creek. His deputy Geo is a lady from Newmont - a major specialising in gold.

THE MARKET: For GGP, Newmont drilled Havieron and missed the spacing per a Geo on Hotcopper. He said that the choice of spacing done wrongly did NOT hit vs GGP chose the right spacing in between and HIT big time on the 1st 5 HOLES. So, it is IMPORTANT to chose carefully the spot.

RRR KILMORE & KILMORE WEST:

Just like SXG, they drilled Apollo which was an old gold mine at Sunday Creek but it did not produce the type of spectacular results ie HIGH GRADE as RISING SUN also at Sunday Creek. So, choice is IMPORTANT as to NOT GO FOR THE less spectacular potential DEPOSIT. Why? The market will NOT reward any co for less than spectacular & many co's are case in point as to raising further funds to drill IF 1ST TIME, DID NOT HIT BIG TIME. So, RRR may have to CONSULT SXG's CEO & Deputy GEO from Newmont as they know all the ropes by now and they KEEP HITTING THE SPECTACULAR GRADES. So, which is the POTENTIAL DEPOSIT at RRR Kilmore & Kilmore West. I THINK IT IS DONNYBROOK GOLDFIELDS with 120g/t gold and new geo map from DL given to him by RRR now has 142g/t AVERAGE. Let's see what the IP survey says from SXG of the regional survey outside their licence @Sunday Creek will say. It is not as ideal to go for the MEDIOCRE potential. Dr Nick Cook, Tech Advisor to SXG POINTED TO KILMORE WEST FIRST [Southern most part which is Donnybrook goldfields] so it would appear the folks at SXG think it is Donnybrook goldfields but that has to be CHECKED from the 3 of them to make sure. So, there are idle rigs in Victoria. As for the Hotcopper SXG poster, he does NOT want Sunday creek to be sold and he said mining is expensive. However, the ore can be TRANSPORTED to Costerfield etc to process the ore which is a cheap option.

NAGAMBIE RESOURCES,ASX OWNED SUNDAY CREEK.

I learnt the bitterness of the Nagambie Resources shareholders who LOST Sunday Creek when they JV'ed Sunday Creek to Mawson of Canada in 2020. So, I followed the story up. Here is the link from Nagambie Resources about the JV at https://www.nagambieresources.com.au/projects/redcastle-joint-venture Nagambie gave MAWSON of Canada a 70% earn-in and ALL MASON DID WAS TO DRILL 16 HOLES and one can see the table of the intersections and grades via the link above. From Shaun of EEE, 1 program of drilling of a lot of holes only costs £550,000 in British Pounds and if I recall correctly, it is for some 40 drill holes in Western Australia and given there is a lot of drilling going on in W.Australia, there is great competition for drilling rigs but not so much for Victoria, Oz where SXG is located. Why bitterness? My comment: Of course it is SMART. Why? Mandalay bought COSTERFIELD mine and SXG wants to quote that Costerfield is a GLOBAL No...in high grade gold mine for underground and Global No...for antimony. So, no one can now find room to say this and that. Also, on the same night, SXG did a presentation to GEOSCIENTISTS so that it shows peer reviewed re: Sunday Creek with all the very detailed technicals. YES, IT WAS A VERY COMPRENSIVE Qtr Report of which I typed out the highlights given Helpful provided the link today. YES, it is big money to start a mine which this Aussie know will either be SOLD BEFORE MINING and usually, the premium will be some 40-45% above the MKT CAP at A$453m already. So, a t/o at the industry 40-45% norm =A$634m @40% premium t/o industry norm. In £, it will be £ 3 3 3 . 6 MILLION [approx £1=A$1.9]. That is predicated by IF THE SXG MKT CAP/SP DOES NOT RISE FURTHER.

Whilst folks have moaned, I have followed DL from many years ago and I listen to all his interviews and he gives many mining secrets away. I do not need to go to Camborne School of Mining like he did. Why? He is teaching many of the mining secrets of where to look for a potential mine/project/Tier1 etc. I also read DL's tweets where he talks a lot about mining. His valuation for Sonora was very good vs what Ganfeng finally paid in a t/o. Thank goodness RRR found out in time BEFORE THE IPO. The Aussies consisting of GEO's , specialist resource brokers are not as ... as Brits. They know much more given Australia is a mining country and many pass out of Mining School like DL.

Yeah, you list cheap, they rush given Sunday Creek is now KNOWN but had RRR drilled first, say for example, then SXG piggy backs off RRR data. But in this case, Aussies will have piggy backed off SXG if RRR Australia lists for a cheap mkt cap. Why cheap? Given the admission document data, a lot of geo work must be seen as norm.?

If RRR Kilmore West @Donnybrook goldfields with 142g/t gold AVERAGE is the starting point of the 60m years FLUID flow as they call it in Geology, then RRR may have not only the CONTIGUOUS GOLDEN DYKE SUNDAY CREEK TREND coming into RRR 100% Kilmore but added to that something that SXG ===DOESNT HAVE ==IE DONNYBROOK GOLDFIELD @RRR West Kilmore. IN SHORT: TWO TRENDS ie Sunday Creek Trend and Donnybrook Trend.?? Have to wait to see. Suffice to say, HISTORICALLY KILMORE ALSO HAD AT LEAST 1 GOLD MINE and 1 GOLD MINE @DONNYBROOK GOLDFIELD, latter of which Paul Johnson's Geo's [via a separate Geo Report] found.

This is to fill in some clarity for the layman of which Helpful posted today. Helpful also realised that MAWSON made a HUGE MISTAKE SPINNING out Sunday Creek into the ASX. It is a good thing that Mawson RETAIN a very substantial % of Sunday Creek , almost 1/2 otherwise, they would be starring and crying into their porridge bowl breakfast? That is why I said Chairman Bell must sacrifice everything for RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West as this is the potential project.

Helpful also mentioned the Rick Rule, Lassonde but that will also include ERIC SPROTT of Sprott. Eric and Lassonde are billionaires. Lassonde's Franco Nevada which he founded has lent US$10m to SOLGOLD just like that. Eric per the link Helpful showed on this forum has forked out BIG MEGA MILLIONS with capex running into close to 3 digit millions and almost 400m+ from recall to help start a BURKINA FASO GOLD MINE. Newmont also knows and so does Agnico Eagle given it was also sent to them ie data.

Re: Helpful relating to the title. No, the sum does not need to be so high as postulated earlier. It depends on the multiples. Once the HYDROGEN MAPPING is out and the SXG REGIONAL IP survey done, RRR 100% KILMOREand Kilmore West will or may have to be RE-ASSESSED FOR VALUE or valuation which is norm. IT IS CALLED CATALYST for RRR. Whilst folks talk about falling sp, the MM's are NOT selling as cheap RRR stock anymore and the price has crept back up slowly as seen today, Fri, 28.6.24.

Ya see folks, the "SUNDAY CREEK TREND" which consists of the "GOLDEN DYKE" runs across the Southern Cross Gold licence and it goes INTO RRR's 100% KILMORE, 14 mins away. It is called "CONTIGOUS" in geo terms or continuous for the layman. So, it was NEVER about nearology as it was mistaken for by folks of the general idea. Geology doesnt work like that. Geology is about the "fluid" flowing when the mineralisation was formed 60m years ago. RRR showed the map via Teck Geo's whom they commissioned some time ago. When the SXG Induced Polarisation Survey comes out of the regional OUTSIDE SXG's Sunday Creek, it will be helpful etc. I was not up to scratch with RRR Kilmore/West given it is not soil samples, rock sample, soil analysis mapping etc and even trenching but now it is HYDROGEN testing via drone. Ah, so, RRR must have found out the technicals or RRR found out SXG is using this methodology. See Helpful's posts today relating to this given RRR RNS'd the hydrogen bit as well a few days ago. So, I am explaining what Helpful wrote in case it was not clear enough for the layman. So, ya see, there are also DYKES and quite a lot of them on RRR Kilmore [100%] outside the Sunday Creek trend as above. PoW did their own Geo Report and found out that Kilmore West had DONNYBROOK GOLDFIELDS [South of Kilmore] and the grade was 120g/t gold. In the new Geo Map by DL supplied by RRR , it shows Donnybrook at an average of 142 g/t gold AVERAGE. Big diff between 120 g/t and 142 g/t AVERAGE. SXG has stated now that their exploration TARGET is going up from 1.5moz gold to 3moz gold @10g/t gold. COSTERFIELD mine , north of Sunday Creek closer by, has 2moz gold from recall and Fosterville 8.2moz gold. So, one can see that SXG hopes to overtake Costerfield?

In Victorian days, Heritage Australia stated KILMORE GOLDFIELDS produced 3-4ton gold which one has to multiply by 30 to convert to g/t gold = 90 g/t & 120 g/t gold. In Victorian days, some parts of Kilmore goldfields [inc Kilmore West] found very high grades of gold and comparable to the high grades SXG found at RISING SUN, the deposit closest to RRR 100% Kilmore.

My View: It is my thesis and hypothesis that in fact, DONNYBROOK goldfields may be the star of the show given Dr Nick Cook , Tech Advisor to SXG & President of Mawson showed in his presentation given he pointed to Kilmore West [Southern Kilmore] FIRST and then only up to KILMORE , then to SXG's Sunday Creek. |He will know more than I. So, it could be that Donnybrook start first in the fluid flow and travelled TO==SXG'S SUNDAY CREEK. Otherwise, WHY THE VICTORIAN FOLKS START THEIR 1ST GOLD TOWN IN KILMORE/WEST AND ===NOT SUNDAY CREEK FIRST.===I dont know the gradient of the land so wait to find out more. In the middle of Kilmore, now owned by RRR 100%, there are quite a lot of dykes where high grade gold was found comparable to what they are finding at Sunday Creek. Many shares are at their historic lows, hence their mkt caps have fallen to some ridiculous caps given any new AIM IPO must start at £6m. Please dont chide as I dont have the link but this is what I understand from other forums on this site. So, check for self if so wanted. Cadence CEO in his results statement said he sympathises and reaches out to other co's as it has been some tough commodity years & this is also what PoW CEO said at an interview with Rick Rule or clips of his other interviews. There is NO VOTING FOR CHAIRMAN of RRR yet so if any change is wanted, then a MEETING has to be specially called per Company Law rules and only those who have the minimum 5% can call for such a meeting and as Helpful said, it must require at least 50% voting to topple the current Chairman per Co Law. That said, one will note that the RRR-POW Australia deal sale stated that RRR CONSULTED MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS and got their VOTE kinda of thing. This suggests that at least 50% of MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS support the current Chairman. Paul has worked very well with the Chairman when Paul invited Bell of RRR to join him at GGP which went on to legendary multi-million mkt cap and at one time topped £1bn or $1bn from recall and more? Paul was the CEO of GGP, a shell then and Paul did not have to take Chairman Bell into GGP as Chairman. So, Paul made his "fortune" at RRR and recently Paul tweeted RRR went from 0.25p to 23p and Align Research in an initial note stated RRR went from 1p to 25p. In my view, PoW in calling for a change at RRR ie Chairman cant do so at 3.87% share in RRR. Nor does PoW have the firepower to take RRR in my view given their own portfolio is already full. So, how does it come about about Chairman Bell to be replaced given he is Australian and Australian DL , Advisor to RRR is also on board for the RRR 100% Kilmore is rather puzzling. As the CEO of SXG stated to reassure, that after the merger with Mawson of Canada, the BOARD WILL BE RUN BY AUSTRALIANS.!!!

Errr, does SXG not have to ASK for official permission from NEIGHBOURS if they are going to do "REGIONAL PLANNING" per their RNS last night to fly over their licences for the induced polarisation? Why? Permission in general has to be sought if it is OUTSIDE SXG's licences. So, wondering if SXG is flying over RRR's 100% Kilmore further to what Helpful said that they may not need to commission IP survey since SXG is doing "regional planning" @IP Survey? Getting very interesting. Any intelligent enough person will ask questions.?

RRR's last Reach RNS a few days ago mentioned ONLY RRR FASO & RRR 100% Australia Victoria but never mentioned RRR DRC. In terms of RNS proper, co's do not give out details as RRR has done with thanks. Why? Because , the style of RNS's is for FIRST GOLD POUR or test production started but never equipment flying or shipping out to where etc.

So, in typical RNS proper style for important events/news that may be price sensitive, then a RNS can come out. Sometimes, it can be a shocker in a good way ie surprise surprise. So, does one read that this may or may NOT be the case for RRR DRC? Just akin.

Thought I would also mention this observation: In more recent times, I did say that UNFORTUNATELY FOR SXG @Sunday Creek, the CEO let out in an interview that the SUNDAY CREEK TREND IS GOING "WEST". How did he know? Well, SXG's star HIGH GRADE deposit is RISING SUN which is CLOSEST OR CLOSE TO THE BOUNDARY TO RRR'S 100% KILMORE. That is how I picked up the ball once I heard and ran off to look at RRR's GEO MAP done by Teck Tech commissioned by RRR. Paul Johnson commissioned their own Pow Geo Report on Kilmore West etc. I worked through the night/s to find Victorian records of the time. SXG's RNS last night stated they now dont want WHOO from Nagambie which is located NORTH OF SUNDAY CREEK ie very much further north and it would appear to be OUTSIDE the STRUCTURAL CORRIDOR to Costerfield & FOSTERVILLE. That is telling. So, in having COMMENCED WITH INDUCED POLARISATION SURVEY OUTSIDE "Sunday Creek's SXG licence of 10km DISTRICT SCALE" ie "REGIONAL PLANNING", it can only mean that SXG also realises

that their RISING SUN is NOT sufficient enough and they may have to LOOK FURTHER to the West and that is where the SUNDAY CREEK TREND is going. So, is SXG going to GET LICENCES NEXT TO RRR 100% KILMORE of which I cant see much of further than what RRR has already taken? So, as Helpful said, it is possible that RRR may NOT HAVE TO DO DOUBLE WORK and SXG is doing the FREE WORK ie Induced Polarisation. SXG MENTIONED "10km DISTRICT -SCALE".

Why start mines when Costerfield is so close by? As for ECR , they tried to attract a major but they did not bite as history shows. However, Agnico Eagle is a multi-billion new major and they took over Fosterville. Forgot to mention that folks thought this is nuggetty gold and all that but they were NOT AWARE, Sunday Creek is in QUARTS and vein sets and is not nuggetty gold as at Ballarat , Bendigo of a DIFFERENT AGE TO SUNDAY CREEK, and a much earlier age. Fosterville, Costerfield, Sunday Creek & potentially RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West is of the Devonian age, 60 million years ago and is an earlier age. ALL SITTING THERE.

By the way, very easy to compare the gold age etc by looking at HISTORICAL SUNDAY CREEK AND HISTORICAL KILMORE MINE & DONNYBROOK GOLD FIELDS AT KILMORE WEST. BHP drilled so RRR can track down the drill cores etc historically or the Australian mines will have the drill results etc. Kilmore had antimony as well. So, Fosterville become legendary when it found the UNDERGROUND deposit.

So, the HIGHEST GRADE deposit @Rising Sun, Sunday Creek is more towards the BOUNDARY to RRR 100% Kilmore!!!. But 100% RRR AT KILMORE AND KILMORE WEST is the SAME TYPE OF GEOLOGY AS SUNDAY CREEK @SXG, ASX!!!! Yahoo. So, folks may not have realised this as the Devonian period at Fosterville , Costerfield, Sunday Creek & Kilmore are not the same as the Ballarat area which is of an EARLIER age. 60 million years ago ---ALL SITTING THERE BELOW WHAT THE VICTORIA AGE FOLKS COULD NOT REACH at during that time due to equipment etc. ALL SLEEPING FOR 60M YEARS.
