[1] "RRR INAL RESULTS, 20 Dec 2023." [Extensive Auditors Report]

[2] "RRR HALF YEAR REPORT, 28 Mar 2024."

[3] "RRR DRC & GOLD UPDATE", 5 Apr 2024.

In June 2024, RRR has issued 4 RNS on Australia asset & Burkina Faso and it would appear that the latter, is in progress.

Comment: NO ONE on these forums are the management of RRR and IF, any poster wants to know about RRR's financing, they have to wait for the NEXT RRR FINANCIAL report ie half year of annual report re: accounts. Also, the name of the RRR Nomad is given inc the Broker at the end of every RRR RNS. So, kindly refer to the co, Nomad as that is the correct procedure. Comment: Well, I am here on Fri, 21 June 2024 by God's grace. I have comeback and not gone anyway. So, conversations from Blueboy1975, Banburyboy, Theeeduke, Specinvestor99, AimDogs, JFK8 of this London South East RRR [Red Rock Resources] stock forum forms the pivotal highlight of my time on this forum dated yesterday, Thur, 20 June 2024.

Why should anyone want to remove Chairman Bell at this time? Why? RRR is hopefully on the cusp of getting through an IPO for New Ballarat Gold Corp on the Australian Stock Exchange. It is my view that it is Chairman Bell, an Australian that got us the TWO KILMORE licences, one in 2021 and the West Kilmore licence in 2023. How Southern Cross Gold of Australia, Mtk Cap $400+m didnt snagged these 2 licences I dont know. Perhaps, even they only knew that the SUNDAY CREEK mineralisation was going WEST that they WOKE UP. Going West is into the KILMORE & WEST KILMORE LICENCE OF RRR. I suppose they did not know until they have DRILLED Rising Sun and there is NOT MUCH MORE on their licence except Apollo which is a lower grade gold deposit. Paul is not Australian. Having just Kilmore is of less use and therefore, getting West Kilmore was really complimentary given DONNYBROOK gold fields average historic grade of 142 g/t gold is really good. Chairman Bell's gramps was a Victorian gold miner and therefore KILMORE & KILMORE WEST is in the heart of the Victorian gold fields, Oz.

REMOVING CHAIRMAN BELL:

At this time, when there is the potential of getting NBGC IPO'ed in Australia , it would seem wild to removed Chairman Bell and I am sure both Topham and Mr Black are cognisant of this. Mr Black is a merchant banker and investment mgr.

As far as I am aware, there has never been a GM called to remove Bell. It would be unwise as the co would be rudderless .

I think the past few days, the poor folks listening to all this chatter may have sold since the trades look like the small investors. So, they should hear BALANCE FIRST before deciding. It is for this reason, there should be LINKS to state a more balanced picture. If there was a GM called, RRR WOULD HAVE TO RNS it.

DL: He was appointed to be Advisor to RRR. DL runs two ASX co's and they are always in the news esp one at the Arunta, Oz. So, even DL has been...on this forum. Again, he is Australian and RRR will need an Australian CEO to guide them over how to navigate the Aussie stock scene.

Want me, Helpful removed from this site and if I dont leave, then....guess what has been said to me to my face ie "NEWS, YOU HAVE NO COMEBACK"? So,, once everyone goes, yes, there will be only 1 VOICE HERE just like the Burkina Faso 1 sided chatter today and yesterday from the naysayers and the removal of Chairman Bell by PoW with only 3.87% stake in RRR. So, very few forums are like this on. That is why it is good that Chairman Bell is aware and I believe he knows about the naysayers given 1 was taken to the High Court in London? I dont know as I was not here. If everyone has gone, then best to shut this forum down.? This may be the positive way forward ? I dont know as I am not in charge of RRR, Chairman Bell is.

I sent the tweet to the #RRR thread and out of courtesy to A.Bell , Chairman of RRR. Bell tweeted openly and asked "WHO IS..?". Another person replied and told Bell who I was on this forum. This is standard. Many co's ask enquirers can they provide their social media name ie stock username. Not difficult to understand why. The answer is rather obvious. So, RRR does know who I am. So, that is transparent. But as I said, I would be most happy to PRESENT MYSELF and any enquirer from this forum to also APPEAR AT THE FCA HQ with their required ID , AML as that will be required by any organisation. This is the authority that governs matters to do with stocks etc in Britain. As for the comment on I looked in to this forum - this is consistent with anything I said. I look INTO every forum when RNS'es come out, not just here. But how any poster on this forum can SAY I WAS HERE 2 YEARS AGO is beyond me. Why? How does one go so far back checking my posts? Even I dont know the DATE as I cant scroll through so many pages of my profile to know exact dates.

NEUTRAL PARTY: Yes, NikeAir180, In echelons beyond this forum, any neutral party takes the Swiss position. My posting history is quite clear. I tend to only do RESEARCH on AIM junior explorers and I dont just know much about titanium and even SP Angel does not specialise in titanium. So, there is nothing to say except that IF I AM INVESTED, I do not diss the CEO etc or co. Why? It is the deposit that is of interest to me at least. If I do not find the co is going the direction I like eg pivot to Australia and they are going to a country outside Tier 1 jurisdiction, I tend to sell. Hence, Maidit308 has seen me at HE1. RichyRich1 remembers me at Solgold many, many years ago.

WHY SO MANY POSTS FROM ME? I was not sure to post or not re: Burkina Faso and PoW wanting to remove Chairman Bell which is not on Twitter or anywhere else except on this forum and on the other RRR forum. All those invested in RRR should hear BALANCE on this stock. On the Solgold forum, it was the same. Oh, the activists are going to get Solgold out of the country and this was taken from the ACTIVIST SITE. I replied that to obtain a BALANCED PIC, one should take sources OUTSIDE activists sites and preferably a few sources eg Mining publications, govt, specialist broker reports etc. True enough, to this very day, ACTIVISTS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO IN ANY WAY REMOVE SOLG from Ecuador. One knows activists will say a lot of things but removal of co's is up to the govt & Courts etc.

REPLACEMENT OF CHAIRMAN BELL, RRR BY POW: This has been posted on this forum & I invited the resident to reply but he has declined stating he is rusty? I will reply then as it concerns us holders. POW will receive shares of RRR for the sale of their 49.9% share of New Ballarat Gold Corp. Pow RNS of 19 June 2024 stated: "own 3.87% of RRR." The question of PoW removing Chairman Bell LAWFULLY does NOT even arise? What remove a Chairman of any co with 3.87%? How? Herein, since the resident said he was a Chartered A/c, he was asked to answer since he stated he is an expert given a/c have to pass all the law papers. COMPANY LAW IN THE UK STATES THAT NO CEO/CHAIRMAN CAN BE REMOVED BY ANYONE HAVING 3.87% SHARES. Paul Johnson, Founder & former CEO of POW, in my view owe Chairman Bell & RRR for changing his life from being employed at an insurer as a loss adjustor [Chartered Accountant] to being the Founder of PoW with the "fortune" made from RRR. I learnt this some time ago as 1 or 2 remembered Paul posting on the forum. In 1 interview, Paul said he had little savings but he knew who to listen to on stock forums. So, perhaps, those researching would know the most. Align Research in their initiation note said RRR WENT FROM 1P TO 25P. Paul recently tweeted & said RRR went from 0.25p to 23p during the gold boom period of 2010. Paul then went on with Bell to restructure GGP at 0.1p and they brought in Gervaise from Sydney, a fund mgr. Bell was the Chairman of RRR and that was a legendary success since they fell into Havieron, Western Oz. GGP went from 1p+ to some 40p, intra day. So, when a Tier 1 deposit is discovered, they do tend to go to multiples, hence, even a modest £1k investment can turn into a life-changing sum as seen in American stocks. For PoW, the 3.87% shares in RRR is only classed as an investee co & PoW has never taken an active role in M & A relating to their investee co. I believe that it is FAR too EXPENSIVE to launch any corporate moves on RRR & besides 3.87% is far too low to even have a meaningful enough share to do M & A. So, in raising this especially involving PoW is not on Twitter, Paul or PoW itself. This is from spec & another on the other forum?

RRR BURKINA FASO: I have CHECKED after the resident posted links about Faso. If there is any trouble as suggested, then ALL THE MINERS esp big miners will have to ISSUE A FORCE MAJEURE. Why? It is PRICE SENSITIVE if operations are disrupted.

Observation:

I decided to check on where JFK8 is today and I find NO postings at all and the last being on this forum talking about PAID TO POST. etc Strangely, the profile for JFK8 pie chart only states posting on RRR. AimDogs posted on UKOG & told them it will be into administration?, Blueboy1975 also posts only on RRR and silent today when I have NOT posted. So, perhaps a co-incidence but when I post, the club comes out and I am caught into answering by so many. The 3 people that have been not in favour here are: HELPFUL, MAIDIT308, HAWAII50 & MYSELF. One by one, they have been ahem by the many here who are NOT shareholders. There is only HELPFUL LEFT and again, today, it is repeated that IF HELPFUL LEFT, Theeeeduke and Banburyboy will NOT post? Hmmm. As for me, yesterday, the tactical was to call me names and that was mild compared to "YOU HAVE NO COMEBACK" posted by AIMDogs to me. Blueboy1975 went into calling "garbage, hypocritc etc."

Conclusion: No research is being posted by the non-shareholders so IF Helpful, the last were to leave, then one will have to find out the latest on the projects of RRR. I understand the Chairman of RRR has commented given there was a Court Case from what I understand. No one on this forum has any real world names and that is positive but if anyone says they are a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT and folks must listen kinda of thing, then it must be TESTED out by seeing whether their qualification is live? To this end, Banburyboy said I am "disrespectful" but now he says he worked in THE PUBLIC SECTOR vs KPMG and all the other Big 4 earlier? Ah, not being able to answer a QUESTION on removal of the Chairman of RRR, Banburyboy now says he is "RUSTY". My word!!! To me, it is repeats.

From the Shorters Playbook, this is typical of shorters or the disgruntled. This playbook was written by a hedge fund so I am just reading what is the typical shorters or naysayers speel.

There is no rampers playbook.

Posting many posts does not encourage others to buy. Why? Its just arguing and name calling and if there are 10 naysayers and I of me, it is simple maths, that for 10 posts, I have to run up 10 replies.

However, I and Helpful are singled out. One asked Helpful to leave and another told me "I have no comeback" and that it very close to telling me....So, why?

If both Helpful and I leave, I dont communicate outside this forum and I cant obtain any info on FASO etc as I dont have specific knowledge of these small wash plants. I only invest in drilling so wash plants are news to me.

On Twitter, one has to be careful. Why? No one knows how big is the audience given it will not be small.

I keep it short and sweet. If I am posting on a mining forum, I dont have to spell anything out cos folks are even more nuanced than me on Australian mining like on HC.

The helium is not the conventional type and it may be water based. So, there is more to research and Minchin is the expert in the past. It is new territory. So, I dont jump into anything blindly. Hence, why so many posts because I cant get to the data at one go. I have to see if there are some experts there first and wait till things settle down. Just to show you that folks who follow a simple route may not come out with the EWT results yet. I know about oil but there are NO experts in TANZ helium , and the Oz co also in Tanz has the conventional type. Will take agres to research.
