I will take your post to be sincere in your tone and I am pleased that you are aware that legally, there needs to be a CHARGE before any asset/s can be seized. There are also what they call 1ST CHARGE and so forth as well as liens. I do take you point and you have taken my point, that at this time, there are NO LEGAL CHARGES @RRR, Companies House UK Gov, Sun, 30 June 2024. Point taken in the spirit you have given it ie goodwill.

Just to let you know that I have already allocated RISK to RRR and as far as I can see, many AIM junior explorers etc have left the AIM. How? They only exists IF they can continue to fund operations and that is the case for ALL AIM co's. So, I am aware of that fact.

I am a recent holder of RRR due to the DRC Award potential of US$10m before expenses. That has not yet eventuated and I would have had to re-analyse RRR again for obvious reasons.

Let us set the RRR history in perspective:

[1] RRR hit on Jupiter Mines, an investee in that RRR held some 17m shares in Jupiter Mines on ASX.

I dont know what % that will be.

[2] RRR hit on DRC MUSONI but that is now subject to litigation in the DRC and potentially international arbitration. As with all litigation in general, the time take to resolve matters is not short and this is well known.

[3] RRR may have hit on RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West, Victoria, Australia, next door to Southern Cross Gold, ASX, Mkt Cap A$543m. No one knows and it is a fact that UNTIL DRILLED, the jury is out as a caveat well known.

The only thing known is that RRR has bought PoW out of their 49.9% of Kilmore & Kilmore West etc in Oz.

In the 18 years since listing in 2005, the above is the RRR record officially from what I know via Align Research of 2018 via their note and First Equity broker note & Clear Capital of more recent times.

So, 3 potential hits of near Tier 1's or asset of potential significance.

SOLG: They started with Solomon Gold in the Solomon Islands. A major pulled out of the JV and the shares went...

Then, they started on Queensland & Ecuador, some Cote d'Ivoire & another African country. In the end, the Australian project was dropped and so were the Cote & African project leaving only Ecuador. GGP: Same thing, long history, and I only got to know about Ernest Giles and again, the major did not JV although they did look around. Ernest Giles was an Oz project [gold]. Then Paul & Bell went in to restructure at 0.10p and the rest is history when they appointed Gervaise , a fund mgr from Sydney and they stumbled on to HAVIERON. Again, a Tier 1 so some deem it.

That is fine UNTIL anyone states that they are a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FROM KPMG AND THEREFORE "AN EXPERT" in their own words , then one will have to ask further. I am aware that in terms of KPMG and the big 4, they take in quite a lot of people who are have NOT GOT CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY qualifications but from other disciplines and other types of degrees. One person I know got into a Big 4 and passed out from a Scottish uni and NOT IN CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY but just a general degree in some other discipline. She does not do much or does senior work like all other recruits. It is well known that many go into the Big 4 and they do not do much except add up receipts etc for quite some time. So, they are by no means "RANKED EXPERTS". However, this is the reason why NO ONE ON THESE FORUMS TAKE ADVICE from anyone saying they are ADVISORS IN M & A IN REAL LIFE and ALL ARE SUBJECTED TO FURTHER EVIDENCE OF THAT PROFESSION. So, I read that Franco lent the $10m to Solgold and has taken a charge via this expert who says he is an expert. On twitter, someone else showed the screen shot of Co's House and it does not STATE A $10M LOAN. All it states is a CHARGE and that was from a ROYALTY deal already declared and RNS'ed. I checked and also found that to be correct ie it does not say LOAN OF $10M. So, please pardon the public if they cannot just take the word of anyone on forums. Even in real life, ONE HAS TO PROVE ONE IS AN EXPERT by STANDARDS SET by the real world. So, no offence meant and that is true on all these forums.

Clear? As they say in the world, there are experts and experts but they are all RANKED and OFFICIALLY DOCUMENTED.

Let us examine the Jupiter Mines shares a bit more carefully to ask further probing questions. The poster says RRR could have SAT ON THE SHARES and taken dividends of Jupiter Mines? How? NO CO on AIM has only 1 project for obvious reasons and I wont go into AIM Rule this or that at this time given I have posted it before. EVERY YEAR, JUST TO KEEP THE REGISTRATION OF AIM LISTING GOING, it can take some £350-£400k if I recall Paul Johnson correctly. However, this is very tight as many co's cant just survive on £350-£400k a year IF they have projects going ie continue to renew licences and obligations under those licences or it will be taken back by the gonment of that place. SO, FOR CLARITY, IF RRR SAT ON THE JMS SHARES, HOW MUCH WILL THE DIVIDENDS PAY TO ALLOW IT TO SURVIVE INDEFINATELY TILL TODAY?

Remember, dividends are not PAID MONTHLY but rather twice a year normally as the mean. So, in the meantime, BEFORE the dividend comes in, where IS THE MONEY COMING FROM as no one is going to give credit.

I have CHECKED Red Rock Resources, Companies House and there are NO LEGAL CHARGES PLACED ON RRR ON SUN, 30 JUNE 2024 and the evidence is to Co's House at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05225394/charges Companies House, UK government stated: "15 charges registered, O OUTSTANDING, 15 SATISFIED, 0 part satisfied. So, for CLARITY, what I said is a general view of such matters. My case in point comes from REM Plc. REM was a shell RTO. It raised money to drill Sonora lithium project in Mexico as DL was approached to help with funds as the Canadian capital mkts were difficult then. REM bought close to 20% of Bacanora as in Canada one could take over a co with some 20%, not 29%+ under UK rules. The takeover was rejected at £1 and REM was left with just that one project @Sonora at the time. So, over the years, it is possible that funders would not fund given REM under a new CEO had mark-to-market shares in Bacanora to SELL. So, to survive, Cadence [new name] had to sell all their shares in Bacanora. This is SOMETHING KNOWN TO ALL AIM JUNIOR STOCKS and isnt this LOGICAL?

So, the poster who posed & took "exception" to what I stated as COMMON KNOWLEDGE has NOT postulated the EVIDENTIAL to counter this GENERAL ACCEPTED known? However, on CHECKING London South East open data, the poster was registered on 13 Oct 2020 = 3 YEARS + AND 4 YR COME EARLY OCT 2024. So, how does the poster KNOW ABOUT JMS and what RRR could or could NOT have done for money?

So, if I got the history wrong given even Align is silent on this issue, no one can blame me for a general view KNOWN TO ALL. So, who on this forum CAN REALLY COMMENT WITH EVIDENCE TO SHOW from links that RRR could have survived WITHOUT SELLING JMS SHARES [Jupiter Mines]??? HOW?

So, in charging me as "DREAMING", I think that is unfair. GGP has to continue to DO FUNDING TO SURVIVE despite having a Tier 1 asset and has only 30% of Havieron, Paterson, Oz. Same goes for SOLGOLD who has recently obtained a $10MILLION loan. HOW? So, who on this forum can provide that answer, please provide.

So, in retrospect, there is NO NEED to teach Gramps at RRR. Why? From the Align Research Note of 2018, it tracks the history of RRR or rather its corporate history. Gramps knows how to restructure, cut costs and non-core asset etc. So, all the hoo haa all these years is due to not reading the history in its proper perspective as I have commented upon via the Align note.

Align used to be more active in the past and the folks running it are licenced by the FCA so they are very cognisant of financial analysis. Only this time, RRR will have to hold on to RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West given Sunday Creek belonging to Southern Cross Gold has attained LEGENDARY STATUS IN AUSTRALIA and RRR can piggy back on that legend. How does RRR hold on? It will need to do a CRITICAL PATH ANALYSIS and preferably with a RAIN MAKER [investment banker specialised in M & A] and the most important is get a AUSSIE CEO who has the GRAVITAS like the ex-CEO of BHP who ran Jupiter Mines. The gravitas is to raise funds to drill and a shrewd CEO who can nail the naysayers like how SXG's CEO pulled out a brilliant Presentation for GeoScientists for peer review and bring in Pierre Lassonde as a private investor and tutes. The Qtr Activity Report was also brillo with its comprehensive report which is not norm.

So, let's hope this time, RRR will once again regain mkt favour with its TIER 1 jurisdiction asset at Kilmore & Kilmore West. Let us await the hydrogen report and see where the readings point to etc. News, Sat, 29.6.24.

LoL. When you said you would write more later, I already knew what it was. I had been pottering around and found out that the cash flow can be rather substantive IF, enough ore can be found. So many AIM co's now are going the same path to look for ARTISANAL workings so that they dont have to go the expensive route of drilling , MRE, PFS, DFS etc which usually costs an arm and leg. They are all looking for artisanal workings or old mine to revive to get cash flow. So, if Sam can really pull it off, then that will be a relief. Then, comes KILMORE & KILMORE WEST @RRR 100%. Since the data was sent to 2 billionaires ie Eric Sprott and Pierre Lassonde + Rick Rule, these are people who can get things done. Let us hope they bite given RRR has more data than I have of potential STRIKE and therefore can do a CONCEPTUAL MODELLING as norm to show whether the potential is BETTER THAN SXG of Sunday Creek fame or not? The GRADES are the pulling factor and it is spectacular into thousands OF GOLD G/T, not the 1gt type. From all the hoo ha on this forum, I decided to look into RRR broker note by Align Research dated 2018. https://www.alignresearch.co.uk/cpt-company/red-rock-resources/ Why do I look up the broker note? It is to determine how the fabled 1p to 25p or 20p came about. Paul Johnson recently tweeted RRR went from 0.25p to 23p within 2 yrs in 2010 which was at the time of the gold boom. From Align, the reason for the 20p price was due to JUPITER MINES and they give the background. "THE BIG LEAP FORWARD FOR RRR IN 2009 came about when the co joined FORCES WITH PALLINGHURST RESOURCES, run by the ex-CEO of B H P. RRR VENDED its iron ore and MANGANESE into JML whilst JML put CASH to fund the development of JML. In this way, RRR GAINED A SIGNIFICANT stake in Jupiter which has helped the growth of the co outside iron ore. In common with mineral exploration co's THE WORLD OVER, RRR suffered when the mining stocks FELL OUT OF FAVOUR. From 2012-15, mgm worked hard to RESTRUCTURE THE BALANCE SHEET along with NON-CORE ASSETS [cut costs, dispose of mature assets along with non-core assets]. At the cumulation of this process, in Dec 2015, there was a CAP reorganisation which saw the shares consolidated at 1for 25 basis. JML had a 49% stake in TSHIPI mines, a blue chip MANGANESE mining asset. Production begin in 2013, Six months to Aug 2017 PROFITS AFTER TAKE ROSE TO A$33 MILLION. RRR received $1m in 2017. Align also stated that JUPITER MINES IPO WAS ASSUMED TO BE A$1bn [£574m]. At the time of this broker note, RRR had a mkt cap of £4.74m AT 0.95P. Align gave a target price of 2.89p based on the Jupiter potential IPO etc.

My Comment: I decided to check and I am glad I did so. Why? I now know that JUPITER MINES was the star on the ASX as it is not easy to potentially IPO any co at A$1bn. Even today, the mkt cap is A$617.4 Million. It is my view that if a co is run by an ex-CEO of BHP, then it goes to follow that its a no wonder the co could have the cash funding to progress the Jupiter mine. Align did not say what % RRR held in Jupiter, only how many shares. It is now rather evident that RRR has this FAMED background that it is saved by that 1 BIG ASSET. So, when RRR had to sell the Jupiter Mine shares to probably survive, it hit on DRC MUSONI but that is now history given it was sold and now subject to litigation etc. I read the 2023 Annual Report and the Auditor gives very detailed a/c of the DRC litigation inc potential further action legally. So, that is now on the burner. BUT SURPRISE , SURPIRSE, RRR FELL INTO KILMORE & KILMORE WEST AND BOUGHT 49.1% FROM POW FOR £1.5M recently. Another Australian example that is interesting is GGP which has the Havieron gold deposit. GGP 's MKT CAP is £341 Million. The 52 wk high is 11.7p and low 5.4p and current price 7p. Havieron was under a JV in which GGP retained 30% and Newcrest took 70%. Now, Newmont has taken over Newcrest and has stated they want to sell Newcrest's TELFER gold mine near Havieron. Newmont has stated they want to divest Telfer gold mine and it is also lacking ore to process etc. GGP wants TO BUY BACK 70% OF HAVIERON FROM NEWMONT!!! From ARV, on 1 Mar 2024, Havieron's gold deposit is 6.5MOZ. So, in fact, GREATLAND GOLD OWNS 1.95MOZ GOLD!!!

So, ya see folks, for some reason, AUSTRALIAN GOLD projects like Havieron is so prized in terms of the MKT CAP. So, GGP has a MKT CAP of £341m for 1.95moz gold [30% share of 6.5moz gold]. Havieron is in the Paterson, Western Australia.

By contrast, SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD @Sunday Creek, 100% share has a MKT CAP OF A$453 Million = £238 Million [£1=A$1.9 approx]. Sunday Creek is also now LEGENDARY as SXG is ONE OF AUSTRALIA'S BEST PERFORMING STOCK.

So, it an opportunity for RRR Kilmore & Kilmore West and one that just was providential. GGP has NO income and if folks here moan, well, GGP wants to buy BACK 70% of Havieron. !!!?

All very interesting. Why am I bringing up GGP's Havieron and what is the relevance to RRR Kilmore & Kilmore West. Well, two points [1] Like Mawson, RRR Australia must HANG ON TO THEIR STAKE as much as they can and NOT sell even if they IPO. Only then, can RRR obtain MAX benefit when the shares rise to a mkt cap that is of substance. [2] It is to illustrate that the market gives a high mkt cap for Aussie gold stocks that have legendary status ie lots of publicity etc. So, to this end, SUNDAY CREEK does have that status and institutions and HNW are steadying the sp. I gather GGP is also held by ETF's etc.

Another arbitration case: Ganfeng has finally bitten the bullet and FILED for International Arbitration on Fri, 28 June 2024. I have just tweeted this and the Finance Ministry of Mexico values Sonora lithium project at up to US$600m. Surprise, surprise, all of a sudden the Mexico Govt said it is willing to NEGOTIATE.!! So, to me, the moral of the story is that nothing is done UNTIL that STEP is taken officially to file the claim. I wanted to know how much was the claim but there was no detail given since it was on Twitter and not the file case. So, Mexico News who reported gave the above figure of the potential value. This will now involve DL's REM Mexico as they are in a JV with Ganfeng @30%. Ganfeng bought Bacanora Lithium. So, this is industry news.

AVZ vs DRC: I saw on Twitter that AVZ's lithium deposit is the largest in the world which I think is the rock type Given that AVZ has already obtained an INTERIM FAVOURABLE RULING at the International Arbitration Court in Washington D.C., it may be the REASON why the DRC gonment may be getting somewhat ...hmmm hmmm.? From what the Hotcopper folks say, they think that the gonment and politics prevails over these cases. As such, does it not also mean that RRR Award Arbitration may also be this style?

Southern Cross Gold , ASX, Mkt Cap A$453 Million and using a rough FX, of £1=A$1.9 , that will come to £2 3 8 Million for SUNDAY CREEK 100% ownership. Today, RRR Kilmore & Kilmore West is 100% in RRR's hands pending further events etc.

If RRR's Kilmore turns out to be similar in size or grade OR BETTER, well that is the POTENTIAL if one looks at the way SXG has progressed to without mining, JORC etc and still DRILLING, having raised A$10m rights issue recently.

So, similar to Helpful, say, in theory, £1=£100.
