Yes, Helpful. Creswick may be for sale but not to RRR. Why? RRR has a more DIRECT and sure path ABUTTING SUNDAY CREEK which is more in line with the SUNDAY CREEK mineralisation.

Whoever may be interested in Creswick may be one of the Canadian or Australian players.

In my view, there is NOTHING much else to buy at ECR at the momo. ECR has been sounding out the POTENTIAL OF BLUE MOUNTAINS in Qld, Oz so not sure what they mean not selling their core? Core as in?

In my view ONLY, I think the Geo & team are more TECHNICALLY EXPERT at Great Pacific Gold on the TSX. Why? I note from their 2nd RNS of June 2024, they appear to understand the GEOLOGY BETTER and that means they did not JUST DRILL SIMPLY but rather STUDIED THE STRATIGRAPHY well and they thought it was heading West. But the S2 people, I dont know given their investors are now getting restless? I am only mentioning this as THIS IS A CAUTIONARY tale for RRR to get the expertise in. It is not easy as those like in SXG now drill the high grades like it is CHILD's play? Why? They know the stratigraphy well and the EXPERIENCE in drilling and data means they know WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR. One can get an expert in South American or even Lachlan Gold but they will still NOT SUCCEED unless they have 1st hand experience at the DEVONIAN which Fosterville, Costerfield & now Sunday Creek sits on. If you ask me, buying CRESWICK is going to be INTERESTING.

If I understand NUANCE correctly, then it is LOL CRESWICK TO BE SOLD. That is closest to Fosterville but NOT abuts Fosterville. In the past, ECR sold 1 licence to to Fosterville South I recall but they offered private shares which they didnt want. But the shares ROSE like mad once IPO'ed in Oz. At 1 point, it was nearly A$140m mkt cap. Fosterville South is now renamed GREAT PACIFIC GOLD. However, there is also another player called S2 on the ASX. They won the licences CLOSE TO FOSTERVILLE against tough competition like MAJORS. The licences were auctioned by the Oz govt. However, I note that S2 drilling has NOT HIT THE HIGH GRADES yet. But when Great Pacific Gold DRILLED THEIR 1ST DISCOVERY HOLE, THEY DID HIT THE HIGH GRADES==========1ST TIME=======and this is SIMILAR TO FOSTERVILLE'S 1ST DISCOVERY HOLE. Now, the GOLD RUSH IS ON!!! Why? The Great Pacific Gold HIGH GRADE hit. BUT IT IS NOT for the BALLARAT-BENDIGO type geology of a DIFFERENT age. It is only for the DEVONIAN =FOSTERVILLE, COSTERFIELD & NOW SUNDAY CREEK which Great Pacific stated in their latest June 2024 RNS ie mention Sunday Creek in the name VEIN AS FOSTERVILLE & COSTERFIELD WHOA!!!

So, the only thing going for CRESWICK is the LENGTH of the licence ie some 10-13km. The other thing is near but not that near kinda of thing so whoever is interested is GETTING DESPERATE, if you ask me but I am not a Geologist. That said, RRR near Creswick is a good thing BUT I have not checked that out yet in detail as it was too late.

Given it is the OFFICIAL quote on HL in black & white, in theory, it cannot happen unless there something is also going on, on L2. I dont have L2.

The above is showing at HL with a spread of 0.05p & 0.06p? +16.67%.

The other day Helpful posted about RRR and mentioned £60 TAX LOSSES. An RNS has just come out for ECR and the co has appointed a TAX EXPERT in the form of a co ARGONAUT to "assist it to realise value from their $75m tax losses."

ECR therefore want to SELL "CERTAIN OF THE AUSTRALIAN ASSETS THAT CARRY THOSE LOSSES". It appears that the tax law has changed from "similar business" test to "same" business test.

ECR said it is not selling "PRIMARY ASSETS" so what will these be then in Victoria? I think they have also in W.Australia but I am not aware of them without checking further. The details are not very clear as NO LICENCE IS MENTIONED THAT IS BEING SOLD.

As I stated last night, GREAT PACIFIC GOLD , SOUTH OF FOSTERVILLE has hit the grade and DISCOVERY HOLE ==SIMILAR= to FOSTERVILLE'S DISCOVERY HOLE, so the whole of VICTORIA has LIGHTED UP only in that AREA where there is FOSTERVILLE MINERALISATION STRUCTURAL CORRIDOR ie epizonal and that will include the COSTERFIELD mine area as well as Dr Nick Cook of Mawson pointed out SUNDAY CREEK, COSTERFIELD, AND THEN TO FOSTERVILLE.

I think it could be Creswick? Not sure but as I said NEWMONT will now have to do something if they also want to join the party IF their licence has not borne fruits.? But it doesnt sound like Newmont but more a smaller player? Dont know, just guessing the range of who? BUT FOR SURE, IT DOES SOUND LIKE THERE IS INTEREST so ECR wants to SELL SMART wherein there is TAX LOSSES to gain from?
