The above is showing on London South East above ie trades at 11am. NO CHEAP SHARES to BUY after RNS at 6pm+ last night to issue a placement to a service provider at 0.045p for £33,700 [RRR Mkt Cap £1.94m region].

In fact, further to my last post on OPENING 1ST TRADES [plural], the SELLING PRICE for 1m shares has GONE UP to 0.0516p when the EARLIER trade to sell 195 shares for 10p value was at 0.0501p. DOESNT THIS SHOW THAT ON 1M, THE MM'S ARE PREPARED TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE at 0.0516p , not 0.0501p the earlier trade TO SELL?

So, RESIDENT naysayers were all WRONG. I told ya folks, the MM's want to BUY. And why not lower? Technically, that is fair value a/c to them or rather fair market price of BUY/SELL demand and supply metrics [whichever is appropriate]?

The 1st lesson is NEVER to JUMP to conclusions. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: You asked me some time ago and I said I NEVER average down. I gave the reason why? It is against professional theory to average down? WHY, RRR has been on a DOWNWARD TREND and that trend has NOT been broken. Even tho I am NOT an expert in charting etc, nevertheless I can see the trend has NOT turned decisively to call a strong uptrend. So, it was TALKINTO that just assumed that I average down, NOT me. Why dont average if trend is down? That is because, one does not know the END of that trend.

However, I am POSITIONED if NEWS drops as I dont want to pay the type of PREMIUMS like Jay with +130% on news as a HISTORICAL recent example. All 101. You once told me that you DEPEND ON OTHER PEOPLE'S RESEARCH and you are still here but have NOT bought in? HOPE THAT CLARIFIES not to jump to conclusions.

So, in short, PROVEN that the MARKET wanted STOCKS and therefore, in order to sell , a release was on hand, hence why THEORY is only a £33,700 placement for a service provider. I have seen other shares of this type of placement to a service provider at a AGREED price. THIS WAS NOT A GENERAL PLACEMENT to market which would have been MUCH BIGGER from empirical records.

FOR CLARITY to Richyrich1: I dont know about this gent, but I wish to advise you Sir, that for transparency purposes, you have the idea that one must DISCLOSE HOW MANY RRR SHARES I HAVE and IF, I dont disclose, then ....[wont repeat]? No one asked or wants to know how many shares you had. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: My Papa bought shares but in my whole lifetime, he never DISCLOSED HOW MANY SHARES he had or his holdings. So, today, the rise was +12% in thereabouts from recall but ended the day 4.67% + kinda of thing.

Last night, Paul Johnson put up a big banner: "SHORT" on junior explorers. Many have ears to the ground in the City and I am not sure if Paul got that from x or y chatter. So, someone told Paul in comment to his tweet, MARKET NEEDS SHARES to cover etc. So, RNS from RRR came out for 75m shares to cover 74m+ VOLUME today. Placement at 0.045p. Hmm . LoL.

My internet cut off so I had to put in a new sim. Many people like maidit308 have been round the rodeo many times and they have some 20-25 years in the markets. So, for many on this forum, it looks like the technique is not mastered of individual style. I differ say from talkinto who said he can throw £40k into this but he wants to see the RNS from the DRC. Ah, that is what they call big time akin to a spin at the casino in my view only. Why? Fast in and fast out. But the fast could turn out more complicated. Rick Rule said he is in for the 10x potential even if it does not go to 10x but the stock must be capable of potentially achieving that to see the value proposition. So, £40k say, for example to earn 40% before commission, spread etc. But if one puts in £400 to try to achieve 10x = £4,000 or even £1,200 x 10 times, that is safer than throwing £40 grand. That is how the chap with hundreds of thousands in his SIPPS lost everything and he is now homeless and broke. He said so ie how he throws money into stocks and it is obvious he is a novice at trading and must have been caught on the SPIKES. Rick Rule said that it is a 5 yr view and he has lost 50% before it went up kinda of thing in his interview last night. So, NOT POINT ASKING ME HOW MANY SHARES as I said I use a lower base and I am NOT PREPARED TO TAKE the RISK. ALSO, ALL AIM JUNIOR EXPLORERS ARE ===========OPTION MONEY ONLY=======.Why they all need funds to survive and that is AIM for ya and that is why it is EXEMPT FROM IHT because folks are JUST ANGEL INVESTORS. These are NOT investment grade. IN OTHER WORDS, not investments but rather....and all are in the junior explorer space UNTIL and UNLESS they hit Tier 1 discovery. ALL KNOWN by everyone.

I do NOT SPECULATE why this and why that! Why? This is NOT critical path. As I said before to someone who asked. DO NOT PUT EVERYTHING INTO 1 BASKET which means NEVER BUY 1 LOT. Why? How do I know when it is rock bottom. Even today, it could have been 0.025P AS POSTULATED BY THE NAYSAYERS kinda of thing but it ISNT so at 0.045p.

In the case of Solgold, there was the 1st placement which Mather wanted at 2p but the funders refused and they got it down to 1.5p max. It dipped for 1 min then and I tried to buy but I could only get some 100-200 shares at 1p+. Ya think people are all opid -everyone want to rush in when anything is cheap.

If you look at the no of trades and the VALUE, one can SEE THERE ARE NO BIG BUYERS and the BIG BUYER HAS DECLARED VIA TR1.

I mentioned MANY TIMES BEFORE THAT IF ONE BUY BIG, the RISK IS VERY HIGH to achieve say 100% gain. But if one puts in 10% of the capital needed one can gain and achieve 10x gain. That is what DL is saying. One chap on Solgold used to declare what he had in Solgold and he was a fund manager and he will tell folks he buy x or y and get in and get out. Folks pressured him for the info and he gave in. HE WAS DEPLATFORMED but I knew that is giving financial advice on Solgold of in and out. TO BE FRANK, IF ONE WAS HONEST, NO ONE BELIEVE WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT THEIR HOLDINGS IN ANY CO.Why? It is just talk given FEW TR1 are issued and when they are issued, THEY ARE HOUSEHOLD NAMES like the chaps from Sunday Times Rich List at GGP. The TR1 name and his London South East name concurs.

She has and it is very insightful inc a newspaper article that the co posted on Twitter. Everyone KNOWS STOCK THEORY that after issuance in general, there is another UPDATE eg interview , data , news etc.

So, here, THE HYDROGEN report and other technicals are DUE inc what DL said about the boys looking at the BOUNDARY. Has it ever occurred to HOLDERS that IF, news comes out AFTER TODAY, then, the price is adjusted.

There is NO SPIN. IN FACT, I MENTIONED FAIR VALUE and the proof is that THE MARKET COULD NOT FORCE A HUGE DISCOUNT LIKE 35% for National Grid's £7b rights issue kinda of thing. IT IS VERY CLOSE AND WITHIN THE SPREAD THAT £33,700 out of £1.9m MKT CAP. THEORY TAUGHT IS THAT NEWS AND CATALYST can increase the sp in theory and if PRICE INCREASES, then the perceived loss in placement is of nil effect kinda of thing.

So, lets see and kindly ask Mr Bell to PLEASE KINDLY ISSUE THE GEO REPORT AND WHAT DL SAID ABOUT THE BOYS ie Geos at the BOUNDARY OF SUNDAY CREEK TO RRR KILMORE WERE EXPLORING. ALSO THE HYDROGEN REPORT etc. Or asking BHP for the core which is excellent by any standard. Also about the ANTIMONY MINE AT KILMORE WEST. Thanks.

As they teach, when one is in a calm and better mood, then engage as that is healthy to maintain goodwill . In a household, they teach to quickly walk away until one can think better.

So, with that, I am prepared to say that I have more than your shares but not excessive as you think into %. I look for the Rick Rule standard and which even DL mentioned as standard which means I dont put all my eggs in 1 basket .

NO CHEAP STOCK AS PLACEMENT WAS 0.045P and close to the selling price and within the SPREAD yesterday.

NEXT THEORY: SURPRISE SURPRISE, there could be another surprise RNS per text book. Why? If it was a pure placing, it would be much bigger not £33,700 to pay a service provider and NOT TO COVER TODAY'S VOLUME ALMOST EXACTLY.

I noticed that the MARKET WAS FINDING DIFFICULTY and hence why THE SHARE PRICE ROSE 28% YESTERDAY and even touched 30% at one stage. TODAY, RRR SP was STILL UP +4.7% region which means MM WANTS STOCK 101.

S2 on ASX is also having the same type of results in Victoria of the type eg 1m kinda of thing, so hence why I asked for RRR to contact BHP to get the CORE at 50m at 1g/t gold au. 50m is something that SUNDAY CREEK is getting and must better than most @grade. BHP also has OTHER CORES but like most majors they just drill and dont test the cores but just store them. Like Colin Bird had to re-test via XRF all the AA cores, some of which were also in store. So, the FACT is that THERE HAS BEEN DRILLING BY BHP AT KILMORE WEST rather than the GROUND HAS NEVER BEEN DRILL which is positive. Rio drilled also but not much known so RRR Geo can ask as well. The ANTIMONY MINE is FACT as well. See my link earlier. Thank you. I recall SP Angel was paid upon an agreed placement, rather than TECHNICAL PLACING by the way in explaining today's late RRR RNS of placement ie 1 at £33,700 value.

Fact is £33,700 issue for service provider and equals to the volume today almost. That is factual. The price at 0.045p is almost what was yesterday's selling price and at time 0.048p even. HEAVY TURNOVER the day before as well of the RRR +28% up and today +4.78% roughly. Isnt it fact then the MARKET WANTS SHARES? Yes or NO? Solgold issued $300m in issuance for balance.
