Ah, so, you are NOT CERTAIN 100% what happened to G.C. Yes, that is his private biz but I am not ...over it. But, what I am appalled at is that, it would appear that this forum is STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN, like in the days of G.C but it led to G.C paying a "SUBSTANTIVE" award to RRR and he had to make A FULL APOLOGY without qualification. It really.... I dont know what to say IF it is true that G.C per booboobooboo "committed ...S" given this booboo gave the logic that G.C turned up at a RRR AGM and he wasnt looking after himself which led booboo to conclude his end.

If one looks at the real world, most folks TEACH THEIR CHILDREN not to be LED by the nose by others as Lesson 1. I learnt that at school and to REQUIRE EVIDENCE and not a KANGAROO COURT in which is meant that folks just throw up all sorts of hearsay etc so that the less blessed with cells may take it up further which will led to a negative outcome surely like what happened to G.C. NO ONE without daily doses of POSTINGS x, y, z about this and that would have gone so far.

But looks like it is HAPPENING AGAIN and today's POSTS on this SAME forum does appear to suggest negative is driving sentiment and NOT RATIONAL THINKING.

If Banburyboy is so convinced of all his postings as above, then WHY NOT HE DOES IT HIMSELF instead of asking others to do the above.?? WHY? In fact, one poster got so...up that he said "he wonders why someone has not ...Bell" after Banburyboy appeared to publish Bell's personal address which he said someone else pointed out but that someone did not appear to check the VALUATION of the house no or find out the house was SOLD. Richyrich1 : In the High Court, they require to see the OFFICIAL ACCOUNTS of any co for a start. It is about the $$$ that is of importance as it is asset/s. All this 5 this and that I am not sure where that is coming from but the High Court will require the LAW OF EVIDENCE. Why? If 1 allegates, then there must be LEGAL EVIDENCE 101. Isnt it? Like going to the bank to borrow £1m to buy a house, say and they will go through a STATEMENT OF INCOME AND EXPENSES with a bank official and then they want to know what ASSET/ASSETS the borrower has and whether they can show legal documents of ownership and check CHARGES etc. Saying oh, there were 5 ...buyers etc is NOT RELEVANT to the ASSET. Why? Is the co required to tell oh, they meet 5 ...buyers and can they take proof until a LEGAL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED ? Only a LEGAL AGREEMENT COUNTS for court or otherwise as evidence. This is under LAW OF EVIDENCE per the law paper. Yes. No?

Many AIM co's meet potential buyers but that is IRRELEVANT UNTIL THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED in black and white. Yes. No? So, wanting to know every detail --is this norm with AIM CO's? Have a check and even SOLGOLD has NOT DISCLOSED WHO LENT THEM US$10M.

Usually for any co , one is looking at, very few people know the co inside out. So, relating to the CONVERSION, even the GMET RNS [Pow] does NOT give details of the ORIGINATION of the warrants. So, this is not something unusual. IF one wants to know, then one has to DO AN AUDIT TRAIL for oneself called DUE DILIGENCE and it goes for every co on AIM.

For that, one has to go through very carefully all the INTERIM AND FINAL A/C's of the co and RNS's inc other public data and checking Companies House UK Govt because there are a lot of subsidiaries.

I heard about the RRR case again 1 poster and I read the outline of the case. G.C LOST the case and had to pay SUBSTANTIAL damages to A.Bell, Chairman of RRR. However, in the reporting article , it was stated that RRR gave G.C every opportunity to BACK down ie withdraw his allegations etc? But G.C refused and he posted things on social media. So, RRR had NO CHOICE but to lodge the case in the High Court which was WON by RRR and A.Bell and it is now still online the G.C OFFICIAL APOLOGY IN FULL WITHOUT QUALIFICATIONS.

Today, I hear the name G.C again on this forum and a/c to Helpful no one knew what happened to G.C but Zumore said that G.C lost his home, wife etc & GC WAS NOT AWARE OF THE COURT ie consequences??? [Zumore has not confirmed himself that G.C. told him all these things POST the RRR High Court case. Why? I have always wondered HOW anyone could NOT WITHDRAW =====IF THEY HAD NOT 1 SHRED OF LEGAL EVIDENECE TO BACK UP THEIR ALLEGATIONS 101?==

So, in my view only, I LOGICALLY CONCLUDE that G.C was on stock forums and everyone who may not know better decided to post as IF IT WAS FACT without EVIDENCE but it was G.C that carried his own can??? Well, hopefully, only G.C will know who said what and where it was all coming from. ALL I STATED, IT REQUIRES EVIDENCE and in the UK we live UNDER THE RULE OF LAW and it is not a COURT FORUM made up of folks who are NOT qualified as NOMADS etc to think they know best kinda of thing. So, happening everyday on many co's and NO ONE is asking the same type of question given the Nomad is in charge not NON-shareHOLDERS?

Ref: Zumore 15:06, 15:20, 15:27 and so forth under the thread and earlier today Fri, 5.7.24. [A NON-HOLDER OF RRR shares].

Questions to be asked: [1] Relating to the RRR RNS of Thur, 4 July 2024 [yesterday], it stated CONVERSION of shares at 0.045p. In my view, there is NO NEED to state that the RRR are for long term and in an ISA. Why? If there is "RESTRICTION" on selling, then it is worded such if an agreement is reached. In this case, it was on a "discretionary" basis . Further, it was stated that the FUNDER would provide continued support to RRR.

[2] However, it is constructed legally is ALREADY RNS'ed which means that the NOMAD is cognisant and therefore, the NOMAD knows the rules much better than the folks here on this forum isnt it? Why? To be a Nomad, one has to be qualified and hold a licence approved by the FCA. In my view only, I feel that IF it falls under REPORTING RULES as they term it, then it will be reported accordingly within the TIME FRAME of the regulatory rules, is it now? However, it is only 24HRS since the RNS re: funder relating to the £182,000 region conversion.

[3] Wanting to know WHO is the other CONVERTER on Wed, 3 July 2024 for £33,700 RRR shares. The RRR RNS stated it is a "SERVICE PROVIDER" but folks want to know the NAME. In my experience, it is NOT usually named by a personal name? Yes? No? Why? It may be in the agreement itself but is there a REGULATION that the name MUST BE known? Yes. No?

[4] Folks are of the opinion that one must disclose the EXACT NO OF SHARES one has when posting on this forum re: RRR shares. IF NOT disclosed, then all sort of ....stated? Is this also a RIGHT? On Hotcopper, one has to TICK HOLDER or NON-HOLDER and NO ONE will ask how many shares one holds so that is obviously the rules. I said to the enquirer Richyrich1 that even my Papa never DISCLOSED how much money he had in his bank, SHARES he had and whether he bought, sold etc. Just imagine that one has to disclose when LSE Head of ADMIN told me it is not necessary.

[5] RRR REACH RNS: I have seen other co's now issuing Reach RNS. It is an update and it is better than NO Reach RNS. In Australia, one will see Hotcopper stating RNS: "PRICE SENSITIVE " or "not price sensitive."

My View: From reading this forum for a little while now, it would appear that folks I named posting on this forum today in my earlier post feel that they MUST KNOW EVERYTHING and I cited an example of ECHO ENERGY, a former oil stock PIVOTING like RRR into small gold production with a JV partner in Peru. Again, it is ARTISANAL gold operation and as such they cannot give definitives as there is no JORC etc and they are like RRR processing ORE left by the artisanal and as such, it is like GOLD RUSH series in which they process gold in its varying grades.

Comment: As everyone knows, IF one takes a mortgage out for one's house, one DOES NOT own the house until fully paid. In the meantime, the LENDER bank will register a CHARGE against the house. This is to illustrate what charges mean to the layman. When I went to school, I was taught to evaluate and not just take in what people said. In real life, it is called DUE DILIGENCE and if one wants to, they can ask the co etc per the process etc. So, Helpful this or that in the post of Zumore is beyond the remit is it not? Yes. No?

RRR SHARE VOLUME: As I said yesterday, all the discussion about the lender of the conversion per RRR RNS, Thur, 4 July 2024, IF correct, then it will be SEEN in the Volume given £182,000 worth of RRR shares sold into the mkt , in part or whole will be seen as EVIDENCE of that hypothesis. In the RRR RNS, it was said that the lender IS KEEPING HIS RRR SHARES long term kinda of thing into the ISA. I have not commented as I am not a Financial Advisor in real life with the qualification for that.

CAVEAT: FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: My view is that EVERY AIM co needs funding and there is NO AIM junior explorer who is NOT mining that does not require funding. Case in point? RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West neighbours , 14 mins away at SUNDAY CREEK @Southern Cross Gold, ASX has a MKT CAP OF A$504m region and is STILL DRILLING with NO JORC except an exploration target of 3moz @10g/t gold upgraded from 1.5moz earlier. SXG raised A$10m recently to do drilling. Solgold raised US$300m and therefore, ONE ACCEPTS that these co's need funding as they have NO INCOME. That also goes for GGP etc. DYOR. NIA.
