It is now 12.10am in the early morning and I have located 2 RNS from Great Pacific Gold of South of Fosterville . I have openly sent the tweet of the RNS from Great Pacific Gold . As soon as I posted it, within secs, TWO POSTERS TWEETED IT OR LIKED IT AND POSTER TO A.BELL TO ASK HIM.

LoL, just imagine, they are just waiting for me to post and as soon as I tweet it openly and transparently, they start to re=tweet and ask Bell LoL. 1.7.24. Bell is Chairman of RRR and it relates to RRR 100% Kilmore & Kilmore West. So, apparently these two are reading this forum otherwise how do they know that I may tweet to Bell , DL etc?

LoL. I will say, you know every statistical metric. Why? I learnt from this takeaway boy who probably did not have much of an education but he seemed to be articulate on football. It is of no use speculating what is the price. Why? Until that hydrogen geo report is out, what the boys in Oz have found at the boundary per DL and more importantly, WHY DID SXG of ASX, RRR's neighbour doing "REGIONAL IP" thus saving RRR loads of money. WHY? WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SXG AND RRR 100% AUSTRALIA? How does the CEO JUSTIFY spending time and money to do a REGIONAL IP "OUTSIDE" their Sunday Creek licence area. If I were the CEO, I would never dare do something like that as it is not within the mandate to do so UNLESS the board is consulted inc the legal counsel and there is a valid reason to do so. This means if I was the CEO, I would seek procedural clearance so that I would not be chided later. So, the reason is of interest at this stage and I ask why? Is it relevant. Yes, I THINK SO. From what I posted, it looks like in the DRC, AVZ's international arbitration in Washington D.C may be coming to a FINAL RULING SOON [soon as in when the Arbitrators have held both sides and done their closing summation so "soon" is qualified]. How is this relevant. It is always relevant as Bell said that DRC comes under the spotlight and for this reason, RRR's litigation is reported by industry publications such as Mining Weekly etc. The industry wants to know if any co wins a litigation case against the DRC etc. So, a win is always positive. As for CLEAR COMMUNICATION, LoL, I have never SEEN CLEAR COMMUNICATION given RNS's are sometimes even reviewed by legal counsel before it can go out. So, without qualifications, caveats, I dont think ANYTHING WILL BE PASSED BY THE NOMAD for any co. So, plain and clear communciation is NOT PART OF THE REALITY OF THE COMMERCIAL WORLD. Yes, NO? Since your tone is friendly and you are NOT directly involved in the ...I will provide a reply as a courtesy. I am aware personally that the authorities have knocked on people's doors. How do I know? I used to follow a lot of folks on Twitter from stocks. So, this chap said so. Maybe, folks dont know that in Britain, action does get taken but the public perception is that nothing is done. That is not the case as far as I know. As for me, I am a careful person to state clearly that if anyone buys stock, then be clear that it is NOT just rosy time but in times of recession or downturn, stocks can go down as well as up in good times. Even Peter Lynch, the legendary stock picker says that stocks can go from $11 to 7c. 10% of $11 is $1.10 USD. So, that means that it is not just a 90% loss but almost wipeout that US$11,000 turned into $7!!!

A lot of chat has been going on via this RRR forum. Unfortunately, it was stated that posters are "DISGRUNTLED". Has anyone considered that relating to the funding issue? On HE1, Laura said in a Proactive article that folks are "disgruntled" but they had to raise £8m to do EWT etc which is not cheap. Laura wanted investors to get the placing but the funders said NO period. So, it is good that she explained that the funders will NOT listen and after all the money men wishes rule isnt it? So, with every funding, there is a huge discount these days and even a energy giant had to do a rights issue of 35% discount for £7bn. Every single RNS from junior explorers tell the same story and their SHARE PRICES HAVE ALSO FALLEN SOME 90% if NOT more. I always wonder why people will spend £3,000 or whatever and will not take the trouble to learn like Rick Rule says , the link of which I provided yesterday. Rick Rule has said before, WE CANT AFFORD TO NOT CONTINUE IN THE GAME which he meant that they cannot wait till losses go into 90% LOSS. Rick Rule explained that it is his job or living and he cant afford time for leisure etc because he has to keep up with the data. So, BLAME is easy but in reality, one should decide that IF one does not have the stomach or $$ to take losses, then it may be better to save one's money and be prudent & safe isnt it? LoL, even Helpful is aware though not qualified in Law as in LLB but still he is aware that the charges and allegations are very serious and IF not answered, then in the future, he cannot say, I meant to answer. Based on his black and white reply ie print, Helpful has set out what is called his LEGAL DEFENCE to the allegations.

So, have I done so. It is called the opening and closing gambit wherein where an allegation/s is made publicly, it must be REPLIED TO IMMEDIATELY as the OPENING LEGAL DEFENCE DOCUMENT be it for the FCA or otherwise eg High Court or on this site.
