My post got CUT OFF mid-way? Glitch?

Ya know, £12m is British £ but in A$, it is A$ 2 2 .8 MILLION deal size [£1=A$1.9 rounded up as I checked a few days ago].

THAT IS A WHOPPER FOR JUST 2 LICENCES @RRR AUSTRALIA IE KILMORE & KILMORE WEST, 14 mins to SXG' s SUNDAY CREEK, Mkt Cap A$545 million.

IPO's in Australia must start at A$20m and that was in 1 of the RRR broker note I read some time ago. So, I will be watching tonight if I can stay up, which co it is or it isnt. It has SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE ASX so which co is it to watch, IF ANY or is it a ASX accepting RRR' LISTING or pre-approval? Or is another combo? Or, an ASX co will absorb RRR Australia? Who knows? OOOOH, SO EXCITING eh? 3 more hours to go till ASX opens. He who guesses right gets a prize ie the RRR prize on the London South East cup called THE PERSON WHO GUESSED RIGHT.

In legal agreements, it is HARD to ask for any EXTENSION of time. Why? If the contract says 12 noon, and it goes past 12 noon, the agreement ENDS. There is no AUTO extension and this is the ESSENSE of CONTRACTUAL LAW.

No if, buts or I couldnt make it. A/c to a Proactive Investor's article it was stated that it is a PUBLIC HOL in Oz, hence the extension = extenuating circumstance.

So, it was good of POW to agree but then again, the AUSTRALIAN HOLIDAY meant that the AUSTRALIAN STOEXCHANGE WAS CLOSED so, that could be an EXTENTUATING circumstance. ==IF THE AGREEMENT WITH POW had ended, the next LEGAL TERMS WOULD NO LONGER BE AS FAVOURABLE and if not friendly, then POW has the power , in theory to NOT AGREE given Paul is no longer in the driving seat at POW. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING the terms of the AGREEMENT are favourable to RRR given the deal was STRUCK at 0.15p, ALMOST 3X the current price [&0.25p]. This is JUST FOR THE RRR-POW AUSTRALIAN licences.

The question I put to TYM on Twitter was not answered directly on Twitter but the TYM RNS answered the question. Now, one awaits the TYM RNS on the JV with KOBOLD at Konkola West.

It is an EXTENSION of a RRR/POW previous RNS on the deal and usually it is CONTRACTUAL LEGALLY and will CLOSE on the stated date and time. WHY IS IT PREDICATED UPON THE ASX TONIGHT? I dont think one has to wait UNTIL WED, 12 June 2024 to find out. THE OFFICIAL EXTENSION IS ONLY UP TO 11 JUNE 2024 WHICH WILL BE TONIGHT AUSSIE TIME on the ASX. Who is staying up to find out? Answers on a postcard. Which co's will we have to WATCH?

As for Bell, the 2nd RRR RNS out today is very good. Why? Bell DOCUMENTS the SXG Mkt Cap which very quickly went to A$600 MILLION and has another 60,000 metres to drill yet. SO, THE VALUATION IS TRANSPARENT TO ALL RRR SHAREHOLDERS.

DL never took any notice of my research UNTIL I posted the 40oz per ton & 160oz per ton to DL as the official RRR Strategic Advisor. POW also stated in their RNS that it is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN AUSTRALIA TODAY, SO EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE PREDICATED UPON AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE OPENING . But what has that got to DO WITH RRR-POW AGREEMENT?

It does not NEED THE AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE TO OPEN TOMORROW ON TUES, 11 JUNE 2024 to extend the RRR-POW Agreement of Mar 2024.

RRR RNS also stated the SAME about Australian Stock Exchange closed for holiday today. SO, CLUE IS IN THE AUSSIE STOCK EXCHANGE, which BOTH CO'S AGREED TO IE EXTEND UNTIL TOMORROW due to this legally extenuating circumstance.

QUESTION: Will one see an ANN TOMORROW from Australian Stock Exchange? Also, RRR HAS TO RECORD ITS HISTORY on the AIM as to why this move ie due to the above title which is the SXG latest Ann of 29.5.24 ie MOVING WEST which will be to RRR Kilmore. Just wondering. Have to wait for RNS on 12 June 2024 per both RRR & POW RNS today as stated.

Why a light bulb may have hit me. Why? THE CLUE in the RRR RNS, 10.6.24 [x2] is that it has TO WAIT UNTIL THE AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE OPENS TOMORROW. SO, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AN ANN [Called RNS in the UK] may be issued and that SXG could be the one MERGING or OFFER shares in SXG to take RRR Australia? That is also could be.

I am not privy but I am throwing EVERY THESIS just like others on this forum. JUST USING LOGIC AND REASON.

I tested and MM's offered LIVE price to sell 0.0555p and 0.0565 to buy range. BUT TO SELL WAS CONSTANT live at 0.0555p.

Isnt it obvious Duke. You dont have to ask me. Why? THE 1ST RRR RNS sets the LEGAL AGREEMENT OUTCOME and that is also confirmed by POW RNS. So, not a Reach RNS as it contains MARKET SENSITIVE INFO. In Australia, they also have the SAME THING. It is called an ANN or RNS but in the icon, it states: MARKET SENSITIVE OR NOT MKT SENSITIVE. So, co's have been using this on a regular basis now and UK is following this pattern ie procedure.

Why is the 2nd RRR RNS NOT an RNS? Because the LEGALLY MATERIAL news has been put out in a short announcement of the LEGAL AGREEMENT and that the agreement has been extended to 11 June 2024 ie tomorrow and only on 12 June 2024, RRR will issue the NEXT UPDATE. POW HAS ALSO STATED SO.

RRR wants to inform about the RRR AUSTRALASIA deal and why RRR is taking 100% etc. That is now of interest to the Australian market and no doubt Mining Weekly etc will be interested inc the DRC which they picked up on earlier. Isnt that logical so as to fulfil the different function? Hence, the RRR RNS Reach is an update on DRC as well.
