Yes, that would be 1 possible reading of =WHY= RRR AUSTRALIA is waiting for the AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE to open. The thesis being, an ASX co to come in with cash. However, the cash CANNOT be in time as it needs to be wired out to the U.K to RRR.

[2] My thesis, logic and reason is that the Australian STOCK EXCHANGE has ACCEPTED RRR's IPO documents etc.

Hence, POW recognised that in order to move RRR Australia forward, they must RECONCILE the holding to 100%. RRR is the operator at 50.1%.

[3] My thesis, someone may under-write the cash.

[4] IF THE DEAL LAPSED, then RRR will have to agree to new terms with POW.

The very fact, you posted ONLY ON THE 2ND RRR RNS today will tell folks on this forum you did not come here, 2 years ago, 1 year ago or recently and you tell RRR they should have done this and that , may give the wrong idea you consider yourself a expert? Answer: BECAUSE SXG DID NOT LET IT ON via the RNS/Ann.

They kept it under the surface and many people DONT READ EVERYTHING and watch EVERY VIDEO from inception. I check even ADMISSION DOCUMENTS , say for RRR, 20 years ago. That is why. The RRR Oz team are a geo team and it is not their MANDATE to go and look at DUE DILIGENCE via uncovering what is NOT on the surface at SXG via the RNS/Ann but rather via VIDEO /PRES FROM SXG. Later ones eg presentations @AUSIMM of 29 May 2024 do NOT give the clues which has been removed via Victorian sources.

Because Robins in reply to your question, there is such a thing called "CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT" per the Mar 2024 deal which was RNS'ed. Also, UNTIL the Sunday Creek SXG last RNS of 29 May 2024 was out, NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING YET UNTIL THE DRILLING RESULTS OF RISING SUN WAS KNOWN and that it was GOING EAST TO RRR KILMORE.
